With extensive knowledge in healthcare design and construction, Paul has been involved in all aspects of the process, from initial land and facility planning to design and construction administration. He has worked in large firms, multi-office settings, and national practices, making him well-versed in healthcare design trends and best practices. Paul's expertise extends to regulations, legislation, and reimbursements in the industry. As the Principal/Healthcare Practice Leader at HFA, he brings his wealth of experience to lead a team in challenging industry norms and developing innovative solutions for clients. Brad is responsible for operations and the strategic growth of the company. With 30 years’ experience in the building industry, he is highly regarded as a manager, builder, and preconstruction leader in the private, institutional, construction segment. Brad has advanced through every level of building operations on large-scale, complex construction projects for major healthcare clients including MGH, Dana-Farber, Boston Medical Center, Boston Children's, and Brigham and Women's hospitals. Brad holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.

John brings over 20 years of executive corporate real estate management expertise, with a strong track record of building successful strategies for clients in complex real estate environments. As the VP of Business Development at Shaw Industries, John works closely with strategic financial equity clients to develop long-term strategies that address capital renewal needs across intricate portfolios. His ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare and senior living real estate, combined with a focus on cost management, sustainability, and operational efficiency, ensures tailored solutions that meet both client objectives and market demands.

John’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at CBRE, where he gained global expertise across multiple industry sectors, Terwilliger Plaza as the VP Operations for 1,000+ resident community and skilled nursing facility, and Oregon Health Sciences University, where he managed over 3 million square feet of complex academic and research facilities and infrastructure. His diverse background also encompasses manufacturing, product development, and hospitality, all of which inform his unique approach to real estate strategy. This breadth of experience is built on the foundation of being a noncommissioned officer in the US Army as a decorated combat medic and trauma nurse deployed to multiple combat zones. This enables John to deliver creative, people-first solutions that drive lasting business results.

Joe leads investment strategy and policy at Remedy Medical Properties and oversees investments into new medical property acquisitions and developments. He focuses on the execution of creative and efficient transactions that provide the right financial solutions for our clients and partners, while achieving return objectives for our investors. Joe and his team are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing all investment and development transactions, and joint-venture relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, he served as Principal & Managing Director of Helios Companies, a real estate investment, construction management, and transaction advisory firm that he co-founded and grew to more than 90 professionals. During his 20+ year career, Joe has completed nearly $30 billion in real estate transactions, including leadership of Remedy’s $7.2 billion acquisition of the Welltower Outpatient Medical portfolio in 2025.

Martina Sze has over 15 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, as a Vice President at Ascend Health, Ms. Sze assisted in the acquisition and development of psychiatric hospitals. Prior to Ascend Health, Ms. Sze worked as a healthcare services analyst at Cooper Hill Partners, a healthcare investment fund, and at Universal American Corp., a managed care company. Ms. Sze received her BBA from the College of William and Mary and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Greeley is a Managing Director with Newmark's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing the team’s medical office building sales platform. Focused on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and Medical-Academic clusters, Mike specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing and acquisition/disposition services on both a local and national level. His clients include a host of top healthcare and academic clients and his major medical-academic sale experience includes Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street ($124 million), Kenmore North ($144 million), Landmark Center ($525 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million), 67 South Bedford at Lahey ($55 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million). Ron Goodin, ASHE, LEED AP BD+C, is a recognized leader in the industry with over 35 years of experience in healthcare design. Before joining Colliers Engineering & Design as the National Healthcare Market Leader, Ron held an owner's role at a multihospital network, where he was responsible for design, construction, strategic planning, and overseeing the network's engineering department. This experience and his time in construction management give him a well-rounded understanding of healthcare organizations' strategic and operational needs, resulting in successful projects in hospital networks nationwide. His collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset make him a trusted partner in healthcare development, ensuring that every project enhances patient care and supports the industry's evolving needs. Ron is also an active member of ASHE and NEHES.

Recently, Ron has managed and designed multiple ground-up medical office building projects, focusing on creating spaces that meet the operational needs of healthcare providers while enhancing patient care. He has also moderated four panels in the past year on medical office buildings, sharing insights on current trends and best practices in healthcare architecture. Throughout his career, Ron has received multiple CBC Design Awards and an ENR Regional Design Award for his exceptional work.

Elizabeth Bahnuk, AIA, LEED AP serves as the Executive Director of Facilities & Support Services at Tufts Medical Center, where she leads Facilities, Environmental Health & Safey, Security, and Planning, Design, and Construction efforts for the academic medical center. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Northeastern University and is a registered Architect within the state of MA with over a decade of experience in facilities, planning, and development. Elizabeth has a proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare construction projects that improve both operational efficiency and patient experiences. Known for her architectural expertise and innovative approach to healthcare facility management, Elizabeth is committed to creating environments that support the needs of both clinicians, patients and visitors. She leads numerous projects across the Tufts Medicine System. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Director of Facility Planning at South Shore Health, where she oversaw the development of critical healthcare infrastructure.

She has extensive experience in employing methods for expediting design and construction, maintaining quality and minimizing risk throughout the project delivery process to inform better and expeditious decision-making.

Jessica’s portfolio includes the nationally renowned LEED Gold replacement facility for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Charlestown, Massachusetts; various projects for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston; and strategic facility master plans for the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. She is involved in the Women’s Executive Leadership and Living organization as a mentor to young professional women; as a guest lecturer at Boston architecture and design schools; and she serves on Boston’s USS Constitution Museum’s Board of Overseers.

John Swift, a partner and the global science and technology practice leader, has more than 30 years of experience in high performance building systems engineering design. He has delivered solutions for research, commercial and academic facilities that require effective and reliable infrastructure for the optimization of occupant health, safety and comfort, while minimizing energy and water consumption. He is recognized as an authority in the profession, helping write standards for the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air- Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Environmental Protection Agency – and has been an official reviewer for NIH grant submissions since 2009. His portfolio includes developments for leading research institutions such as Draper, Novartis, Brown University, MIT, and Harvard Medical School. Recently, he oversaw the completion of 400 Summer Street, the new, LEED Platinum, home for Foundation Medicine in Boston’s Seaport District.

Teresa Wilson is an accomplished architect with more than 30 years of healthcare design and planning experience and was previously Executive Principal and Managing Director of Steffian Bradley Architects (SBA) and Principal in Sterling Planning Alliance, SBA’s strategic healthcare consulting firm.

Teresa regularly speaks to the healthcare community about future trends and their impact on the built environment. In 2017, she was awarded the Healthcare Facilities Symposium Distinction Award, presented to a professional in the fields of healthcare planning, design, construction, and operations who has displayed leadership and vision to enhance the healing environment.

Throughout Teresa’s career, she has volunteered her time and expertise, including with the Healthcare Associated Infections Organization (HAIO), to organize and facilitate 20+ public sessions to address best practices for healthy buildings during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Teresa’s work was published within the white paper by The Facilities Guidelines Institute: Guidance for Designing Health and Residential Care Facilities that Respond and Adapt to Emergency Conditions. Teresa is also a Fitwel Ambassador, focusing on design and operational strategies to create healthy and engaged communities through evidence-based research studies.

With over 12 years of experience in construction management, Noreen McDonnell

brings extensive expertise to the healthcare market across Greater Boston and New

Hampshire. As a Senior Project Manager at Wise, she is responsible for overseeing

multimillion-dollar projects in occupied and highly technical environments, leading her

Wise project team and collaborating closely with clients, design partners, and trade

partners to ensure seamless execution. Noreen has developed a strong track record in

complex renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and specialized facility fit-outs, with a

focus on minimizing disruption to active hospital operations.

Since joining Wise, she has successfully led projects for top industry clients, including

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham and

Women’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Cambridge Health

Alliance, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Her expertise spans critical infrastructure upgrades,
