Her work has resulted in recruiting high-impact companies, strengthening workforce pipelines and building regional strategies that support long-term growth.

Her leadership spans key industries including semiconductors, aerospace & defense and life sciences, and she’s known for her ability to unite public and private sector leaders around shared goals.

Reeves Davis serves as President of Technology Solutions at JLL, where he has led strategic initiatives in the CRE and Enterprise Technology in various roles for the past 10 years. Reeves brings extensive experience managing global business lines and driving high growth in both revenue and margin through strategic partnerships and organizational transformation. He has been instrumental in JLL's evolution as a global leader in CRE technology, helping to position the company in a rapidly changing environment.

As an accomplished leader in commercial real estate, Julie effectively combines her deep knowledge and robust experience to serve as President of Ryan’s Southern Division. In this role, Julie leads all strategic initiatives for the South Central and Southeast regions, driving business development and operational efficiency. She is responsible for overseeing profitability, collaborating with regional leaders on business plans, fostering client relationships and contributing to executive decision-making to align with organizational goals and enhance overall performance. A dedicated member of the Executive Leadership team, Julie is committed to fostering sustainable growth and innovation across the company, creating a positive impact across communities and prioritizing client goals.

Previously, Julie held the role of Executive Vice President of Ryan’s Senior Living sector. Her leadership was instrumental in growing the number of senior living units in the portfolio by 97% while skillfully managing an asset portfolio valued at $2 billion. She provided strategic direction to a team of more than 35 professionals, emphasizing robust financial management and meticulous planning, which led to the successful placement of $42 million in capital and the attainment of significant equity commitments. Julie’s expertise includes operational efficiency, comprehensive market analysis, and the development of strong partnerships—which ensure positive project outcomes.

Determined, goal-oriented, and analytical, Julie is widely respected for following through on commitments. She focuses on providing support and direction to team members across multiple disciplines and geographic areas while enhancing customer value and profitability. Patrick joined the Griffin Partners team in 2021 after a long career in the Commodities Trading and Energy software space. He is overseeing a portfolio of innovation initiatives to analyze, modernize, and automate company processes. A graduate of the University of Texas, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He and his wife Alisha enjoy travelling the world, cooking, and spending time with their children.

Matt Isbell is the President and Founder of EnvelopiQ, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and technology industry. Throughout his career, Matt has been instrumental in designing and implementing technology for some of the largest and most complex projects. For the past decade, he has focused on adopting a user and experience-driven approach to planning and integrating technology within the built environment. His expertise and dedication have positioned him as a leader in the field.

Matt and EnvelopiQ are currently involved in planning and connecting technology in iconic projects across the country. These include the $4.3 billion IU Health Downtown Hospital, OCVIBE in Anaheim, CA, COTA Turn 11 car condos, the $650 million+ Indiana School for the Deaf and Blind, Elanco Animal Health’s new global headquarters, and the Bottleworks District in Indianapolis.

A native of Indianapolis, where EnvelopiQ is headquartered, Matt also oversees an office in Austin, TX. His innovative mindset continues to drive EnvelopiQ’s success and influence in the industry.

David helps executives cut through AI hype and focus on what actually matters for their

business. As Industry Principal for AI at Yardi Systems, he shapes AI strategy and go-

to-market positioning across a $2.5B enterprise SaaS platform.

He's a frequent speaker at events like Realcomm, CRETech, and BOMA, known for

making complex AI concepts feel approachable and actionable for non-technical

audiences. He also writes "The Real AI State," a blog breaking down what generative AI

actually means for enterprise software and real estate. Before Yardi, he spent 20+ years

building technology businesses — founding Availeron Consulting, co-founding

Myhomepayge (which scaled to 100,000 users), and serving as fractional CTO for

multiple real estate firms.

His favorite part of the work is getting on stage, breaking down something genuinely

complex, and watching a room shift from skeptical to excited.
