Previously, Mr. Holmberg worked at The Davis Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment and development company, and Long Wharf Capital. Mr. Holmberg also worked as an investment analyst at Landmark Partners, where he was involved with investing Landmark's series of discretionary funds into a variety of real estate-related opportunities globally.

Mr. Holmberg is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.

Jason Grant is a construction professional with more than 10 years of experience providing clients with turnkey design-build solutions. As President of ARCO National Construction’s New England division, Jason serves new and existing clients throughout the region, specializing in industrial ground-up facilities, expansions, and tenant improvements.

Jason co-founded ARCO’s Boston-based office in 2018 and has played an integral role in its growth. Under his leadership, the division has expanded from serving local projects to partnering with national clients, opened an Albany, New York, office to deepen its regional presence, and broadened its expertise into emerging sectors, including aviation. ARCO is a national design-build general contractor specializing in the design and construction of industrial, life science, commercial, and manufacturing facilities throughout New England and nationwide.

Chris Skeffington joined the CBRE Capital Markets team in 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President. The team provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing and strategic advisory work. Chris has transacted more than $2 billion in total sales and structured finance transactions of office, industrial and life sciences properties.

Prior to joining CBRE Boston Consulting Group, Chris was a Partner on Transwestern | RBJ’s Capital Markets team, a company he served at for eight years.

Chris is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association. He volunteers with many youth initiatives, including the Woburn Boys’ and Girls’ Club and Woburn Youth Basketball. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Chris was a Senior Analyst at Anglo Irish Bank Corporation, working in the Commercial Real Estate Lending division. He performed valuation analyses, underwrote and restructured both new and existing loans, and was responsible for managing a loan portfolio of over $1B in aggregate.

Griggs held industrial acquisitions and development roles with Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA),

Realterm, and LaSalle Investment Management in North America and Europe. Tom has a bachelors in finance from

Penn State, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Arthur Barrett has been President of Barrett Distribution Centers for over 30 years. As President, he ensures the company's operations, systems and infrastructure, finance, engineering, and customer service are delivering quality and efficiency to our customers. Arthur has decades of experience in the third-party logistics and supply chain industries and is recognized as a visionary in this field. He was the 2012-2013 Chairman of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA).

Arthur earned his M.B.A. from Babson College, B.A. in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He lives in Foxboro, MA, with his wife, Ann, and three sons.

ensuring daily activities operate smoothly and fall within parameters of efficiency and efficacy. She is

advocate she promotes an environment of growth and communication to ensure high quality work and

He is the chair of the firm’s Investment and Senior Management Committees. Before founding Calare, Bill served for five years as Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate at REON Broadband. Prior to REON, he founded New England Commercial Realty Advisors in 1991.
