P. David Bramble has been working in real estate investment for over 20 years. He dedicates his time to sourcing & capitalizing transactions and overseeing project underwriting and execution. As a corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm –Madison Funding – which he co- founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of Steptoe & Johnson LLP where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space.

David serves as the Chairman of the Board of Lendistry, a fintech enabled CDFI focused on providing small business capital to underserved communities nationwide. He serves on the investment committee and board of the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation which invests in innovative people, projects, and ideas that improve the quality of life in Baltimore and beyond. He also serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, UPENN Institute for Urban Research, The Abell Foundation, and Baltimore Tree Trust.

Terri Harrington is a Senior Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. Terri’s commercial real estate career spans almost two and a half decades with a variety of leasing experience including executive suites, mixed-use, office, retail, and new development in both suburban and urban properties. Terri began her career with a national developer responsible for both leasing and building operations and understands both sides of the leasing transaction process.

Over this extensive career, Terri successfully leased some of the most challenging projects in downtown Baltimore including the conversion of the Federal Reserve Bank and American Urological buildings from single user to multi-tenant office buildings. Terri was also responsible for the lease transaction to bring the first supermarket to the Central Business District. Terri most recently worked on the new development project of Harbor Point and was responsible for the recent lease up of Class A office building, One South Street.

Terri has consistently been one of the top leasing brokers in the Baltimore market and has been involved in some of the city’s more notable leasing transactions.

In addition to her career in commercial real estate brokerage, Terri is active in economic development and strategic planning efforts to affect positive change in the communities where she lives and works. She serves on numerous boards and committees including the Downtown Partnership, Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Program, and the Charles Street Development Corporation. In addition, Terri serves on the Advisory Board of The University of Baltimore’s Real Estate & Economic Development Program and the Bon Secours Health Systems Foundation Board.

One of the most dynamic professionals in Maryland Real Estate over the last two decades, Billy Yerman has made a lifetime out of the safe transfer of real property. He is a past president of the Maryland Land Title Association and of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. In his long career Billy was CEO of Fountainhead Title and The Strata Group, an organization that encompassed a residential real estate firm, two title companies, a mortgage group, and a personal finance company. In addition to his business pursuits, Billy has given back to the community as a passionate advocate for the next generation by serving on the Board of Trustees of Garrison Forest School and as a past Chairman of the Board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. Billy is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, and the University of Maryland School of Law.

Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects – from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well.

Doug's love for Lego and block construction made it clear from an early age that he was destined for a career in real estate development. As the founding principal of WorkShop Development, Doug has channeled his creative leanings and passion to bricks and mortar projects in the rapidly changing urban landscape of Baltimore.

After graduating from Duke University, Doug spent 16 years at CB Richard Ellis as a broker focusing on landlord representation and national corporate assignments. Doug co-founded Chesapeake Real Estate Group in 2005 and further honed his focus on urban and suburban development with the founding of WorkShop Development in 2014. Doug is also an expert in Brownfield development.

Doug is active both in the Baltimore real estate industry and local community. He is the Vice Chair of the Southeast Community Development Corporation working to improve the lives of all Baltimoreans.
