Christoph Donner is the Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Real Estate in the United States. He is Member of the Executive Committee and Voting Member on both the Equity and Debt Investment Committees. He joined the company in October 2014 and has 25 years of experience in real estate. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer at Aareal Capital Corporation in New York. Christoph also worked as Managing Director at Hypo Real Estate in New York and Munich and spent several years in the real estate business in Frankfurt as Head of Project Finance at Vivico Real Estate and Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Christoph has a graduate degree in Business from the Technische Universität in Berlin.

Sameer is a partner at Cale Street Partners (‘CSP’) and member of its Investment Committee. Prior to CSP, Sameer spent 10 years at Och Ziff where he held a number of positions including Head of European Commercial Real Estate Credit. Prior to that Sameer worked in the Deutsche Bank European Commercial Real Estate Group for over 6 years. Sameer read Politics, Philosophy & Economics at Oxford University

Ms. Hughes joined Tishman Speyer in 2018 and is currently responsible for the company’s operations in the Boston region including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and development. She joined Tishman Speyer from JLL, where she was a Managing Director in the Boston Capital Markets group and member of JLL’s International Capital Group. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions and dispositions in major US markets, as well as establishing Beacon’s offshore offices in London and Paris. Ms. Hughes has a BA in History from Dartmouth College. She serves as a board member at the Boston Center for the Arts.

Mr. Petz joined Colliers in 2019 and serves as managing director of investment sales within the Capital Markets team. He carries extensive experience in the disposition of core trophy assets, as well as a diverse mix of urban/suburban office, industrial, life science, and land development assets.

Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Petz led the growth of JLL’s overall capital markets business in New England. Prior to JLL, he served as director of capital markets activity at both Eastdil and CBRE, and ultimately built his capital markets foundation on the buy-side at AEW Capital Management for the first 15 years of his career.

Carla is Group Leader of ProVisors Downtown Boston Real Estate Affinity Group, a member of the Boston Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and Women in Transportation. She has been ranked as a leading attorney in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Massachusetts Super Lawyers, and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s “Top Women in Law.” Carla is an adjunct faculty member at the Boston University School of Law, where she received her J.D. She received her B.A. from Connecticut College.

Mr. O'Brien previously served as a Managing Partner for JPI, a national owner of multifamily communities, and as a Managing Director in Boston and New York for Tishman Speyer, one of the world’s leading real estate firms. O'Brien also led the Boston Redevelopment Authority as its Director and Chief of Staff, overseeing the development of over 12 million square feet of projects in Boston, from 1994 to 2000. O'Brien has served as Chairman of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board and currently serves on the Board of the Taubman Center for State and Local Government at Harvard University and as Vice Chair of the Board of Overseers of The Anti-Defamation League of New England. In 2011, the Governor of Massachusetts appointed Mr. O’Brien to the Board of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency. In 2016, Mayor Martin J. Walsh appointed O’Brien to the Board of Trustees of the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy. O’Brien is a graduate of Brown University and Suffolk University Law School, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Kathy leads all construction and design implementation for MP Boston and assists in all development activities. She excels at running large-scale urban construction projects and is an advocate for local preservation, ensuring that all projects uphold the rich history of Boston.

Lauren Shurtleff is the Director of Planning and the Deputy Director for Downtown & Neighborhood Planning at the BPDA, where she manages the Planning Division staff to produce plans, guidelines, and policies appropriate to the planning issues in Boston’s many neighborhoods and Downtown. She guides and mentors staff to work collaboratively with community, business and institutional organizations on public planning processes associated with physical planning in Boston. Additionally, Lauren collaborates with BPDA Development Review staff as well as with City, State and other community agencies and organizations to facilitate the coordination of the public planning and development review processes relating to planning issues.

Lauren has been with the BPDA since 2007 and has worked on a number of planning initiatives and projects, among which include the air rights planning for both the Rose Kennedy Greenway and the Massachusetts Turnpike, the Christian Science Plaza Master Plan, and the 115 Winthrop Square disposition process. She holds a Master of Science in Urbanization and Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. Lauren is a member of both the Urban Land Institute and the American Planning Association.

Martin is a principal and urban designer in Sasaki’s Urban Studio. With over 20 years of experience designing cities across the globe, Martin’s experience with mixed-use districts and large-scale framework plans ranges from small urban infill sites to large scale regional plans. He searches for creative methods to combine economic goals, regulatory requirements, and ecological systems thinking into exciting and innovative places that foster long-term value.

At Sasaki, Martin participates in the leadership of big-picture thinking for the urban design practice in order to foster and maintain Sasaki’s unique inter-disciplinary approach to urban design. He is also Director of Research at Sasaki, where he oversees the firm’s internal research initiatives. This past year Sasaki sponsored research included in-depth analysis of the impact of Automated Vehicles on urban form.

Scott is the Director of Planning at Environmental Partners and has 25+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Planning, and Stormwater Management. He is a registered professional engineer in six states, member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and LEED Accredited Professional in Neighborhood Development. He leads Environmental Partners Land Development and Planning, Stormwater and Resilience work. His diverse project experience includes managing and directing complex land development, green infrastructure, and resilience projects. He is a past Chair of the American Planning Association’s Sustainable Communities Division. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and a Masters in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Robinson+Cole Partner, Matthew Lawlor focuses his practice on real estate disposition for public agencies, affordable housing finance, development, permitting, land use, and urban planning matters. He regularly represents public authorities and agencies, lenders, developers, nonprofit organizations, and commercial landlords and tenants. In addition to his law degree, he has a master’s degree in regional planning.
