Having seen the completion of a £4 million investment in the Oozells Building, ongoing investment – including a further £3 million to revitalise Three and Four Brindleyplace – ensures Brindley remains relevant and desirable in an exciting, fast-moving market with a limited number of suites currently available.

Summary

1.) What can we expect and want for the Birmingham of tomorrow? How do we create a city where people want to live, work and play?

2.) Is the Jewellery Quarter and the Gay Village at risk of being erased from Birmingham? How do we keep the character of the city while progressing forward?

3.) Americans? Germans? Malaysians? Or Koreans? Who will lead the next wave of investment in Birmingham offices? What should they spend their money on? What does Birmingham need to grow its economy?

4.) Amidst rising costs and fears about delivery, would it matter to the office market if HS2 didn't happen?

5.) Serviced and flexible workspace was the big story of 2018, claiming a rising share of take-up. Will we continue to see the market grow?
