Frank Callahan began his career in the labor movement with the Pioneer Valley Building and Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO in 1990. After holding a variety of offices with the Pioneer Valley Building Trades, including Research Coordinator, Executive Director, and President of the Pioneer Valley Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO, he was appointed Legislative Director for the Massachusetts Building Trades Council, AFL-CIO in 1996. He is a member of the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades Local 939. He is Executive Vice-President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO, Delegate to the Greater Boston Central Labor Council, President of the Construction Institute, a faculty and board member of the Boston Labor Guild School of Labor Management Relations

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.

Bill Olson serves as Director of Construction for Wise, managing the company’s team of over 25 project management staff. Having over 24 years of experience working with clients such as Takeda, Moderna, Novartis, Biogen and Pfizer, Bill leads the industry in occupied laboratory renovations throughout Cambridge. With his Masters in Architecture from Ohio State University, he pairs architectural and construction expertise, giving him a unique perspective and full understanding of the overall process. He is fully trained in Lean Construction practices, and works with the team on every one of Wise’s fast-track projects to integrate new technologies and approaches, create a problem-solving culture, track accountability, aid in self-reflection and continuous improvement.
