Andrew is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Asset Management and Property Management groups at National Development. In this role, he oversees the execution of the business plan for each asset and plays a key oversight role in strategic leasing, capital improvement and staffing activities across National Development’s commercial and residential portfolios. He also manages the relationship with third party property management clients and plays a key role in joint venture and lender relationships within National Development’s owned portfolio. Before taking over the Asset Management group in 2015, Andrew was directly involved in managing the acquisition, permitting, redevelopment and day to day asset management in many of the firm’s largest acquisition projects.

Prior to joining National Development in 2010, Andrew worked in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at BlackRock where he was directly involved in several joint venture equity transactions nationwide on behalf of institutional investment clients with a primary focus on multi-family residential properties.

Greg Karczewski is the President of Union Square Station Associates (US2) and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a developer, consultant and educator. He is passionate about urban real estate investment and development and its crucial role in the creation of great cities. US2 is the master developer partnered with the City of Somerville on the creation of a 2.4-million-square-foot, mixed-use employment center at the future Union Square MBTA station in Union Square. Greg earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

As President and Co-Founder, David Chilinski has been guiding the firm for over 35 years with an infectious entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to creating vibrant, sustainable community places – from commercial and retail developments to housing and academic facilities. David is a leading force in PCA’s vision of designing “places” that enlighten and enrich people’s lives. A passionate advocate of the “24 hour city,” David has spearheaded many urban planning and design projects with complex approvals processes and high levels of community involvement.

Educated at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certificate with registration in 17 states. In the community, David sits on the Harvard Square Business Association and Agassiz Neighborhood Council Boards. He also serves on the Mass College of Art Corporate Advisory Group and the United Way Real Estate Committee, and has presented as a guest lecturer at MIT, Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, Rhode Island School of Design, Roger Williams College, BU’s School of Management and the Boston Architectural College.

Summary
