Mr. Weinstein is the senior leader of Children's National Medical Center, responsible for the strategic planning and development of all clinical, research and administrative expansions and renovations at the hospital's main Sheikh Zayed campus, as well as all remote ambulatory clinic locations in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia (approximately SO locations). He also has primary responsibility for the hospital's development of a new 12 acre campus, formerly known as The Walter Reed Army Medical Center & Army Pathology Institute, and repurposing that parcel to expand the clinical and research enterprise of Children's National.

Richard Walsh is President and CEO of Walsh Brothers, Incorporated, a fourth- generation, family-owned construction management company. Since 1901, Walsh Brothers has been paving the way in the dynamic - and everchanging - world of construction, solidifying its position as a recognized industry leader. The firm’s portfolio includes historic landmarks, major medical centers, academic facilities, research labs, and athletic complexes. In his role as President and CEO, Richard is responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction, ensuring its leadership position in the industry, maintaining its tradition of providing the highest quality construction management services, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

In addition to being Co-Director of the Tedy’s Team Foundation and a member of the Mayor’s Management Council on Permitting, Boston Inspectional Services Department, Richard’s board experience includes Belmont Hill School, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and International Yacht Restoration School. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Richard resides in Hingham, Massachusetts.

Frank Nelson is an Executive Managing Director with NGKF’s Medical/Academic Practice Group in Boston. Over the course of his 36- year career, Frank has been involved in more than seven million square feet of major medical and academic transactions, including the $180 million sale of the Boston Medical Center Portfolio, Boston Children’s Hospital’s purchase of a new 400,000 square foot Waltham campus and its 350,000 square foot Peabody campus, and a host of major land and building acquisitions/sales in the Longwood Medical Area totaling more than four million square feet. In addition, he has negotiated more than 1,500 leases, representing more than 10 million square feet of closed transactions on an agency basis and seven million square feet on a tenant representation basis. Prior to NGKF, Frank served as head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston-based Medical/Academic Practice Group and began his real estate career in Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office.
