Spencer Levy is Global Client Strategist and Senior Economic Advisor for CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services firm in the world. In this role, he focuses on client engagement and public-facing activities, including thought leadership work performed in conjunction with CBRE Research. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Roundtable’s Research Committee.

Spencer is frequently quoted in major business publications and appears on business television, including CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, PBS and Fox Business. Spencer is the host of CBRE’s podcast “The Weekly Take.” He is considered one of the most insightful commentators on issues of importance to commercial real estate.

While a New Yorker for most of his life, Spencer currently resides in Baltimore with his wife of 23 years and their three children. Spencer serves on the board of the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women.

After 5 action-packed years at Rackspace, Randy teamed with Graham to form Weston Urban in 2012. As President, Randy is responsible for all aspects of the company’s investing and development. The former Vice President of Real Estate at Rackspace, Randy led the cloud computing company’s global portfolio from 2007 to 2011. During his tenure the company expanded to eight data centers in the U.S., Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. In that time the company’s worldwide office footprint grew to 1.5 million square feet. Smith also led the acquisition and transformation of the former Windsor Park Mall into “The Castle,” Rackspace’s LEED certified global headquarters located in Northeast San Antonio. Randy earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia.

Dr. Kate Rogers currently serves as the Executive Director of the Alamo Trust, the non-profit organization responsible for the daily operations of the Alamo historic site and the implementation of the $400 million Alamo Master Plan.

The first new building associated with the plan – The Ralston Family Collections Center - opened to the public on March 3rd, 2023. During her tenure at the Trust, Kate has successfully kicked off the statewide fundraising campaign with more than $33 million raised to date, recruited several key staff members, and completed the acquisition of the Donald and Louise Yena Spanish Colonial Collection.

Prior to her time at the Alamo, she served as the Vice President of Community Outreach and Engagement at the Charles Butt Charitable Foundation. Kate graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Christian University and received her Masters of Public Affairs degree from the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. She recently earned her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California.

Kate spent almost 20 years in marketing and communications at H-E-B, one of the largest privately-held retail chains in the country before transitioning to pursue her passion in public education. Prior to joining the Charles Butt Foundation, she served as the founding President of the Holdsworth Center, a leadership institute for public school professionals located in Austin, Texas. Kate also serves on the board of Alamo Colleges Foundation and Early Matters San Antonio and has been named Woman of the Year by the San Antonio Business Journal and the list of top 100 Texans to Watch.

Furthering a commitment to public service and engaging students in the ideals of citizen government, former Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff will bring his 50 years of political involvement to The University of Texas at San Antonio community, beginning this spring.

UTSA today announced that Wolff, who retired as county judge on December 31, will join the university in a non-faculty role to share his knowledge of government and politics with students, faculty and researchers across a variety of academic programs.

Wolff will offer insight from his service as a state representative, state senator, city councilmember, mayor and county judge through lectures and talks in the Carlos Alvarez College of Business, the College for Health, Community and Policy, the College of Liberal and Fine Arts and The University of Texas School of Public Health San Antonio.

De Miller currently serves as the President of the Marsh McLennan Agency office in San

Antonio. He has worked in the insurance profession for 29 years. Prior to joining Marsh, De was

a Managing Director at Wortham Insurance from 2015 to 2018. Before his time at Wortham, De

served as the principal of the Donald E. Miller Agency from 1994 to 2014.

Leo became Vice President of Public and Government Affairs for Spurs Sports & Entertainment in 1996. He left Spurs Sports & Entertainment for two years to serve as General Manager of Administration with Toyota Manufacturing, Texas before returning to Spurs Sports & Entertainment in 2005. His distinguished career also includes serving as President of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Leo began his professional career as an intern with the U.S. General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C. He also worked with the Research and Planning Division with the Texas Department of Commerce before being named the Assistant Director for the Tomas Rivera Center at Trinity University.

Leo is very active in the San Antonio community serving on the Board of Directors of numerous organizations including greater:SATX and the San Antonio Mobility Coalition. He also graduated from the FBI San Antonio Citizens Academy.

In January 2020, Jesus H. Saenz Jr., IAP, was appointed to serve as the city’s Director of Airport’s. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the San Antonio Airport System, made up of the San Antonio International Airport and Stinson Municipal Airport. Combined the airports account for economic impact of more than $ 5.2 billion annually and support approximately 46,000 jobs in the region.

Mr. Saenz brings a strong focus on strategic planning initiatives to enhance customer experience, shepherd the airports capital improvement projects and increase the international airports air service, both domestic and international.

Previously, Mr. Saenz was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Houston Airport System (HAS). As the COO, Mr. Saenz oversaw strategic and business plan development, business process re-engineering, implementing of technologically complex projects and airport operations.

He has held a wide range of positions, including General Manager for William P. Hobby Airport Assistant Director of Administration and Customer Service at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Assistant Director of Transportation at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Acting Assistant Director of Operations at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Senior Superintendent, Superintendent and Customer Service Manager.

During his nearly 20-year aviation career he has become an accredited executive of the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP-IAP). Mr. Saenz obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from University of Houston-Downtown.

Timothy N. Ramon is a 3rd generation Demolition Contractor. A native of San Antonio, Erik Walsh began serving as City Manager on March 1, 2019. As the chief executive officer of the municipal corporation, Walsh oversees 13,000 employees, manages an annual operating and capital budget of $2.9 billion and serves 1.5 million residents. Prior to being appointed City Manager, Walsh worked as Deputy City Manager and Assistant City Manager for the City of San Antonio, serving the organization for 28 years.

Throughout his tenure, Walsh has led the organization’s efforts to enhance the effectiveness and delivery of City services. As City Manager, he leads the organization’s extensive operations through strong operations management, organizational development, budget, fiscal policy, and contract management experience.

His core focus is to serve the residents of San Antonio through exceptional customer service, strong financial management, data-driven decision making and leading an employee first culture.

Walsh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Urban Administration from Trinity University. He is a member of International City/County Management Association, Texas City Management Association, and Local Government Hispanic Network. He has been nationally recognized for his contributions to the city management profession.

Walsh is happily married to his wife Sandra. The couple has two children.
