Katie Keenan is a Senior Managing Director in the Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) group and Chief Executive Officer of Blackstone Mortgage Trust (NYSE:BXMT), a publicly-traded commercial mortgage REIT managed by Blackstone. Ms. Keenan leads all aspects of BXMT, a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia. Ms. Keenan is also involved in commercial debt investments across the global BREDS platform and is based in New York.

Before joining Blackstone in 2012, Ms. Keenan held positions at G2 Investment Group, Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds and in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Keenan graduated cum laude with an A.B. in History from Harvard College. She sits on the Board of Directors of Getting Out and Staying Out and the Advisory Board of Governors of NAREIT, and is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate.

Aeron Hodges, AIA, is a Principal at Stantec Architecture. Based in the Boston office, she has led designs for developers in high-barriers-to-entry markets while balancing unique requirements of municipalities, residential trends, and multifamily economics to deliver high quality market-rate and affordable residential communities. Her broad ranging experience, including multifamily housing, workplace, commercial/mixed-use, and public projects, informs the innovative yet practical solutions she develops for clients. Her recent projects include the Parker, Miscella and Montaje at Assembly Row, and 800 Spring Garden. As co-founder of WHAT’S IN, a design initiative pushing for innovative & affordable housing solutions, she received the ONEin3 Impact Award from Boston for being an outstanding civic leader under age 35. Aeron was also a Plym Travel Fellow from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, during which she investigated replicable housing typologies from Europe.

As a Workplace Consultant at Red Thread, Katie serves the Commercial Real Estate brokerage

community by sharing extensive workplace tools and research to increase their knowledge of market

drivers and workplace strategy resources to bring additional value to their clients.

As an active member of the Commercial Real Estate community, including NAIOP’s Developing Leaders

committee member and moderator/panelist. She has co-chaired the IIDA New England Design Awards

and through combined efforts, 2016 and 2017 were the most profitable and well attended events in its

history.

Katie co-founded WWIRE (Wellness for Women in Real Estate); a fitness-based networking organization

for women in Commercial Real Estate. In addition, she co-hosts the Women’s Breakfast Social bringing

over 100 women in Commercial Real Estate, together, to network. To date, both WWIRE and Women’s

Breakfast Social have grown to over 1,000 members.

Prior to Red Thread, Katie worked for Wellington Management Company, LLC, Iron Mountain, and

Rapid7, LLC while owning and operating a full-time health and wellness consulting business across New

England. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Suffolk University, holds respective health and

wellness certifications and accreditations.

Jonathan Greeley is the Director of Development Review for the Boston Redevelopment Authority. In this role, he oversees all real estate and development projects within the City of Boston. Jonathan has significant experience with public engagement and neighborhood revitalization activities in complex urban environments. Since first joining the BRA as an intern in 2005, his work has included the implementation of the Roxbury Strategic Master Plan, the reinvigoration of Downtown Crossing, conceptualization of air rights development along the Massachusetts Turnpike, and long-term planning for the Fenway neighborhood. Most recently, he has helped to launch Imagine Boston 2030. Jonathan, who resides in the Back Bay, holds a B.A. from St. Anselm College and an M.A in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. He received his AICP certification from the American Planning Association in 2014.

As a senior member of The Davis Companies' Development Group, Dante manages all aspects of the development process from pre-development strategy through project completion. Over the course of his career, he has personally directed or managed the permitting and development of over 10 million square feet of projects with an aggregate value in excess of $4 billion throughout the continental United States. Dante has almost 20 years of experience in real estate development and has managed a wide range of property types including mixed-use, office, multi-family residential, mission-critical, hospitality, laboratory and assisted living. He has worked with a range of corporate, governmental and institutional partners such as Liberty Mutual, MassDevelopment, Forrester Research, MassPort, MITIMCo, Guardian Life Insurance, Partners Healthcare and Fidelity Investments. His significant projects include permitting Westwood Station, a 4.5MM SF mixed-use development; Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center, a 15 MW Research Data center for a consortium of universities including Harvard, MIT, Northeastern University, Boston University and UMASS; 100 Cambridge Street, a 1MM SF mixed-use public-private partnership; Liberty Mutual Dover NH, a 350K SF Technical Office Building; and the Atmark Apartments. Mr. Angelucci received a Bachelors degree from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, is a member of the Massachusetts bar, a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is also a LEED® AP.

A founding member of Redgate, Lisa provides strategic real estate services for institutional and investor clients. Her focus is on large, complex urban development projects with specific areas of expertise in pre-development strategy, financial feasibility, infrastructure, and government relations/approvals. Lisa has successfully worked with developers and government agencies to structure public/private partnerships and mechanisms for alternative financing to enable investment and development in projects that have a substantial public component. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and her clients include major institutions such as MITIMCo, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Massachusetts Port Authority, as well as private landowners.

Prior to co-founding Redgate, Lisa was a National Director and Senior Vice President of Development at Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for major project development as well as for evaluating potential real estate investments for the firm’s direct investment funds.

Having earned The Nashua Telegraph’s 91 Progress’ Entrepreneur of the Year at 17 years old, Lisa is now the CEO and founder of Nickerson PR, an award-winning full-service communications agency that offers an integrated blend of public relations, social media, digital content, creative services, and events expertise. In June of 2018, Lisa was featured on Chronicle as Greater Boston’s Real Estate Expert.

A multiple-industry award winner, Lisa is a well-respected, sought-after speaker and moderator, and a devotee of professional and community service. She is an active member of ULI | New England’s Advisory Board, ULI Women Leadership Institute Co-Chair and Communications Chair, American Marketing Association, Board Member & VP of Sponsorship, Boston Women in Media & Entertainment Board Member, former SIOR New England Board Member & Communications Chair, and a member of NAIOP and CREW.

Jonathan Davis is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of TDC. He oversees firm-wide operations, the development and execution of the Fund’s investment strategy, the management of the Fund’s investment activities and serves on the Fund’s Investment Committee. Mr. Davis has over 40 years of real estate management and development experience and plays a central role in the identification and evaluation of new opportunities, capital raising and management of the existing investment portfolios. He is actively involved with numerous business and civic organizations in the Boston area. He was the 2008 President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and the 2009 Board Chair. Mr. Davis has received numerous awards. In 2000, he was chosen by Ernst & Young as New England Entrepreneur of the Year in the real estate and construction category. In 2003, he was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals with the individual “Leader in Philanthropy” award. In 2006, the company was named recipient of the Distinguished Real Estate Award by the Massachusetts chapter of NAIOP. In 2014, the United Way of Massachusetts Bay honored Mr. Davis with the Norman B. Leventhal / Edwin N. Sidman leadership award. Bruce A. Percelay is chairman and founder of The Mount Vernon Company, a real estate investment firm considered among the leading apartment landlords in Massachusetts. The company has grown over the past 30 years to include approximately 1,600 apartments, 5 hotels, as well as select commercial and vacation properties.

The company received the Community Excellence Award from the Rental Housing Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Paragon Award for Industry excellence by the National Apartment Association, Best Landlord in Boston by Boston Magazine and Best Places to Work in Boston by the Boston Business Journal.

Percelay created the Allston Green District, an eleven building assemblage which was the largest new construction project in Allston in over half a century. The three centerpiece buildings in the Green District set a new standard for environmentally sensitive living and have won over nine awards for their forward- thinking sustainable design.

Percelay began his career in advertising and helped manage the marketing efforts for Parker Brother's Games, Keds Sneakers, and Converse Athletic Shoes. He is also credited with the development of the idea for Sunkist Orange Soda, the most successful new soft drink launch in the history of the industry.

Combining his marketing savvy with his real estate experience, Percelay next authored the top selling business book, Packaging Your Home for Profit, published by Little Brown and Company. The success of the book prompted appearances on CNN, Good Morning America and over 50 newspapers and magazines around the country. Percelay pioneered the concept of marketing and staging homes for sale and has used the theories in his book to build The Mount Vernon Company to where it is today.

Percelay has recently created a boutique hotel division of The Mount Vernon Company including 21 Broad, rated by Conde Nast as the top new boutique hotel in the world. The hotels are strategically located in resort communities including: Nantucket, Newport, Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Camden, Maine as well as a 200- room hotel in Boston.

Extremely active in support of the communities in which he lives, Percelay was the driving force behind the construction of Nantucket's new whaling museum, the most significant new building on the island in the last 100 years and is chairman of the $120 million capital campaign for the new Nantucket hospital. He is also a Presidents Council Board Member of Massachusetts General Hospital. Percelay was the chairman of the Massachusetts chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, helping it to become the most successful in the country, and chairman of Habitat for Humanity in Boston where he launched the largest urban project ever built in America during his tenure.

Percelay is the publisher of N Magazine, a publication he co-founded 15 years ago. The magazine is the leading publication of its kind on the island, has won national awards for its quality and boasts the highest income demographic of any seasonal magazine in America

In recognition of his significant service to his community, Percelay was the recipient of the Ten Outstanding Leaders award from the Boston Chamber of Commerce, as one of Boston’s top leaders in The Boston Globe’s Leaders of Boston book and received the Outstanding Achievement Award from YouthBuild Boston. Percelay received a special commendation by former Senator John Kerry for his contributions to Boston which appear in the permanent archives of the United States Congressional Record and was recently honored by the Children’s Advocacy Center for his support of children’s issues.

Percelay currently serves on the board of the Rappaport Institute at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and is honorary chairman of the Nantucket Cottage Hospital capital campaign.

Bruce shares his time between Nantucket and Boston with his wife Elisabeth and two sons William and Charlie. He is an avid boater, tennis player, and is a collector of vintage automobiles.

Jim Rappaport

Mr. Rappaport has over 30 years of real estate investment experience. Beginning in 1982 he was a General Partner in Charles River Park, where he managed the daily operations of the mixed-use development which generated over $40,000,000 in annual revenue. Also during the 1980s, he personally purchased, repositioned, and sold several properties in Hawaii, including the Kauai Resort Hotel. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Rappaport served as President of Charles River Properties, Ltd., overseeing company operations, investments, and public affairs. Mr. Rappaport is actively involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including serving in a number of leadership positions for the Combined Jewish Philanthropies. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as well as the Board of Overseers of Boston's Children's Hospital.

Jim was co-founder and chairman of Park Transit Displays Ltd., which managed the outdoor advertising contract for the M.B.T.A for almost eight years, growing revenues from $3.5 million to over $15 million. In addition, Jim co-founded and was Chairman of Silent Systems, Inc., a technology company that built the first silent computer, reaching revenues over $12 million before it was sold to Molex Inc., a major computer aggregator.

Mr. Rappaport is a member of both the Massachusetts and Vermont Bar and holds a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Boston University School of Law.

One of the nation's top capital markets executives, Robert E. Griffin, Jr. joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 as U.S. head of capital markets and president of the New England area. He leads a capital markets team offering multiple specialties, including the marketing and sale of office, industrial, retail, medical and multi-family assets. In addition to servicing his clients in Boston, Mr. Griffin focuses on expanding NKF's Capital Markets platform and establishing top-tier teams in gateway cities throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, DC, and Houston. Mr. Griffin also heads Newmark Knight Frank's Boston operation.
