Chris Novak currently serves as the Regional Director, Territory Sales for Autodesk Construction Solution. Chris has 20+ years’ experience in Enterprise Cloud technology, helping organizations leverage technology to solve complex business problems. In his role at Autodesk, Chris works with some of the world's largest Construction organizations to assist in building a strategy for technology adoption.

Kimberly was called to Baptist Health in 2016 to lead the

Design and Construction efforts of a $500MM, 5 year

capital campaign - in just 3 years, more than 50 projects

totaling in excess $600MM were implemented. As a

Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor and a

LEED Accredited Professional, Kimberly has worked in all

facets of the A/E/C industry over the last 25 years. She

holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in

Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. She has

been a conference speaker for the American Society of Civil Engineers, American

Concrete Institute, Agency for HealthCare Administration and the Construction Industry

Roundtable at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

She has been named on Engineering News Records’ list of Top 25 Newsmakers and as

Florida Healthcare Engineering Association’s Supporting Member of the Year. She is

certified as a Healthcare Contractor by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering

(ASHE).

Kimberly’s role at Baptist Health, a faith-based, mission driven, community focused

healthcare system aligns perfectly with her service to local non-profits. Along with her

husband, they oversee the administration of Sidewalk Funday School, a children’s

church ministry to low-income neighborhoods around Jacksonville.

Kimberly is a past Chair of the Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE)

Mentor Program of Northeast Florida and has been involved with the program since its

inception in 2009, serving previously as a mentor and Board member and currently

serves on its advisory board. Kimberly also serves on the board of First Baptist

Academy at the Chair of the Vision and Relocation committee.

Kimberly is married to Richard; they are the proud parents of Sabrina, a high school

honor student at First Baptist Academy. As a family they weekly serve together in the

Ministry of Sidewalk Funday School.

As Gilbane’s healthcare center of excellence leader, Brian Garbecki works in partnership with Gilbane’s healthcare clients and project teams to assist in the programming, design, construction and occupancy of healthcare facilities. Brian offers Gilbane’s healthcare clients his unique expertise gained from more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector as an engineer, builder and facilities professional. Brian’s background in these varied roles allows him to provide a well-rounded perspective to ensure that the completed project will support each client’s vision, goals and objectives.

Brian is especially skilled in working with healthcare clients to develop and implement high-level strategic facility plans involving cost studies for master facility planning and other long term capital plans. In fact, Brian revolutionized conceptual cost modeling for healthcare projects with the development of Gilbane’s CostAdvisor for healthcare. This interactive tool promotes early collaboration among the entire project team to keep construction costs in check.

Gary Hamilton is a Senior Vice President and Healthcare Practice Lead at WSP, one of the nation’s largest engineering and infrastructure firms. He is a licensed professional engineer in USA as well as in the Europe. He has over 22 years of experience in the design and analysis of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for a variety of market sectors, but with special focus on Healthcare facilities. He is a LEED AP and has designed over 23 projects that achieved LEED certified status. He is also a certified commissioning Authority with the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). He is an active member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and is a Senior of ASHE (SAHSE). He is a ASHE representative on the International Code Council Ad Hoc Committee on Healthcare (AHC). Gary is a

Healthcare Thought leader and written over 24 articles in multiple healthcare and engineering publications. He is also a seasoned presenter and has presented across the country and globally.
