Wendy Gettleman is currently employed at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts as Vice President of Facilities Management and Real Estate. In this role, Wendy has oversight of Facilities Operations; Planning, Design and Construction; Real Estate & Energy Management; General Services including Parking & Transportation; Telecom, Conference Services and Food Services. Wendy guides the Facilities agenda including major capital construction and renovations (FY19: $450M in active projects), continuity of plant operations for all DFCI sites (2.7M square feet) and master facility space planning efforts.

In her prior position as Senior Director of Planning, Design & Construction, Wendy directed design and construction of 25-35 annual capital projects with combined capital budgets of over $130 Million with a team focused on lean design principles, safe construction and fiscal responsibility.

Wendy joined Dana-Farber in 2005 as Senior Project Manager then as Director of Project Management for the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. In those roles, Wendy led the project team from design through construction and occupancy in January 2011, bringing in the $330Million project under budget and ahead of schedule. In this position, she has become a leading expert in facilitating patient and family input into design, presenting this topic at the 3rd International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care. In addition, the Yawkey Center Project earned gold LEED status and has received numerous project management awards.

Wendy began her major construction project management career at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2001 as Senior Project Manager with a $136 Million hospital expansion project, again achieving project completion on schedule and on budget. Prior to that, Wendy was employed for 10 years with Sodexo’s Healthcare Division in operations management and division leadership positions.

As President & CEO of Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, Charley leads a team of committed professionals who provide critical health care services to the residents of Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan in the city of Boston.

His political and private sector experience allowed him to seamlessly integrate into his leadership position. During Charley’s eight terms in the Massachusetts legislature, he served in a variety of leadership positions to include Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means and one year as the House Majority Whip. Additionally, he served as senior vice president at Steward Health Care and Executive Director of the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center in Gardner, Massachusetts.

As a health principal and market sector leader for New England, Jessica is responsible for bringing our vast network of specialized healthcare services and expertise to healthcare organizations throughout the region.

Recognized as a thought leader with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, master planning, design and delivering complex healthcare facilities for community and academic healthcare clients, Jessica guides project teams through the entire design process. She has extensive experience in employing methods for expediting design and construction, maintaining quality and minimizing risk throughout the project delivery process to inform better and expeditious decision-making.

Jessica’s portfolio includes the nationally renowned LEED Gold replacement facility for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Charlestown, Massachusetts; various projects for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston; and strategic facility master plans for the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. She is involved in the Women’s Executive Leadership and Living organization as a mentor to young professional women; as a guest lecturer at Boston architecture and design schools; and she serves on Boston’s USS Constitution Museum’s Board of Overseers.

With over 24 years of experience, Eric Libby joined Wise Construction’s team in 2011 as a Project Manager. Since joining Wise, Eric has advanced to become a Senior Vice President because of his successful management of projects for Healthcare and Science & Technology clients throughout Greater Boston. Clients such as Atrius Health, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, to name a few, have led him into some of the area’s most sensitive and logistically complex spaces. Actively involved in field operations, he is also a strong problem solver and communicator who successfully multi-tasks between planning, scheduling, and organizing. Emphasizing client experience and satisfaction, Eric works closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to maintain project goals and quality

standards. Eric proves again and again that no challenge is too great to overcome. Like many of his colleagues at Wise, he is proud to be a fellow Wentworth Institute of Technology graduate with a B.S. in Construction Management and associate degree in Architectural Engineering. Eric also holds an MA Construction Supervisor’s License, 30- Hour OSHA Certification, ASHE Health Care Construction Certification, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is 64-Hour Lean Healthcare Certified. In his spare time, Eric gives back to the community through Pan-Mass Challenge, Make-A-Wish, and through working as a coach with Youth Soccer and Flag Football teams for Georgetown, MA.

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience serving as an architect and owner’s project manager delivering complex healthcare projects. She has designed, administered construction, and operationalized projects at every scale and leads clients to draw clarity out of the complex to realize their best outcomes. Her commitment and passion for healthcare design is based on the belief that the built environment can heal and positively affect people, and she values the chance to collaborate with some of the brightest individuals in the research and medical fields. Some of her past projects include design and construction of Mass General Hospital’s Lunder Building and Brigham and Women’s Hale Building for Transformative Medicine. Most recently she has led multiple phases of renovation at Boston Medical Center to support their ongoing campus redesign under an integrated project delivery methodology and is currently working on Sturdy Health’s Cancer and Specialty Care building expected to open next year.

Dick Argys joined Boston Children’s Hospital as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in March 2009. He is an experienced hospital leader with 28 years of increasingly high-level responsibilities, and direct experience with the intricacies of providing pediatric care. Prior to coming to Boston Children’s, he served as the Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, R.I. Prior to that, Dick was the EVP and COO at Denver Children's Hospital for 14 years.

David Duncan is the System Vice President of Facilities Management at

Dartmouth Health, which is New Hampshire’s only academic health system

and the state’s largest private employer. With over 30 years of expertise

leading large and complex, multi-site facilities for top tier healthcare

corporations, David currently oversees all Facilities Operations, Real

Estate, Planning and Construction, several support departments and fiscal

management of more than 5 million square feet across 6 separate hospital

campuses.

Prior to Dartmouth-Hitchcock, David was the System Vice President of

Facilities, Support Services, Real Estate, Design and Construction at Care

New England, a comprehensive healthcare system in Rhode Island

affiliated with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He

started his career at UMass Memorial Healthcare System as the Corporate

Vice President of Facilities and Support Services where he led major

projects consolidating hospital campuses, building a replacement hospital,

creating a regional cancer center and numerous ambulatory care centers.

David has a BS in Industrial Technology Engineering from Central

Connecticut State University and is an active member of the American

Society of Healthcare Engineering. Throughout his career he has served on

numerous boards.

Kyle Pfeiffer leads SALTO Systems’ healthcare solutions business practice. His focus is on aligning SALTO’s innovative access control technology and hardware with the ever-evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Kyle is an access control expert and hands-on problem solver, he is passionate about security and safety at hospitals, MOBs and medical campuses, and within senior and assisted living environments. Together with SALTO, he is on a mission to bring new technologies and products to market that keep patients, staff, visitors, data and property safe and enhance the provider’s ability to deliver the highest levels of care and user experience.

Nilay Deshmukh, AIA, ACHA, is an Associate Principal and Project Director for

the healthcare sector in Page's Boston office.

Nilay brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare architecture. His expertise

encompasses academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, heart and vascular centers, and other specialty services.

Nilay brings a strong skill set in healthcare planning, master planning, and designing complex diagnostic and treatment services such as surgery, cardiology, imaging,

and ED.

Some of his recent projects include the Integrated Heart Center at Boston Children’s

Hospital, the Heart and Vascular Center at Yale New Haven Hospital, and the Koc University Health Science Campus in Istanbul.

His research-based approach to design underscores his commitment to improve outcomes using innovative design and technology. Nilay believes well-designed healthcare facilities change lives and good design contributes enormously to quality of care.

Joel Perry is a VP-Project Executive at Suffolk Construction in Boston. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience and has been an integral member of the Suffolk healthcare group for over 15 years. He has expertly built and renovated over a million square feet of healing spaces that include complex intraoperative imaging, radiation oncology, OR and emergency

departments projects. Joel successfully delivered include the new Nantucket Cottage (Replacement) Hospital, Boston Medical Center’s 450,000 square foot Menino addition and renovations, Maine Medical Center’s Bean Building 50,000 square foot surgery expansion and the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center Emergency Department 100,000 square foot expansion. Joel is a graduate of Virgina Polytechnic Institute where he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering

and his M.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Management.

Chris McCauley is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Team in Boston and is the Lead for Boston’s Healthcare Practice Group. Chris has extensive experience with managing the complex portfolios of corporate occupiers. He has managed global teams with responsibility for Portfolio Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Planning and Lease Administration with a wide variety of asset types including office, clinical, laboratory and industrial properties. He has supported projects for Beth Israel Lahey Health, Merck & Co, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School. Chris is a C.P.A. with extensive expertise advising on the finance and accounting impacts of real estate strategy and decision-making.

Joe leads investment strategy and policy at Remedy Medical Properties and oversees investments into new medical property acquisitions and developments. He focuses on the execution of creative and efficient transactions that provide the right financial solutions for our clients and partners, while achieving return objectives for our investors. Joe and his team are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing all investment and development transactions, and joint-venture relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, he served as Principal & Managing Director of Helios Companies, a real estate investment, construction management, and transaction advisory firm that he co-founded and grew to more than 90 professionals. During his 20+ year career, Joe has completed nearly $30 billion in real estate transactions, including leadership of Remedy’s $7.2 billion acquisition of the Welltower Outpatient Medical portfolio in 2025.

EJ Rumpke is the CEO of Thomas Park, a full service commercial real estate firm offering alternative

investment strategies and third-party commercial real estate services. Since founding Thomas Park in

the fall of 2019, EJ has led the organization through the acquisition of over $250 million of CRE, building

out a third-party management servicing over 8 million SF, and building a team of 80 plus employees

located across four offices on the east coast. Prior to founding Thomas Park, EJ managed a $100 million

portfolio of real estate for MRE Capital and worked for KPMG in their commercial real estate practice.

EJ was named a top commercial real estate professional in Globe Street’s 50 under 40 list in 2022 and

holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Boston College and a master’s degree in real estate

from Georgetown University.

Michael Greeley is a Managing Director with Newmark's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing the team’s medical office building sales platform. Focused on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and Medical-Academic clusters, Mike specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing and acquisition/disposition services on both a local and national level. His clients include a host of top healthcare and academic clients and his major medical-academic sale experience includes Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street ($124 million), Kenmore North ($144 million), Landmark Center ($525 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million), 67 South Bedford at Lahey ($55 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million).
