Ben O’Neil is Vice President and Market Officer of Liberty’s Washington, D.C.-Baltimore region containing 4.5 million square feet of industrial and 1 million square feet of CBD office in the District of Columbia. Mr. O’Neil joined Liberty in 2005 as the marketing and development specialist for Liberty’s Urban & National Development team. In 2008, he assumed leasing and development responsibilities for Liberty’s Washington, D.C. region and was promoted to Vice President in 2013 to oversee all aspects of the regions operations. Mr. O’Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hobart College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Landscape Architecture, and a MBA in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mark Levy is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in logistics and industrial development. Following the October 2025 sale of Altman Logistics Properties, a company he founded and led as President, to FRP Holdings, Mark now serves as Chief Investment Officer at FRP. In this role, he oversees FRP Development Corp’s investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio performance across its logistics platform. He guides growth initiatives, optimizes returns, and ensures disciplined underwriting and execution throughout the investment lifecycle.

Over his extensive real estate career spanning over 25 years in logistics development, Mr. Levy has deployed over $12 billion of capital including large scale, multi-phase logistics development projects across South Florida, New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Mid Atlantic. He is considered one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate developers in the logistics sector and has been recognized by numerous trade associations and publications.

Before his tenure at FRP and Altman, he served as Chief Investment Officer at HRP Group, where he was instrumental in directing large-scale redevelopment projects nationwide and played a crucial role in establishing HRP's logistics platform, successfully overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of 20 million square feet of logistics space. Mr. Levy’s extensive experience encompasses senior leadership and capital deployment positions, including Head of Capital Deployment for the Eastern United States at Prologis, Vice Chairman at JLL, Senior Vice President for Florida at both Duke Realty and Opus, and Senior Investment Officer at Sumitomo Corporation of America.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Levy earned his degrees in Economics and English from Syracuse University. Among his many professional associations, he is a member of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Governor of the NAIOP Research Foundation, and a leader of ULI’s Florida Industrial Development Council. Additionally, he is an advisor of the United States Chamber of Commerce, a member of the United States Capital Historical Association, an adjunct instructor of Georgetown University’s Master’s in Real Estate Capstone Program, and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County.

As Regional Senior Vice President of Duke Realty's Northeast Region, Jeff is responsible for leading

and directing the leasing, property management and marketing of its growing industrial portfolios in

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Baltimore and Washington, DC, as well as new development opportunities,

land and building acquisitions, and dispositions.

Jeff joined Duke Realty in 1995 as a Senior Leasing Representative in its Columbus office and was

promoted to Vice President, Industrial Leasing in 1999. In 2006, Jeff was named Senior Vice President

of the company's Nashville, Tennessee operations and, in December 2013, was promoted to his

current role.

During his tenure, Jeff has completed more than 30 million square feet of industrial development and

As a Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust, Tom Meehan oversees the development, acquisition and leasing activities for the Pennsylvania and Baltimore/Washington D.C. markets.

Mr. Meehan brings more than 15 years of multi-market experience in industrial real estate to DCT Industrial. Before joining DCT Industrial, Mr. Meehan served as Vice President–Senior Asset Manager for Cornerstone Real Estate Funds, where he was responsible for the company’s property operations in the Eastern U.S. region. Mr. Meehan’s responsibilities included negotiating leases, overseeing third-party leasing agents and property managers, underwriting, and due diligence Prior to Cornerstone, Mr. Meehan served as Vice President-Regional Financial manager for Prologis in its regional Chicago office. His duties included lease reviews, budgeting and forecasting, internal reporting, property tax reviews, and various portfolio analyses.

Mr. Meehan received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Erik Weinberg focuses on strategy, acquisition, business plan oversight and disposition of FCP’s commercial investments. Prior to joining FCP, Erik was a Senior Associate with CW Capital, where he was responsible for the resolution of distressed commercial mortgage loans as well as the disposition of REO properties, aggregating in excess of $3 billion.

Prior to CW Capital, Erik was an Associate within the Capital Markets Group at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers (a predecessor company to Cushman & Wakefield) in Washington, DC. He began his career at BearingPoint, Inc. in its Financial Services Group and graduated an academic All-American from the University of Maryland with a double major in Finance and Accounting. Erik is an active member of ULI and serves on the Office Development Council.

Bob Murphy is the Managing Principal for MRP Realty. He has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, ownership and investment. He joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1987, managing the firm’s regional operations for many years as Principal. Bob’s last role with TCC was area president of the development and investment group in the Mid-Atlantic where Bob and his team completed $1.8B of investments totaling over 10 million square feet. He co-founded MRP Realty (MRP) in 2005, capitalizing on his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Atlantic real estate markets, extensive network of capital relationships, and his reputation as a collaborative and creative partner to drive the firm. Under Bob’s leadership, MRP has deployed nearly $7.8B of office, residential/mixed-use and industrial developments and acquisition investments with an active pipeline totaling over 8 million square feet. He has actively participated in leadership roles at NAIOP and ULI and at various charitable activities during his career; currently serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Washington D.C. Kevin McAndrews is Atapco Properties’ President and has primary responsibility for Atapco’s development and investment strategy and execution. He joined Atapco in 2002 as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development and was promoted to President in 2011.

Kevin began his career with Trammel Crow Company in Texas in 1983 and has held senior management positions with Philadelphia’s Toll Brothers, New York’s The Harlan Company and ran his own commercial real estate company for five years. His experience throughout his career has covered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate investment and development activity.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.

JM Schapiro is the third-generation leader of Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a diversified real estate company co-founded by his grandfather and father. JM has served as Chief Executive Officer of CRC since 2002.

Headquartered in Baltimore and founded in 1960, CRC is a full-service commercial real estate investment and management company. The privately-owned firm owns and manages a diversified portfolio of retail shopping centers consisting of more than 3 million square feet of space, as well as apartment home communities featuring more than 8,000 multi-family apartment homes. Positioned throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, the value of the portfolio exceeds $1.5B.

JM’s family connection to Baltimore extends back to his great-great-grandparents arrival from Europe in the early 1900s. JM was born in Baltimore and lived in Baltimore City until he was four years old on West Lanvale Street in Bolton Hill. JM received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate in 1995 from Johns Hopkins University.

He rejoined CRC in 1998 and, after progressing up the ranks, was named President and CEO in 2002.

Under JM’s leadership, CRC has more than doubled in size and acquired in excess of $1 billion in real estate.

In addition to his role at CRC, JM currently serves as a member of the LifeBridge Health Board, the Board of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, and the Board of The Park School, where he is also an alumnus. He is actively involved with The Associated Jewish Charities (‘The Associated’) where he serves on the Board of Governors and chaired its 2014/2015 Capital Campaign.

Through The Associated, JM was named the recipient of the 2008 Julius Rosenberg Award and the 2010 Harry Greenstein Award. He is the Washington/Baltimore Chapter Chair Emeritus for the Young President’s Organization (YPO), the former Network Chair for the YPO Real Estate Industry Network, and was named a 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Real Estate and Construction category.

JM lives in Baltimore County with his wife, Mindy, and two sons, Landon and Harrison, where they are active members of the community and committed to philanthropic endeavors in the surrounding region.

Mr. Williamson has been with St. John Properties since 1993. He supervises the Leasing, Marketing and Interior Design Departments and oversees all of the Baltimore area leasing of the St. John Properties portfolio. Marianne Lowenthal directs all acquisition and development activity for both mixed-use and retail projects on the West Coast for Combined Properties. She joined the company in 2005 and has been responsible for developing and/or redeveloping: Lincoln & Rose, Commons at La Verne, Turnpike Shopping Center, Foothill Ranch Towne Centre, 990 Palm, Santa Monica and La Brea, Shops at Bear Creek, and the Terraces. Acquisitions during her tenure include: Brentwood Place, Studio City Place, Courthouse Shopping Center, land for Sunset Time, Kings Road, Parcel B in Culver City, and the Terraces. Current development projects are: Sunset Time, The Crown, and Culver City.

Ms. Lowenthal has been in the development business for 28 years and has worked through complicated entitlements and design issues. In her previous position as Executive Vice President for Bond Companies in Los Angeles, she specialized in mixed-use development and was responsible for the first major mixed-use development in Hollywood CA which contained 300 residential units and 100,000 SF of retail. Prior to holding that position, she had equity investment and management positions as principal of her own business, Lowenthal & Company. There she completed the sale of 3.2 million square feet of office buildings in two high-rise mixed-use projects in Los Angeles, in addition to being project manager for the development of a 500,000 square foot mixed-use project in Burbank, CA.

Ms. Lowenthal began her career at The Prudential Realty Group where she started in the development division and rose to become manager of the Western Region portfolio, totaling over 6 million square feet with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Marianne Lowenthal received a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Rouse was affiliated with Manekin, LLC of Columbia, MD. He was recruited in 1995 to unwind Manekin’s position in institutional joint ventures which ultimately gave rise to a boutique investment sales platform. As Director of Manekin’s Investment Services practice, Rouse represented clients in the purchase and sale of investment real estate, site selection and assemblage, underwriting, and structuring transactions. Rouse then assumed the position of Director of Brokerage overseeing 22 brokers across three offices. He finally shifted his role with Manekin to Capital Markets, identifying and structuring potential projects – and the venture partners to fund them – as well as playing an active role in the strategy and direction of the firm. Rouse is active with area nonprofits including the Advisory Council for Stevenson University where he is currently serving as President; and, Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake. Under his leadership, CREG has built a reputation for executing a disciplined investment strategy focused on value-add, build-to-core, and speculative development opportunities.

Mr. Lighthizer brings more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to founding CREG, he spent 16 years at CBRE, where he rose to the rank of Senior Vice President and Partner and was consistently among the firm's top producers nationally. During his tenure, he advised institutional clients such as RREEF, Ohio Teachers, Invesco, Opus, First Industrial, and LaSalle Advisors. He was also a recognized leader within CBRE’s National Global Logistics Practice Group, representing major occupiers across the country.

At CREG, Mr. Lighthizer has spearheaded some of the region’s most significant industrial transactions. Notable highlights include acquiring and developing Brandon Woods 3, a 1 million square foot ecommerce project occupied by Amazon and Best Buy. Port 95 Logistics, a 1 million square foot development at the Port, converting a 600,000 sf Unilever manufacturing facility. Baltimore Crossroads @95, a 240-acre business park with 1.5 million square feet of planned development. His brokerage business from CBRE carried over with his representing General Motors in the $33 million sale of its 182-acre Baltimore Van Assembly Plant to Duke Realty and he also played a pivotal role in GM’s acquisition of land in White Marsh, Maryland, for its 800,000 square-foot Allison Transmission Plant.

Throughout CREG’s history, Mr. Lighthizer has forged strategic capital partnerships with premier institutions including The Carlyle Group, USAA, Prudential Real Estate Investors, EverWest Investors, TA Advisors, Atapco Properties, and others. These relationships have been instrumental in growing the firm’s portfolio and expanding its presence along the I-95 and I-81 corridors in Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.

D. Reid Townsend has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment. He co-founded MRP Industrial in 2013 and has primary responsibility for the sourcing, design, construction, leasing and overall financial performance of the company’s portfolio. In his career, Reid has managed the development of over 12 Million square feet of commercial real estate with a stabilized value of nearly $1.5 Billion.

Prior to MRP Industrial, Reid founded the Maryland/Pennsylvania office as a Partner at Panattoni Development Company. During his five years at Panattoni, he grew the local operation into the most profitable business unit within the company, establishing a pipeline of over 4.5 Million square feet with a stabilized value in excess of $350 Million. Prior to joining Panattoni, Reid worked with the founding partners of MRP Realty at Trammell Crow Company in Washington DC. During his eight years there, Reid served the firm’s institutional capital partners on a wide variety of office, industrial and health care projects. He began his career as a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Baltimore.

Reid received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Michael Elardo is a Managing Senior Director and heads the Industrial Services Group at Cushman &

Wakefield’s Baltimore office. His team handles over 11 million square feet of industrial agency assignments

throughout the Baltimore market. His practice includes the representation of most of the major institution-

al owners and developers of industrial real estate in the market.

Over the course of his career he has been involved in the lease and sale of over 50 million square feet of

product, including over 3 million square feet of build to suit transactions for Coca Cola, Lindenmyer Mun-

roe, Federal Express, Alcon Laboratories, Staples, Graham Packaging and McKesson Medical Surgical. His

tenant representation practice has included major transactions on behalf of Giant/Ahold, Alcon Labora-
