Anne Peck as Vice President and Head of Environment, Social, Governance and Resiliency Efforts. In this new role, Peck will report to Partner and Head of Asset Management, Brooks Wales, and work closely with TA Realty’s Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Investor Services teams. Peck will also lead development of the firm’s measurable annual ESG+R goals and drive implementation of their corresponding roadmap on the corporate level to ensure integration of ESG+R throughout the company as well as across the assets it manages.

Eric leads Taurus’s efforts in clean energy delivery and high efficiency energy consumption for new and existing real estate, overseeing its EcoSmart Solution and RENU Communities subsidiaries, and leading its ESG policy and programs firmwide. Eric has over 29 years of experience in the energy and energy technology sector. He joined Taurus from Shell New Energies where he was responsible for their global distributed energy business. Eric has held prior roles in energy retailing as well as evaluating and launching new businesses in renewable energy and energy storage.

Katie Raymond is a Civil PE and LEED Accredited Professional with more than 25 years of environmental

consulting experience. She has become an industry leader in the planning, design, construction, and

operation of green buildings. Katie has extensive experience providing GHG, energy efficiency, and

sustainability analyses in support of Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act and City of Boston filings

for commercial real estate, energy, and other projects. She recently served on the City of Boston’s Low

Carbon Building Technical Advisory Group for the City’s Zero Net Carbon Building Zoning Initiative. Katie

has a successful track record of achieving client’s sustainability goals through data-driven analysis and

innovative problem solving.

Roselin is a dynamic and detail-oriented energy engineer specializing in building performance consulting. She has

managed diverse sustainability consulting projects including complex science laboratories, archival spaces with unique

requirements, multifamily buildings, schools, and offices. Along with her proficiency in eQuest energy modeling and the

LEED rating system, she brings to AKF a unique enthusiasm for inspiring project teams to reduce environmental impact

through high performance design. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Roselin’s attentive management of both

engineering data and client relationships. In addition to her engineering expertise, she also holds exceptional

communication and presentation skills.

Roselin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), ASHRAE Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP), and a LEED

Accredited Professional. She holds a Master of Science in Building Technology from Massachusetts Institute of

Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Roselin has frequently presented

educational content to clients and AEC professionals on topics including the use of energy modeling in the design

process, high performance laboratory design, and various energy codes, most recently the new BERDO 2.0 legislation.

Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM.

Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.

Dana Griffin is the Director of Development at Jamestown. Mr. Griffin joined the company in 2013 as Vice President, Development and Construction. He oversees development opportunities on select assets nationwide. Mr. Griffin’s primary responsibilities include advancing the strategic vision for an asset, determining feasibility, and establishing scope and budgets to maximize overall asset value. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Griffin has an extensive development and construction background, with past assignments including life science work, new building infrastructure, a wide array of repositioning work, and leading entitlement efforts. He currently serves on the boards for the Back Bay Association, the Seaport TMA, A Better City, and the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. Mr. Griffin received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

In her role as Vice President, Construction, Gretchen is responsible for managing construction projects to ensure that they are executed within The Davis Companies’ guidelines; negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts and obtaining permits and licenses; estimating costs and scheduling deliverables; overseeing all on site and off site construction to monitor compliance with building, safety and environmental regulations; and collaborating with architects, engineers and other construction specialists to ensure timely delivery of projects.

With over 20 years’ experience working for such notable firms as Trammell Crow Company ( Vice President) and Boston Properties ( Senior Construction Manager), Gretchen has been involved in every facet of development and construction management. Prior to joining The Davis Companies, she held the position of Senior Program Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA, where she was responsible for managing permitting, environment and infrastructure planning, and pre-construction for a $360 Million semi-conductor laboratory and micro-integration facility. In addition to the Firms above, Gretchen worked for Community Builders as a Construction Manager and for Shawmut Design and Construction as Project Executive. Her depth of experience with complex construction and development projects makes her well suited to handle the development and construction challenges at our Firm.

Gretchen holds a Master Degree in Emergency Management from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics from Boston University. She also holds Certificates in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT, Building and Construction Technology from Northeastern University and Environment Management from Bentley College.

In addition, Gretchen is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Massachusetts construction supervisor’s license. She is a member of CREW Boston. Gretchen is also an Instructor, Project Management, Boston University Center for Professional Education, and is a Board Member of All Hands & Hearts Smart Response, Inc.

Ryan (he/him/his) is the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel of Greentown Labs, North America's largest climatetech incubator with locations in Somerville, MA and Houston, TX. Prior to joining Greentown Labs, Ryan served as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel of Sunwealth, a project finance fund focused on developing, financing and asset-managing commercial solar projects throughout the U.S. Ryan also served on the executive team of prefab home builder Blu Homes and has advised numerous early-stage clean tech and building tech companies over the past decade. Ryan started his career practicing commercial real estate law in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ryan holds graduate degrees in law from Wake Forest University School of Law and in design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Arts from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Ameet Amin is the General Manager of Kastle Systems Northeast and is responsible for growth, leadership, operational excellence, and customer success across the Kastle Systems, Mutual Security Services, and Stat Land Security Services brands. Ameet brings over 20 years of real estate experience growing real estate technology startups, commercial real estate investment management startups, and investment banking businesses.

Ameet was most recently CEO of Proto Homes, where he grew annual sales 2.5x and raised over $7MM of seed capital. Prior to joining Proto, he served as Senior Managing Director in Colliers International’s newly formed New York Capital Markets & Investment Services division where he originated and executed over $500MM of investment sales and advisory solutions for commercial real estate clients. Before Colliers, Ameet served as a Principal at JOSS Realty Partners, spent time as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Investment Banking and also worked in the M&A groups at Lazard and Wasserstein Perella.

Ameet earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He serves on the Board of Proto Homes and as a Board Advisor to Envelope City.

Kelly Cantley is responsible for the development of new business opportunities for Bozzuto’s construction group as well as operations in the Boston and South Florida markets. She is also responsible for Bozzuto’s renovation and capital improvements group. Involved with every aspect of the business from acquisition, planning and implementation of new work, Kelly serves as a liaison between preconstruction, operations and clients to ensure the project goals are met from construction’s conception to completion.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Kelly worked for Turner Construction for 10 years. Before her civilian career, she served as an Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps. Kelly acquired her Master of Business Administration Degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Kelly is active in many real estate affiliations as well as philanthropic organizations. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Urban Land Institute, Women’s Housing Coalition, and ACE Mentoring Program. Kris joined Paradigm in 2024. He focuses on defining and implementing Paradigm’s investment strategy and expanding the firm’s capital relationships. Among previous roles, he was Chief Investment Officer at Nordblom Company, focused on commercial investments and was a Partner at Alcion Ventures, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for developing JV relationships, executing on new investments, and asset management of value-add assets spanning several major US and Canadian cities. Kris is a member of NAIOP and ULI, participating on the ULI Boston Management Committee, as well as a Trustee of the Winchester Affordable Housing Trust. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

John is a Director of Development for The HYM Investment Group, LLC and brings 12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, underwriting, and permitting. Currently, John leads several of HYM's new business and development efforts, most notably Bulfinch Crossing: a $2+ Billion, multi-phased redevelopment of Boston’s Government Center Garage. John played a key role in the early stages of the redevelopment by obtaining permits and approvals for 2.9 million square feet of new development for the project – one of the largest ever entitled in the City of Boston.

John continues to oversee the day-to-day execution of Bulfinch Crossing, and led the recent efforts on significant project milestones, including: a $180 million refinancing of the existing asset and the commencement of the project’s first phase – a 45-story residential tower – which recently closed its $250 Million construction loan. Also while at HYM, John was a key member of the HYM team that completed one of the largest land sale transactions in Greater Boston’s history at NorthPoint (now Cambridge Crossing). Prior to HYM, John served in various project management roles for Suffolk Construction on large-scale projects in the Greater Boston area which totaled over $600 Million in construction costs. John is a proud father of three boys, but remains civically engaged: he is a member of the outreach council for Heading Home, sits on the Board of Directors for the South Boston Community Development Fund, and is former-executive committee member for the American Cancer Society’s “Coaches vs. Cancer” events. John is a graduate of The College of Holy Cross – where he sits on the Board of Directors for its alumni association – and earned an MBA from Boston University School of Management.

Tinchuck is the Founder and Managing Principal of Athena International Capital, a targeted investment advisory firm focused on assisting cross border investors and emerging operators on large scale real estate transactions, product development and capital formation. Since forming Athena in 2010, Tinchuck has acted as principal representative of various institutional investors and mid-size operators in large scale real estate transactions and developments, including, most recently, as the principal in charge of the USD 1.1 billion mixed-use development EchelonSeaport in Boston, USA, on behalf of Celona Asset Management (HK) and the Cottonwood Group (USA) over the 8 years investment and development period. To date, Tinchuck has structured and managed over USD 2.2 billion of cross border capital and completed over 100 real estate transactions totaling more than USD 3.2 billion in the US, Germany, Sweden and China on behalf of investors from over 10 jurisdictions globally. In addition to her professional role, Tinchuck also serves as a visiting lecturer at the Center of Real Estate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tinchuck previously held several senior management positions: Managing Director, Head of Investments at Cottonwood Management (USA), EVP - Investments at Easternflair (Shanghai), Head of Real Estate Business Development – APAC at Aviva Investors (Singapore), Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Blackrock (Hong Kong), and Principal of the Capital Markets Group at Taurus Investment Holdings (USA).

A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S.) and Harvard University (MArch with Distinction), Tinchuck is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. She also served as board members on both the International and Alumni Advisory boards at the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard University.

Tinchuck is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and has a strong knowledge of German.

As the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vicinity Energy, Bill DiCroce leads the largest district energy portfolio in North America. He holds over 35 years of experience in management, leadership and operations/engineering with large energy and environmental companies in North America. Bill previously served in executive leadership roles for Veolia’s energy, water and waste companies, including President and CEO of Veolia North America.

Bill began his career with General Electric at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, where he was certified as a nuclear power engineer within the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion program. Bill next entered the commercial nuclear power generation industry and held a succession of operational(SRO-nuclear), managerial and executive positions within Boston Edison and the Entergy Corporation. Before joining Veolia, Bill was the President and COO of NSTAR Electric and Gas Company’s unregulated subsidiaries, which owned and operated private utilities including district energy and telecommunication businesses in the greater Boston area.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an MBA at Boston University. At the Massachusetts Maritime Academy he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the MMA Foundation, and he previously supported the Academy by serving as an adjunct professor/advisor for both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Bill also has served as a board member for several industry and environmental organizations, including The Mayor of the City of Boston’s Green Ribbon Commission(GRC), New England Clean Energy Council (NECEC), International District Energy Association (IDEA) and Advanced Energy Economy (AEE).
