Parag joined Amgen in May, 2012 at the Amgen Rhode Island facility in West Greenwich, RI, with

responsibility for large capital Project Management at the site. Most recently, Parag assumed

responsibility for the capital project portfolio delivery for the North America region including the

Amgen Massachusetts facility located in Cambridge, MA. He oversees a team of Project Managers

across the region executing strategic initiatives for Amgen. Prior to joining Amgen, Parag was

Principal Engineer at Astrazeneca’s Westborough, MA facility responsible for delivering capital

projects, technology transfer as well as process engineering support. Parag has extensive experience

in project management, and engineering management of technology transfers and product launches

in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Parag graduated from the University of Pune

with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering from New York University

Polytechnic. He received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Global strategy from

Babson College. Parag resides in Westborough, MA with his spouse and two children. In his free

time, he enjoys investing and financial markets, theater, stage building and Indian classical vocal

music.

As President, Jim Halliday is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company. In leading the Senior Management Team, Jim is responsible for coordinating the efforts of all aspects and functions of the Company. In sharing functional responsibilities with the other members of the Senior Management Team, Jim has primary responsibility for the leasing, property management, and financing efforts of the portfolio.

Jim and the NB Development Team are currently working on executing the collaborative vision of New Balance and the community of Allston Brighton to transform Boston Landing into an exciting new and lively new mixed use district comprised of innovation, health & wellness, living and 18-hour/7-Days retail & restaurants activity, as reflected in its anchor tenancies of New Balance, Boston Bruins, and Boston Celtics.

Prior to this role, Jim served as the Real Estate Controller for the Company, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and lender & banking relationships for the Company, its property holdings, and its development projects.

Jim has over 30 years of real estate experience, including Vice-President of Company Operations & Controller for Winstanley Enterprises, and as a Senior Asset Manager with Spaulding & Slye Investments, Great Point Investors, and Liberty Real Estate Group. Jim also held financial reporting related positions with Liberty Real Estate Group, The Beacon Companies, and Boston Properties.

Jim obtained his MBA from Suffolk University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Jim is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. Jim was a varsity competitive swimmer while at Northeastern University. Jim is also passionate about skiing and is a PSIA certified Ski Instructor, where you can find him on the Cranmore Mountain slopes in North Conway, during the winters. Jim also serves as an Ambassador for Parlor Skis, a New England based custom fit ski-maker based in East Boston.

Michael Forth is the Vice President of Operations for Suffolk Northeast and is responsible for

overseeing operations strategy and management; identifying and cultivating client relationships;

recruiting and developing operations staff; and supporting work acquisition and the Suffolk brand.

Mike has 28 years of experience managing complex building construction projects and leading

high-performing teams. At Suffolk, Mike has been responsible for managing high-profile

healthcare and life science projects for clients including Baystate Medical Center, Steward Health

Care, Newport Hospital, Northwell Health, Vertex, GE Healthcare, Amgen and Quest

Diagnostics, among others. Prior to his role at Suffolk, Mike was the Director of Facilities for

Nantucket Cottage Hospital, a Partners Healthcare Affiliate Hospital.

Mike is a LEED Accredited Professional and is the former president of the Nantucket Builders

Association. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology from Northeastern

University. Mike lives with his wife Brenda and children Kathryn, Bridget and Anna.

As Vice President of the Plumbing group, Joseph is responsible for the planning, management and execution of the company's Plumbing operations. He oversees all Plumbing processes and personnel, maximizing collaboration among his entire team including project management, BIM/coordination, Fabrication/Manufacturing and Field Leadership. With an emphasis on safety, productivity and innovation, Joseph ensures that each project is completed safely with the highest level customer of service and quality.

Joe has more than 20 years of experience in Plumbing systems, coordination, fabrication and general construction. He is passionate about technology and has served as a guest speaker on topics such as BIM, fabrication and construction technology for numerous industry organizations. Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University, and carries both plumbing and construction licenses.

A registered architect and Principal, Chris Leary AIA, LEED AP has served as a project director on many of KlingStubbins’ (now part of Jacobs) innovative projects including the LEED Gold Certified AstraZeneca R&D Boston Expansion and the LEED Platinum Certified Autodesk AEC Headquarters. He is a frequent presenter and has authored several papers on building performance, sustainable design, and innovative practice and project delivery including BIM and IPD. Mr. Leary joined KlingStubbins, now Jacobs, in 1992, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University.

Amrit spent his first eight years in industry working with R&D leaders at 100+ universities, biotechs, and large pharma companies to develop commercial products from discovery to market approval. ​In 2007 he founded Advanced Peptides, a biopharma contract research organization​. He

holds patents in chemistry for global commercialized products​ and is one of INC Magazine’s top 20 innovators in healthcare.

As President of Development, Brian is responsible for leading TDC’s development and construction team and for oversight of all TDC’s new development activities. Brian oversees all development and repositioning initiatives for the company’s existing portfolio and plays a leading role in overseeing the physical due diligence process for all new company acquisitions. Brian has more than 30 years of experience successfully overseeing large-scale development projects from concept to completion. He is a seasoned development executive distinguished by his in-depth management of multi-disciplinary teams and complex developments ranging from luxury hotel and residential, urban mixed-use projects, office development, both urban and suburban, medical office, wet lab research and land development. Prior to joining TDC, Brian worked as a Partner and Director of Development at O’Connor Capital Partners in New York. He was a member of the company’s Executive and Investment Committees, participated in fund investments in development joint ventures and managed new business development throughout the Northeast region. Prior to O’Connor Capital, Brian was a Partner and Managing Director for Extell Development Company in Boston. During his five years at Extell he developed significant additions to the firm’s New England portfolio. Prior to Extell, Brian founded the Development and Advisory Services Division of Meredith & Grew, where he worked for 20 years to provide fee-based development consulting and development management services. He oversaw more than 2 million square feet of development, working with key partners including Hines Interests, New England Mutual Life Insurance Company/Copley Real Estate Advisors, Nstar, Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners HealthCare. Brian is a member of The Davis Companies Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Brian holds a Master in Public Administration from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College in NY.

As Managing Director of DivcoWest Real Estate Investments, Mark Roopenian leads all leasing and marketing initiatives of the Company’s NorthPoint development, a 45 acre, 4.5 million square foot mixed-use project located in the cities of Cambridge, Somerville and Boston, MA. Mark joined DivcoWest in 2015 bringing over 30 years of ground-up development and leasing experience having played significant roles in projects such as One International Place, John Hancock Tower, and Trip Advisor’s world headquarters. Mark has been deeply involved in all aspects of planning and permitting of NorthPoint, the largest development in Cambridge’s history, and is focused on attracting world-class tenants to this one-of-a-kind project and city.

Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mark was a Principal with Normandy Real Estate Partners, a leading real estate operator and investment manager, overseeing all leasing and development activities for the Greater Boston and Los Angeles markets. Prior to that Mark oversaw all leasing and suburban development activities for the Chiofaro Company, a Boston area real estate development firm.

Mark graduated from Boston College with a degree in Marketing and was a defensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League prior to starting his real estate career. A Boston native, Mark is active in numerous local community and charitable organizations including CASPAR, Cambridge Family & Children Services, East End House, CYO and others. He currently lives in Sudbury, MA with his wife and has 3 grown children.

Tom’s expertise in all aspects of real estate make him a market leader in real estate investment. His vision frequently unlocks value for investors and his execution maximizes returns and manages risk carefully. In addition to his investment management duties, he manages King Street’s relationships with capital providers and oversees development and asset management activities.

He is co-manager of the firm.

John, an equal majority owner of SGA, spearheads the firm’s architecture practice, encompassing the life sciences, academic, commercial, technology, and residential markets. Known as a design innovator and thought leader, John leads many of the firm’s valued client relationships. Using his creativity, knowledge and strong communication skills, he has generated award-winning design concepts and has achieved public approvals for SGA’s largest and complex projects.

With over 16 years at SGA, John oversees the firm’s large-scale projects in both urban and suburban settings. He plays a major role in master planning, conceptual design, and the entitlements process, welcoming opportunities to present the perspective of clients to generate consensus among communities, municipalities and key stakeholders.

John’s talent for placemaking and architectural innovation has broadened recognition for SGA’s approach to design. Within the firm, John is a champion for design and an advocate for SGA’s culture, with an ongoing focus on fostering a supportive environment where people can thrive and grow as design professionals.

John received a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. Outside of the office, he spends time with his wife, two sons, and dog Brenna, who is a lab mix. He and his family enjoy traveling, the beach, and sports – they support Boston’s pro teams, his sons’ youth teams, and their alma maters, Virginia Tech and Ohio State.

Land use planning, commercial real estate law, and environmental law are the focus of Bob’s practice. He is recognized for his experience in developing comprehensive zoning initiatives for mixed-use development projects and his expertise in environmental issues, including wetlands and Brownfield sites. His work on several projects has been cited by Massachusetts officials as examples of creative and responsive zoning. Bob’s projects have been featured in local and national publications, including The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, and The Wall Street Journal. He also has written articles for several publications and has spoken at forums on land use and zoning issues associated with commercial real estate development.
