Event Summary

Halfway through 2019 market reports were projecting Boston as the top destination for investment in the country due to strong job growth in technology, life sciences and healthcare, coupled with stable rent growth and promising absorption. However, some recent reports started to suggest we are already in the early stages of an economic slowdown due to possible co-working exposure and negative office absorption. Will these forecast come true in 2020? What impact with a slowdown possible have on the Boston market?

Bisnow will bring the Boston CRE community together to set the record straight on where we expect Boston to perform in 2020 and what market trends will lead the way.
