How You'll Do More Business:

The Mid-Atlantic industrial sector is facing challenges, showing a performance that is not as robust as in previous years. In Q4 of 2023, the D.C. metro region experienced over 300K SF of negative net absorption, making it the lowest total since 2013. This dip raises concerns about the overall health and resilience of the industrial real estate market, prompting stakeholders to closely monitor and strategize in response to these shifts. Join the industry's top leaders and influencers as they discuss the latest pipeline, investment trends, tenant attraction, sustainability and design, vacancy rates and how the area is working to improve its 2024 performance.
