Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.

Having worked in the retail leasing and property management industry for the early stages of her career, it was a natural fit for Wendy to join the DMS Team in 2005 as the company’s site acquisition specialist. Along with being responsible for market analysis and site candidacy for development, Wendy maintains current and historical data on properties to evaluate for market needs. She also maintains tactical oversight of each project from property assemblage, through the entitlement process, to development of the project. Her instrumental involvement at each step is part of the key to DMS’ success.

Kevin McAndrews is Atapco Properties’ President and has primary responsibility for Atapco’s development and investment strategy and execution. He joined Atapco in 2002 as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development and was promoted to President in 2011.

Kevin began his career with Trammel Crow Company in Texas in 1983 and has held senior management positions with Philadelphia’s Toll Brothers, New York’s The Harlan Company and ran his own commercial real estate company for five years. His experience throughout his career has covered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate investment and development activity.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Richard Williamson

Mr. Williamson has been with St. John Properties since 1993. He supervises the Leasing, Marketing and Interior Design Departments and oversees all of the Baltimore area leasing of the St. John Properties portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Williamson serves on the Board of Directors of the BWI Business Partnership, The University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, The National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and The Edward St. John Foundation.

Wayne Gioioso, Jr.

Wayne R. Gioioso, Jr. began his real estate career in 1984. Shortly thereafter, in 1987, he founded Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. The company’s substantial portfolio includes office, retail, parking, residential and storage properties, in addition to industrial land, throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Over the course of his 40-year real estate career, Wayne has earned numerous awards and honors including winning the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award, being named a finalist for Ernst & Young’s “Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year” award, receiving The St. Ignatius Award from St. Ignatius Parish and Fr. Bill Watters, and receiving the prestigious Kelley Medal award for distinguished alumni from his alma mater, Loyola Blakefield. Wayne is actively involved in the community and has served or is currently serving on the boards of: Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Loyola Blakefield High School, Notre Dame Preparatory School, Johns Hopkins-External Affairs, Maryland State Fairgrounds, Baltimore County Economic Development Commission, Loyola University-Board of Sponsors and Signal 13 Foundation.

Kenneth Kearns

Kenneth Kearns specializes in commercial real estate leasing, dispositions, acquisitions, entitlement and asset management. Mr. Kearns has been representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers for over 17 years in the greater Philadelphia region. He has overseen the leasing efforts of many of the region’s top private landlords and has secured over 1 million square feet of leases through tenant representation. Mr. Kearns also handles development entitlements, approvals and underwriting for his clients. Recently, Mr. Kearns has overseen significant transactions covering a range of asset classes and geographies, including Retail, Office, Multifamily Residential, Townhome development and Hospitality.

Previously, Mr. Kearns served as Vice President in the Transactions Group for O’Neill Properties Group (OPG), one of the largest private commercial developers in Pennsylvania, overseeing leasing of OPGs 2 million square-foot, multi-state office portfolio. Prior to his time at OPG, Mr. Kearns served as Senior Vice President for Trinity Capital Advisors where he was responsible for over $100 Million in acquisitions and leasing, and as an associate at PREI, a privately held commercial real estate development company. Mr. Kearns started his career as a project manager for global management consulting firm PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC), where he was instrumental in development of The Zone, PwC’s innovative Global Management Consulting Solution Center and Project Fast-Start Center in Philadelphia and New York.

Mr. Kearns received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, majoring in Marketing and lives with his wife and four children in Wayne, PA.

Shellie Curry is the founder and principal of Curry Architects. He has over 30 years of experience as an

architect and has managed his own firm for over 24 years. Shellie plays a leading role in every phase

of each project, from initial design to construction completion, producing a body of work consistently

high in quality and client satisfaction. Shellie’s projects have won numerous awards and have been

featured in Chesapeake Home, Baltimore Magazine, The Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, and The

Baltimore Sun. He is a licensed architect in the following states: MD, PA, NJ, MO, KY, KS.

Andrew leads business development for Nuveen Green Capital. His team makes it easy for our partners – whether they are building owners, developers, contractors, or other industry professionals – to improve their business returns through the use of C-PACE. Andrew and his team are responsible for originating and developing projects, recruiting and serving channel partners, and increasing market awareness of Nuveen's C-PACE financing. Andrew was Nuveen Green Capital’s first employee and he is a member of the executive team.

Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Andrew spent seven years at The Advisory Board Company – a technology and consulting firm serving 3800+ hospitals and healthcare organizations. At The Advisory Board, Andrew launched new products, led complex technology and consulting evaluations, and ran sales and marketing for two of the firm’s Margin Solutions product lines totaling $60M+ in contract value.

Andrew received his graduate degree from Georgetown University and undergraduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and son.

David Karceski

David Karceski is a member of the firm’s State and Local Government Practice Group and counsels the firm’s clients on real estate development and zoning and land use matters.

Mr. Karceski assists local, regional and national clients in obtaining legislative, administrative and regulatory approvals during all phases of development and permitting processes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The types of projects Mr. Karceski has been involved with include transit-oriented developments, mixed-use town centers, industrial and office parks, institutional campus improvements, multi-family communities and residential subdivisions, and a variety of commercial and retail projects. Signage approvals are a critical component of these projects that Mr. Karceski has obtained to increase the value of all types of development for the client.

Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Karceski served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. on the Court of Special Appeals. He drafted and edited opinions and assisted in revising The Maryland Evidence Handbook.
