Murray Jardine is Senior Vice President – Acquisitions, responsible for generating acquisitions and

development opportunities. Prior to joining TIER REIT, Mr. Jardine worked at Sarofim Realty Advisors for

ten years where he was responsible for office acquisitions and asset management in their Dallas office.

During his tenure at Sarofim, he was involved in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and

disposition of numerous projects across the country. Previously, Mr. Jardine worked for Highgate

Holdings and Archon Group in a variety of acquisition, asset management and portfolio management

roles. He is a member of NAIOP where he sits on the Office Acquisitions Forum and he is a member of

Urban Land Institute and holds a position on the North Texas ULI Industrial Office Product Council. Mr.

Jardine received a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in finance from The

University of Texas at Austin.

He provides vision and direction for the company with 22 years in the industry, and has established his reputation, as well as DPR's, by exceeding customer's expectations. As a DPR partner, Bryan brings the unique ability to lead project teams in team building by utilizing a collaborative process and high-performance problem-solving techniques.

As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Gary Rust

Gary leads McCoy-Rockford’s sales and design team for the Austin location. He is also a member of the Executive Management Team, which guides the company’s strategic direction.

Gary has over 21 years of experiences in sales and operational leadership in multiple verticals. Prior to joining McCoy Rockford, he was the Vice President of Sales for DCI, a healthcare software company that was acquired by HealthStream. Prior to DCI, he spent 15 years in multiple sales leadership roles at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals which was acquired by Pfizer.

Gary understands that an organization is only as strong as its people. “Attracting and developing people that embrace a noble purpose has been vital and will continue to be part of our corporate philosophy. Individual and team efforts that focus solely on helping customers’ achieve their goals is all that truly matters. We all have a perception of the value McCoy Rockford brings to the market but what we think internally is inconsequential. Our brand value is determined by the customer and how we support them as individuals and as an organization.”

Gary holds an undergraduate degree, a BBA in Marketing, and a graduate degree, a Master in Business Administration (MBA), both from St. Edward’s University in Austin Texas. Gary is a native Texan and has lived in Austin for over four decades. Gary and his wife Jenny have been married for 19 years and have three wonderful daughters, Helen, Cate and Julie.

Responsible for implementing all acquisition, development, leasing and management for HPI’s office division, including over 2.8 million square feet of office space that HPI represents. Sam brings over twenty five years of real estate experience to HPI. Prior to joining HPI in 1995, Sam served as project leasing director for Charter Companies in Austin. For more than 4 years he worked as a leasing agent for Capital Associates in Raleigh, N.C. and was a broker at Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh office from 1987 to 1989. His first job after graduating Baylor University was in Dallas, where he was a broker for Clarke and Company.
