Damien Chaviano is a real estate professional with strengths in all aspects of real estate financing, management and development. Damien marries a vision for outstanding placemaking with an understanding of how to permit, finance and market projects. He has applied this skill set to projects ranging from free standing single use buildings to large mixed-use projects in urban and suburban communities.

At MARK Development (MD), Damien is involved in all facets of the development process, including leading roles in permitting, project design and marketing. He has direct responsibility for the capital structuring and deal underwriting of the company’s mixed-use projects. Since joining MD, Damien has helped source a pipeline of 2.0+ million square feet of development, with an estimated total project cost of $1.0 Billion. Before joining MD, Damien was part of the Samuels & Associates team responsible for bringing several notable projects to the Fenway and Allston neighborhoods in downtown Boston. In her role as Vice President, Construction, Gretchen is responsible for managing construction projects to ensure that they are executed within The Davis Companies’ guidelines; negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts and obtaining permits and licenses; estimating costs and scheduling deliverables; overseeing all on site and off site construction to monitor compliance with building, safety and environmental regulations; and collaborating with architects, engineers and other construction specialists to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Megha Vadula joined HRP as a Vice President of Mixed-Use Development in 2021 where she is focused on the L Street Station redevelopment project in South Boston, Massachusetts. Megha is leading the adaptive reuse of four historic turbine halls on the site and their transformation into retail, cultural/civic and commercial space. Her responsibilities span a range of development activities, including oversight of the design and engineering team, obtaining approvals and permits, managing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting, interfacing with the construction team, and branding, merchandising and marketing.

Megha has worked in the Boston Commercial Real Estate market for 15 years and was previously a Senior Director at Pembroke Real Estate where she most recently managed the $560M Commonwealth Pier Redevelopment (formerly World Trade Center), an 800,000 square feet repositioning of a historic waterfront destination in the Seaport District of South Boston. Prior to joining Pembroke, Megha held development roles with Redgate Real Estate Advisors and Leggat McCall Properties where she gained experience on multiple product types, including life science, commercial office, multifamily and medical facilities. Adam's interest, and later career, in real estate did not start out like most.
