Originally from Houston, Randy accumulated extensive experience in the production homebuilding and executive management positions as a division president, regional president, and custom homebuilding positions for both public and private homebuilding companies in Austin.

In 2012, he formed a land acquisition, entitlement, and development operation. Along with his partners, Randy has developed several residential communities in central Texas. With his tremendous passion for land, his role at Randolph Texas establishes corporate vision and direction and identifies development opportunities through his vast network of industry relationships.

Randy and his wife Reenie have been married for 41 years. They have two sons, Grant and Will, who each hold key roles within Randolph Texas Development

Steven Spears is a Principal with Momark Development and Groundwork Partners, located in Austin, Texas. Spears earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University and his Master of Fine Arts in Design from The University of Texas at Austin. Spears has over 25 years of experience as a landscape architect, urban designer, planner, and facilitator. For the last nine years, Spears has focused his efforts primarily as a developer, focused on multi-generational, mixed use, planned-communities. Prior to entering development, he was a partner of an international award-winning planning, design, and economics firm. Spears work can be found throughout North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Thoughtful leadership, design, and research, creates the foundation of Spears work. He methodically integrates the local values of economics, sustainability, culture, and human sensory in community development. At the core is his relentless pursuit of sustainably integrating humanity and ecology. He was inducted into the American Society of Landscape Architects' Council of Fellows in 2015.

In 2010 Evan opened the Austin office of Hunington Properties and has served as the Principal Director ever since. He oversees a wide range of responsibilities including retail development site selection, development oversight, and brokerage

Before joining Hunington Properties, Evan gained experience in property acquisitions/dispositions working both domestically and internationally with his real estate developer father Mike Dyer. He then had a stint at Marcus & Millichap in Austin, specializing in investment property brokerage.

Evan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He is a proud graduate of The University of Texas and remains a dedicated Longhorns supporter, frequently attending games across multiple sports. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, and playing golf.

Trey’s principal area of practice relates to public finance,

development, local government regulation, and state legislative

matters. He regularly represents special districts whose chief

purpose is providing water, sewer, drainage, roads, and parks.

Trey also represents developers in connection with economic

development agreements, tax increment reinvestment zones,

local government corporations, municipal management districts,

and other financing mechanisms used to facilitate development and financing of public

works and infrastructure. He serves as general counsel and bond counsel to special

districts. Trey works with developers to structure development agreements with cities

and other local government entities for public participation in commercial, residential,

and mixed-use developments.

Legislative Activities. Trey has worked to draft significant pieces of legislation and lobby

for their passage, including changes to Chapters 49, 51, 54, and 57 of the Water Code,

Chapter 375 of the Texas Local Government Code, and Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax

Code affecting the administration and operation of water districts; municipal management

districts, and tax increment reinvestment zones (TIRZ’s), respectively; and reforming the

process of granting “Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity” (CCN’s) by the

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)/ Public Utility Commission of Texas

(PUC) by providing greater rights to landowners. Trey works with the TCEQ to write and

adopt agency rules implementing legislative changes.

William (Will) Gladbach, PE, PEng, PMP, is both an excellent engineer and leader,

whose worldly success enables him to bring strategic visions into reality that benefit the

organization. While personable by nature, he is direct and decisive when needed. When

he sees a problem, he addresses it vigorously and stays on it until it is solved.

Will serves as Bowman Consulting’s Texas Region Principal for Strategic Growth after

starting his career in the north Texas metroplex, then spending 14 years in the “Valley of

the Sun,” Phoenix, Arizona. He has over 24 years of experience in master planned

community that includes the management, programing, planning, engineering,

permitting, and construction associated with the complete development with the

inclusion of the residential, commercial/retail, municipal and education services, that

incorporated roadway systems, mass transit, utilities, and pipeline related projects

throughout Texas, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Colorado.

Will holds bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and architecture from the University of

Texas, with additional studies in business. He is fond of saying he crammed four years

of college into six. However, he did break this in two by spending four years in the

United States Navy onboard the USS Trenton participating in expeditions off the coasts

of Iran, Panama, Somalia, and Iraq.

In addition to master planned community experience, he was afforded an opportunity to

lead mass transit/light rail Program Management/Construction Management Operations

in Los Angeles and then built an Engineering/Procurement/Construction Infrastructure

Group in Alberta, Canada supporting the provincial and local governments, as well as

the oil and gas industry.

Through the Church Christ of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona, he volunteered with

1Mission to build homes in northern Mexico. Will enjoys supporting his beloved

Longhorns, golfing, and catching a shows of tribute bands for the Grateful Dead.

A Texas Aggie two times over, Logan started his real estate career in commercial lending and expanded into all aspects of residential real estate from design and entitlements to acquisitions and development. He brings that experience to lead land development operations for Columnar Land in Texas. Prior to joining Columnar, Logan held similar roles at Brookfield Residential, Greystar, and other builders and developers, desigining and constructing over 15,000 lots on over 4,000 acres. HIs experience includes large scale master planned communities as well as multifamily developments, including student housing, active adult, and traditional apartment homes. Logan garnered detailed experience with major infrastructure improvements, public-private partnerships, and the intricacies of land use politics. Logan earned his B.A. and M.B.A. from Texas A&M.

Justin founded Sapelo Real Estate Group (“Sapelo Group”) as a vehicle to target raw land entitlement projects with a focus on residential master-planned communities.

Formerly, Justin served as Director at Buchanan Capital Partners, Director of Land Acquisition and Entitlements at Meritage Homes, and managed acquisitions and entitlements at Forestar Group. Prior to Forestar, Justin was a project manager at William Lyon Homes (formerly RSI Communities).

Justin started his career on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. He later spent time as a travel aide to the Governor of Texas and led the Texas Enterprise Fund, committing more than $70M in cash contributions to various companies on behalf of the State of Texas. Justin is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Justin credits his ability to successfully navigate local entitlements to his political experience at both the federal and state levels, as well as his many years spent on the development side of real estate companies.

Myra has over 20 years of experience in real estate development in the Central

Texas Market. She has lead large-scale land development projects across

residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. As President of Benchmark

Austin, she provides strategic leadership and oversees projects at every stage from

site acquisition and entitlement to infrastructure planning and construction.

Myra is continually finding innovative ways to navigate the ever-changing market

demands. Specializing in land strategy, zoning and permitting, and contract

negotiations, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact communities.

Known for her strategic mindset and execution, she has been recognized as a

leading figure in developing the Austin area by The Austin Business Journal for

her work in Goodnight Ranch and by Austin Woman for playing a vital role in

developing the Austin area. Myra is passionate about shaping sustainable,

community-focused developments that drive long-term value for end users and

stakeholders.

Mike Sullivan is a managing director in the Piper Sandler special district group. Sullivan brings more than nine years of debt, capital markets and special district finance experience to the team. He is responsible for the Colorado, Utah and Texas special district practices in areas such as transaction execution, debt structuring, disclosure and document review, financial modeling and coordination of credit rating process. He works with clients at all phases of the development cycle, ranging from early stage, non-rated transactions to investment grade refinancings.

Before joining Piper Sandler, Sullivan was a vice president at D.A. Davidson & Co. with a similar focus on special district financings. Prior to that, he served as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in Dallas, Texas.

Additionally, Sullivan serves as a board member for HomeAid Colorado. Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Duane is T. Wilson’s General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance. As Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance, Duane utilizes his more than a decade of

experience in public/private financing and real estate matters to facilitate project financing for

master planned and mixed-use communities.

Prior to joining T. Wilson, Duane worked for six years as a land use attorney. As a land use

attorney, Duane focused on development-related issues, which included financing through the

use of public improvements districts, tax increment reinvestment zones, municipal management

districts, municipal utility districts, and similar special districts throughout Texas. He also

represented landowners on zoning requests, variance and special exception appeals, specific use

permits, and annexation requests.

In 2003, Duane earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Following graduation from LSU, Duane worked for Halliburton as an engineer until he began

law school in 2010. He graduated summa cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law (in

Houston) in 2013.

In his spare time, Duane enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cooking,

working out, playing golf, and watching the LSU Tigers.

Mr. Bratton’s experience ranges from public infrastructure projects for cities and counties to residential and commercial land development and entitlement. He has an extensive and unique background in entitling development projects from both the private and public perspectives.

He has served as the County Engineer for Caldwell County since 2011, leading the County’s review and approval of development agreements and preliminary plats for nearly 30,000 single-family lots since 2020.

For private clients outside of Caldwell County, he has led initial entitlement, civil design, and permitting for multiple master-planned communities from San Antonio to Austin. He has recently begun a new role at Kleinfelder as the National Land Development Practice Leader.

Valued leader and senior executive with 25 years of experience in real estate, brand development, finance, marketing, and sales. Successfully managed business operations in various industries such as master-planned communities, home-building, resorts and tourism destinations, marinas, golf courses, retail and F&B, business and industrial parks, and higher education.

Jenna Edge is the Owner and CEO of Ash Creek Homes, a boutique Austin-based homebuilder with a legacy of creating thoughtfully designed communities and homes since 1982. Jenna’s journey with the company began in 2011 as Marketing Manager. Rising quickly through leadership roles, she began acquiring the firm in 2019 and became the sole owner in 2024.

Under her direction, Ash Creek has built almost 400 homes across Central Texas, including attached townhomes, custom single-family residences, remodels, and high-density infill projects all across Austin.

Today, Jenna guides a highly capable team overseeing acquisitions, construction, and strategic growth. She is recognized for her creative problem-solving and hands-on, "people-first" leadership. Deeply valuing everything she has learned from the company's founders and the mentors in her life, she operates on the belief that learning, pivoting, and balance are just as important as smart strategy.

A Cedar Park resident of over 12 years, Jenna lives with her husband Philip, their son Carson, and their puppy, Bo Pickles. Jenna holds a Marketing degree from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exercising, and being outdoors with her local extended family. A few fun facts: she grew up in Tomball, Texas, is a major cheese enthusiast, and dreams of owning a tortoise one day.

Will Smith is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Will’s practice focuses on real estate, with an emphasis on the planning, development, risk management, administration and marketing of single-family, townhome, condominium, commercial, and mixed-use projects, as well as resorts, clubs, and fractional ownership structures. Will also works with developers and builders on Interstate Land Sales Act (ILSA) compliance and registration and compliance with secondary mortgage market (FHA, VA, FNMA, etc.) requirements. Will has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting acquisition and disposition contracts, easements, development and license agreements. Will also represents build-for-rent and single-family rental owners and in planning for accommodating build-for-rent and single-family rental projects within master-planned communities.

In her role as Senior Account Executive, Meredith Denton leverages her background in finance, real estate, and data analysis to support thoughtful, informed client partnerships. Her experience across commercial real estate, fintech, and SaaS has given her an analytical approach that’s grounded in understanding how businesses operate and grow.

Before joining Cecilian, Meredith worked with a range of institutional and enterprise organizations through roles at firms including JLL and fintech startup Concertiv. Her experience includes product management, usability testing, and contributing to the development of an internal vendor and contract management platform. This gives her a strong foundation in both the technical and commercial sides of software.
