With over 10 years of experience in construction management, Kerry Pavey brings a range of

knowledge for the healthcare construction market in the Greater Boston area. As Senior Project

Manager at Wise, she is currently in charge of managing over $50M worth of healthcare

projects, as well as mentoring Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and interns, and

working in conjunction with several Superintendents and Owner’s Project Managers across

multiple jobs. Kerry has honed her leadership skills and market specialties in complex interior

fit-outs and full-gut renovations for some of the most highly sensitive, occupied spaces in

healthcare construction. Since starting at Wise, she has overseen construction for top industry

clients such as Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital – Waltham, Dana-Farber

Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Harvard School

of Public Health, New England Baptist Hospital, Emerson Hospital, New England Biolabs and

Harvard University. Kerry received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth

Institute of Technology, has her MA Construction Supervisors and ASHE Healthcare

Construction Licenses, and is NFPA (Hot Work Safety) and CPR Certified.

Recognized as a thought leader with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, master planning, design and delivering complex healthcare facilities for community and academic healthcare clients, Jessica guides project teams through the entire design process. She has extensive experience in employing methods for expediting design and construction, maintaining quality and minimizing risk throughout the project delivery process to inform better and expeditious decision-making.

Jessica’s portfolio includes the nationally renowned LEED Gold replacement facility for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Charlestown, Massachusetts; various projects for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston; and strategic facility master plans for the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. She is involved in the Women’s Executive Leadership and Living organization as a mentor to young professional women; as a guest lecturer at Boston architecture and design schools; and she serves on Boston’s USS Constitution Museum’s Board of Overseers.

Kristi has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. She has diverse project experience in the master planning and project management of mixed-use and residential developments, retail and entertainment facilities, academic buildings, and healthcare facilities for private and public sector clients. These diverse projects have included new construction, renovation, and historic rehabilitation. In addition, Kristi practices collaborative methodologies and principles of Integrated Project Design and Lean Construction and has managed multi-layered cross functional stakeholders leveraging her facilitative skills to drive critical decision making. In Kristi’s role as Institutional Services Lead, she guides large institutional clients through complex master plans, feasibility analyses, and capital project implementation including Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Boston Medical Center, and the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).

Timothy (Tim) E. Krawetz is a healthcare practice area leader and senior principal at Syska Hennessy Group. Tim leads a multi-discipline, multi-office team of over 100 professionals located in the Eastern and Central U.S. as well as Shanghai, China. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the planning, design and peer review of hospital and laboratory projects. His “quality over quantity” model has proven successful in delivering superior results for our valued clients.

Tim is passionate about bringing the best engineering solutions to clients so that they can deliver the highest-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes. He’s adept at challenging assumptions during brainstorming sessions, proactively provides clients with guidance counsel, and collaborates closely with owners and design partners to apply innovative design solutions to achieve a better operating environment within budget. A graduate of Manhattan College, Tim holds a BS in mechanical engineering

Creating sustainable high-performance landscapes is Jessica's passion. She's an advocate for the site, championing its independently functioning systems that need to be inventoried, analyzed, and understood for successful project interventions and restorations.

As a Lead Designer and Landscape Architect at Page, Jessica works closely with our team to align the built and natural environment so that the systems inform and respond to each other while addressing our clients' program and mission. She's focused on protecting and enhancing our natural systems while allowing for thoughtful, resilient, and regenerative design. She seeks the best approach to balancing the site's needs while being sensitive to its connections to the larger community.

Having multiple degrees and diverse backgrounds in the arts, business, fashion, and landscape architecture, Jessica draws inspiration from many markets, industries, and the natural environment. She looks forward to understanding your needs and discovering the story of your site with designs that embrace and celebrate both for a mutually beneficial outcome.

Brian Carlisle oversees all aspects of operations and strategy for Celera Properties, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm focused on the healthcare sector in the Northeast. Brian founded the firm in 2018 and has grown the portfolio to ~$100 million of owned, managed and currently under agreement projects across 400,000 square feet of medical office and life science properties. Prior to founding Celera, Brian led the investment team at Longfellow Real Estate Partners while that firm acquired and developed 3 million square feet of life science and office real estate representing $750 million of investment with institutional capital partners. Those activities resulted in one of the largest private life science portfolios in the US. Before that, Brian was a co-founder of a startup in the media technology industry and worked in investment banking. Brian was an Edward Tuck Scholar with High Distinction at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame.

With client satisfaction and project success at the forefront of what he does, Jim manages the entire preconstruction process for our clients to ensure a project’s design meets functional, cost and schedule requirements. As the Director of Preconstruction Jim works collaboratively with our clients and project teams to gain a thorough understanding of all desired goals to successfully get projects off the ground.

With over 15 years of experience in construction and real estate project management, Jim has an extensive background in managing projects from feasibility studies through completion. With this knowledge Jim is able to advise our clients regarding the total cost, budget and schedule needed to perform a construction project. His deep understanding of project management, planning, estimating and procurement allows our clients to explore all options and decide upon the best approach upfront.

Prior to joining Timberline Construction, Jim was Vice President/Project Management Director for Cushman & Wakefield where he oversaw all project and relocation activities including programming, design, contractor/consultant selection and project execution. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jim was a Senior Project Manager/Estimator with Chapman Construction/Design and also served as the Head of Procurement overseeing subcontractor bidding and purchasing across Chapman’s entire project portfolio.

Michael Greeley is a Managing Director with Newmark's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing the team’s medical office building sales platform. Focused on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and Medical-Academic clusters, Mike specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing and acquisition/disposition services on both a local and national level. His clients include a host of top healthcare and academic clients and his major medical-academic sale experience includes Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street ($124 million), Kenmore North ($144 million), Landmark Center ($525 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million), 67 South Bedford at Lahey ($55 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million). A graduate of Boston College, Mike serves as a board member of the Boston College Real Estate Council and the Corey C. Griffin Foundation, and is a member of the American Ireland Fund and Greater Boston Real Estate Board/CBA. He resides with his wife and son in South Boston.
