Serving as Vice President, Mark brings a passion for urban revitalization and commitment to quality development to the Weston Urban team. With wide experience in multifamily product types and various markets, he is focused on creating vibrant residential communities that contribute to the density and diversity of downtown. Mark has a successful track record of multifamily development from project origination through construction execution and stabilization and has been instrumental in the creation of thousands of residential units in Texas and other regions of the country. Before Joining Weston Urban, previous employers include Landmark Properties, The NRP Group, Sares-Regis Group, and the Taubman Company. With Landmark Properties, Mark focused on developing purpose-built student housing communities across various University-centric markets around the country. With The NRP Group he was responsible for the origination and execution of market rate developments throughout the state of Texas with a focus on urban and suburban class “A” mixed-use communities. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. While still a Detroit Pistons fan at heart, he has adopted the Spurs as his western conference team and he and his lovely wife Carrie have two creative and energetic daughters, Kaylie and Brynn.

Matt is currently a Vice President – Account Manager with Skanska USA Building Inc. in San Antonio, TX. He has been with Skanska for 20 years and his recent prior work includes Hemisfair Civic Park, City Tower and Lackland Ambulatory Care Center in San Antonio, as well as Bank of America Tower in Houston. Matt is a registered Professional Engineer, is active in the Urban Land Institute and sits on the Construction Science and Management Advisory Council at UTSA. He resides in San Antonio with his wife and twin 6-year-old sons.

As a Design Director, Andrew has contributed to varied, program-rich developments around the world that bring together multiple uses to create positive synergies between their overlapping functions.

This work ranges from an almost four million square foot, mixed-use complex in Chengdu, China that includes a 2,221-foot tower with vertical gardens to a compact, sustainably designed K-12 school on New York’s Upper West Side.

Andrew has been at the forefront of KPF’s growing presence in Texas. His work on Waterline, a multi-program project in Austin that is lifted above the ground, and Knox Promenade, a transformative mixed-use development in Dallas, is helping to shape the future of the Lone Star State.

Andrew’s expertise encompasses both commercial and institutional, private, and public work, including a business and management center at Morgan State University, a public, historically black research university in Baltimore, and a science teaching and student services center at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis that includes state-of-the-art classrooms that support new pedagogies and approaches to education.

During his 20-year tenure at KPF, Andrew has collaborated with co-founder Bill Pedersen on a series of furniture and lighting, including “Folded Steel” a dining and coffee table set, TransFOMICA for the Cincinnati Contemporary Art Center “Architects at Play” Exhibit, Ivalo’s L’ale Pendant and Sconce, the LOOP de LOOP family of tubular furniture, and the Glacier Chandelier, designed with LASVIT.

Prior to GrayStreet, Mr. Alavi worked in Société Générale’s Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York, where he was involved in over $38 billion of completed domestic and international cross-border M&A transactions. Previously, he worked in Société Générale’s Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group, working on domestic and cross border M&A advisory assignments, Corporate and Project finance, as well as Capital Restructuring, mandates. Mr. Alavi holds an AB in Mathematics and Economics from The University of Chicago.

Leah serves as the city leader for Transwestern San Antonio. In this leadership role, her objectives are to grow

Transwestern’s San Antonio operations, elevate client services, attract new talent, create new business opportunities

for the firm and advise clients on acquisition and disposition opportunities. Gallagher has a 23-year tenure with

Transwestern.

In Leah’s tenure with Transwestern, she served in multiple roles in both the Houston and Austin locations. Her most

recent role was Managing Director for the Capital Markets group with Transwestern’s Central Texas operations where

she focused on the disposition and acquisition of office, retail, and industrial properties for a variety of major

institutional, government, and private clients. Leah provided capital markets expertise and developed new business

relationships for Transwestern’s Investment Services and Capital Markets groups locally, nationally, and internationally.

Leah also worked closely with leasing and management personnel to advise clients on valuation maximization

strategies and create optimal exit strategies for both single assets and portfolios.

Prior to rejoining Transwestern in 2012, Leah worked at Jones Lange LaSalle in Houston, where as Vice President of

Capital Markets her responsibilities included providing capital solutions for a wide variety of investors, occupiers, and

clients, as well as planning and business development activities. Leah has been responsible for the valuation, sale,

financing, repositioning, and recapitalization of a multitude of properties as well as advisory and receivership

turnaround of troubled assets.

Leah served on Transwestern's Board of Directors in 2021. In 2021, Leah was recognized by the San Antonio Business

Journal as a recipient of the Women's Leadership Awards. Leah actively participates in programs presented by: The

Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Leah was recognized by Black’s Guide in 2009

as one of the Top Young Guns under the age of 35 in Houston commercial real estate. Leah also received

Transwestern’s Rising Star award in 2008, recognizing her achievements in investment sales. Leah served in multiple

capacities on the board of the Boerne Youth Football and Cheer Association, most recently as President in the 2022

season.

Leah received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a licensed Real Estate

Broker in the State of Texas.

John Colglazier, Jr. is a Partner in Partners’ San Antonio office,

specializing in the lease and sale of industrial properties. John

has deep experience marketing the gamut of industrial product

types at the local, regional, and national level. His expertise is

in taking sites from greenfield, through entitlement, lease-up/

stabilization, and disposition.

Prior to Partners, John joined Colglazier Properties in 1996 and

has specialized in the sale and leasing of all types of industrial,

manufacturing and distribution products.

For his career, John has completed sale/lease transactions in

excess of $1.63 billion in total volume.
