Tami Ireland, MPH, CHIE is the Director of Health Engagement at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Ms. Ireland oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of Harvard Pilgrim’s health engagement strategy, including preventive health, chronic care management, and wellbeing - bringing innovative approaches across the full care spectrum. Ms. Ireland is also responsible for the development of Harvard Pilgrim’s award-winning work-site wellbeing portfolio. She consults with clients to build healthy and inclusive work environments that strengthen employee engagement and support talent management strategies.

Tami Ireland is a graduate of Boston University (Boston, MA), where she earned her BA and MPH. She is also a graduate of the Leadership for Change program, an executive leadership program at the Boston College (Boston, MA) Carroll School of Management and has received America’s Health Insurance Plan’s Certified Health Insurance Executive distinction though an executive residency program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Recently, Ms. Ireland is also a recent graduate of the Disparities Leadership Program a national, year-long executive intensive offered through the Disparities Solution Center at Massachusetts General Hospital.

David Storto

David Storto is executive vice president and chief strategy and growth officer of Wellforce, the Eastern Massachusetts health system that includes Tufts Medical Center, Tufts Children’s Hospital, Circle Health, MelroseWakefield Healthcare (formerly Hallmark Health) and Home Health Foundation. Together the system, founded in 2014, has more than 2,000 physicians and 13,000 employees across its community hospital and academic campuses.

David is highly regarded for his track record of successfully leading organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, while ensuring optimal consumer and employee experience. At Wellforce, he oversees growth initiatives and strategic partnerships with a focus on enhancing quality, affordability and convenience.

Prior to joining Wellforce, David served as president of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, which includes two rehabilitation hospitals, a long-term acute care hospital, a skilled nursing facility and 28 outpatient sites. Spaulding has consistently been ranked by US News & World Report as a top rehabilitation hospital and in 2021 was the #3 hospital in the nation.

David led Spaulding’s development as a member of Mass General Brigham, formerly Partners HealthCare. The award-winning organization, which cared for many of the catastrophically injured survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings, has garnered national acclaim for its inclusive and sustainable design and LEED Gold Certification. Spaulding is home to Harvard Medical School’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and its residency program has been ranked #1 by Doximity. David also created and then led Mass General Brigham Home Care for 23 years, growing the organization into one of the largest home care systems in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Mass General Brigham and Spaulding, David was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, another nationally ranked hospital. He served in progressively responsible roles during his 18-year tenure and was recognized for his expertise in operations management, program development, strategic planning and governance.

David has served on the Massachusetts Hospital Association Board of Directors and the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association (AHA). He was also as a member of AHA’s Post-Acute Care Strategy Steering Committee and vice chair and board member of the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA). David has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Boston Business Journal’s Champions in Healthcare Lifetime Achievement Award, the AHA’s Grassroots Champion Award and the MHA William Lane Hospital Advocate Award. Most recently he received the 2020 Edward A. Eckenhoff Memorial Award for national leadership and advocacy from AMRPA.

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with distinction, and a master’s degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago. He received his juris doctor degree from the Loyola University School of Law.

Wil Catlin

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.

Eric Dahl

Eric joined Strategic Venue Partners (SVP) in February 2020. As the company’s vice

president of business development, Eric drives solutions for various types of

organizations with the planning, development and implementation of telecom

infrastructure sales using SVP’s groundbreaking managed service model.

Eric brings more than 30 years of telecom and marketing experience and a proven track

record of profitable business growth to SVP. Over the years, Eric has specialized in C-

suite customer relationship management in a range of hospital systems and real estate

venues. He’s previously held positions at American Tower Corporation, Hormel Foods,

Johnson & Johnson and NuVasive.

Eric resides in North Carolina with his wife, Tammy, and dog, Max, where they enjoy

hiking and kayaking in the North Carolina mountains.

Rob Welch

Senior Vice President of Outpatient Services

Spaulding Rehabilitation Network

Rob Welch serves as the Vice President of Outpatient Services

for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. In this executive

leadership role he is responsible for the outpatient

rehabilitation and ancillary services operations and strategic

planning for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Spaulding

Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, and 25 off campus therapy

and physician practices located throughout the Boston Metro

and Rhode Island area. He has been with the Partners

HealthCare System for 24 years and has extensive experience

in network and program development, marketing, quality and compliance initiatives, and

clinical strategic planning.

Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Welch served for 13 years in acute hospital and outpatient

rehabilitation leadership for HealthOne/HCA in Denver, Colorado leading clinical and

strategic planning initiatives with inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient clinical practices.

Mr. Welch holds a Bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Oregon, Master’s

degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, and a Master’s degree in Business

Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American

College of HealthCare Executives and American Physical Therapy Association and is an

active consultant with McKesson Health Solutions and the Gerson Lehrman Group.
