Richard Davey is the Chief Executive Officer of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport). As CEO, Davey leads an organization with revenue of $1.25 billion and a mission of connecting Massachusetts and New England to the world to support the Commonwealth’s economic, transportation and climate goals, while demonstrating a commitment to neighboring communities.

Massport’s portfolio includes Boston Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Hanscom Field, the public maritime facilities in the Port of Boston including Conley Container Terminal and Flynn Cruiseport Boston, as well as commercial real estate in East Boston, South Boston, and Charlestown. The Authority’s facilities generate nearly $22 billion in annual economic impact.

Rich brings over two decades of experience in transportation and infrastructure. Prior to joining Massport, he served as President of New York City Transit, North America’s largest transit system. He was also a partner at Boston Consulting Group, advising transportation organizations globally. Earlier in his career, Rich served as Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation under Governor Deval Patrick from 2011 through 2014, and as General Manager of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in 2010–2011.

Rich is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Gonzaga University School of Law. A native Bostonian, he and his wife reside in the Back Bay.

Filo Castore is a Vice President and Global Principal at Jacobs, focused on corporate real estate, workplace, and industrial development. With more than 30 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex development programs, he helps owners, developers, and public-sector organizations translate business, operational, and sustainability goals into resilient, high-performing built environments. His work spans portfolio strategy, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and sustainable design, with an emphasis on aligning decarbonization, capital investment, and long-term value.

Philip J. Carmody serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Responsible Investments for GID. Mr. Carmody is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into GID’s verticals and assists with developing the firm’s responsible investment strategies and measuring its progress against various industry benchmarks.

Prior to joining GID, Mr. Carmody worked in corporate real estate for the Royal Bank of Scotland and their wholly-owned subsidiary, Citizens Bank, in both Edinburgh and Providence. Mr. Carmody has also held duties with GID in portfolio and asset management.

Mr. Carmody received a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, England, and an MBA from UMass Boston. Additionally, Mr. Carmody has received a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from CoreNet Global and is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.¹

Joel Wool is an affordable housing and energy professional with experience in local, state and federal policy and program implementation. He currently serves as Deputy Administrator for Sustainability and Capital Transformation for the Boston Housing Authority, where he is responsible for overseeing the BHA’s plans for investment in, and emissions reductions from, 10,000 units of public housing. Prior to his role at the BHA, Joel worked for the City of Boston and for both local and national environmental organizations. He holds a Masters in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.

Dave Rapp serves as an Account Manager on Trane’s Energy Services team in New England with a focus on turnkey energy and sustainability solutions for private sector customers within a range of vertical markets including higher education, healthcare, commercial real estate, industrial, and more. Dave brings a unique background to his work having previously worked on the MEP design side of the industry in both central utility plants and HVAC distribution, later pivoting over to sales roles for major manufacturers in the HVAC and building technology space. Dave and his team leverage close relationships with the utility providers and the vast resources within Trane to offer unique comprehensive solutions which maximize state/federal incentives and are structured with procurement methods that align with customer goals.

Kimberly Cullinane manages Eversource’s MA and CT residential and commercial new construction energy efficiency team, which brings support for net zero, Passive House and ultra-efficient, decarbonized homes and commercial buildings to Eversource’s customers. She also leads Eversource in its partnership with the City of Boston to weatherize and decarbonize residential and small commercial buildings. Kim has worked in the field of energy efficient and sustainable buildings since 2002, as a program manager for state-supported renewable energy installations on green schools, as a net zero program development and delivery lead, and as a thought leader in the decarbonized buildings space. She has an undergraduate degree in economics from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University.

Torey Brooks leads portfolio-wide sustainability efforts at Pembroke to reduce operational carbon emissions, advance renewable energy strategies, and improve the resilience of a global real estate portfolio spanning office and multi-family assets. She partners with acquisitions, development, asset management, and operations teams to integrate sustainability objectives into new developments, major renovations, and existing buildings while supporting Pembroke's long-term Net Zero goals. Prior to joining Pembroke, Ms. Brooks worked as a structural engineer, as well as an advisor on decarbonization policy for the built environment.

Darien Crimmin has been in the business of sustainability for over 20 years. As Vice President of Energy and Sustainability for WinnCompanies and co-founder of Open Market ESCO, he is responsible for managing a range of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across Winn’s portfolio of residential properties. Combining technical building science with energy policies and entrepreneurial financing has Mr Crimmin has developed a wide ranging portfolio of energy projects, including megawatts of solar photovoltaic, dozens HVAC and insulation upgrades, water conservation improvements, and innovative energy financing demonstrations. Through Mr. Crimmin’s leadership, WinnCompanies has partnered with dozens of local, state, and federal agencies to promote investments at the intersection of affordable housing and sustainability

He has served on the board of directors for the Solar Business Association of New England, working to shape solar and regulatory policies. Before joining Solect in 2011, Scott had a distinguished career spanning 30 years in the electrical power and controls industry. Scott holds a BS in Engineering from Clarkson University and a certification in Operations, Inventory, and Sales Management for distribution from Texas A&M University.
