Adam Kleeman has more than 18 years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services in the commercial and multi-family real estate industries. Based in CohnReznick's Baltimore office, he has extensive experience working with investors, developers, owners and management companies of various sizes and complexities. This experience includes audits of publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Community Development Entities (CDEs).

Most recently, Adam has focused his efforts on servicing clients that utilize New Markets, historic and low-income housing tax credits to subsidize the financing of real estate projects. He has also managed engagements as the external auditor for publicly traded companies and reported on internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Enterprise Homes, Inc.

Chickie Grayson is president and chief executive officer of Enterprise Homes, Inc. She has more than 30 years of experience

in the development of housing for people from all walks of life.

Since 1987, when she began her career with Enterprise, Chickie has established a reputation for building high-quality,

affordable, workforce and market-rate rental and for-sale homes. Enterprise Homes has a successful track record in

large-scale master planning, undertaking and completing complex mixed-income housing developments in both urban and

suburban areas in the Mid-Atlantic region. Enterprise Homes also has extensive experience in layered financing to achieve its

goals by working with private institutions and federal, state and local officials. To date, Enterprise Homes has developed

over 6,200 for-sale and rental homes, including more than 2,000 homes that meet the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria.

Chickie has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Baltimore District Council of The Urban Land

Institute (ULI). She has also received the HOPE Leadership award for her achievements and dedication to providing

homeownership opportunities for minorities, and has been recognized by The Daily Record as an "Influential Marylander in

the field of Real Estate." Under her leadership, Enterprise Homes and its developments have received numerous awards,

including U.S. Green Building Council Neighborhood Development Awards for Excellence in Green Building, a HAND

Award for Best Development of the Year in the District of Columbia, an NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award

for Workforce Housing, and an Excellence in Community Development Award from the MBIA Land Development Council.

Chickie is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in urban

affairs. She serves on the board of the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition (MAHC), and is the current president.

Chickie also serves on the Board of the Parks and People Foundation. Chickie has served on the Affordable Housing

Advisory Councils of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and the Federal National Mortgage Association.

Mr. Gibbons became Chairman of the Board in October, 2010. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 8,000,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use and revitalization projects with a value in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.
