Maija Kreishman, AIA, IIDA, is Senior Principal at Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (MHOA), where she has been a critical member of the firm since 2007. In addition to managing a broad range of architecture and interior projects, Maija oversees strategic visioning, studio culture, operations, marketing, and business development.

Maija’s passion for food and travel has shaped her design perspective and developed in her a penchant for hospitality design. Prioritizing experience, her design approach seeks to engage and connect the user to a space by prompting a response to interiors, materials and furnishings. Currently, Maija is drawing design inspiration from her recent travels to South Africa, Latvia, Amsterdam, and Iceland.

Charlie, a native of San Antonio, earned an honor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Physics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Charlie oversees investment sales and development for Valcor. Charlie is also responsible for sourcing investments, landlord representation, tenant representation, and new business pursuits. Prior to founding Valcor, Charlie worked as a Financial Analyst at Trinity Real Estate Finance where he underwrote and assisted in closing commercial properties of all types across Texas.

Charlie is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Additionally, Charlie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Charlie played an integral role in Valcor being named Top Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Top Commercial Real Estate Property Management Firms by the San Antonio Business Journal over the past consecutive 5 years. Charlie was also named in the 2017 Class of TOP 40 Under 40 for the San Antonio market.

Charlie is an avid Spurs fan, fanatical about trees, enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his wife of over 15 years and their three children. Charlie and his family are active at Currey Creek Church, where they teach in the children’s ministry. Charlie serves on the board of 1Hope For Kids, a local foster and adoption agency, for which he and his family have a tremendous passion. Additionally, Charlie serves on the board for The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as a mentor in the Boerne high school’s Business Incubator and Entrepreneurship Program.

Caitlyn Ryan is a Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. She is a member of the investment management team. Her responsibilities include sourcing and executing new development and acquisition projects. Previously at Stream, she was involved in principal underwriting for office and industrial product.

Prior to joining Stream Realty, Caitlyn assisted with Alex Brown Realty’s Investments and Portfolio Management teams in Baltimore, Maryland. Caitlyn’s experience includes financial analysis, industrial and office acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and real estate investment trust valuations.

Drew Hanish is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pravo Construction, a commercial general contractor in the Austin area specializing in tenant improvements for historical buildings and first-generation spaces. In addition to having extensive knowledge in Austin's historical sites, buildings, and preservation methods, Drew works closely with top-area architects, designers, subcontractors, and brokers that work with high-end material who caters to some of the largest tech giants and industrial companies in America. As more and more companies begin to relocate to the area, there is a greater need to help facilitate and build spaces that support a growing sophisticated and tech-savvy workforce while preserving the area's cultural values. Drew graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Construction Management and was awarded a scholarship to play for the University of Minnesota's Men's Baseball Team. Drew is an active member of RECA as a Christmas in October committee member and ULI as a Creative Culture committee member. When not overseeing developments or attending City of Austin Construction committee meetings, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, working out with a fitness community, and cheering on his Gophers.

Justin has over 22 years of experience in Austin and has worked in many key markets, including commercial office, education, healthcare, and multi-family. Originally from Fort Worth, Justin has lived in the Austin area since 1996 and is active in the local community. He currently serves as a Legacy Council Board Member on the Darrell K. Royal Research Fund for Alzheimer’s Disease and is a Campus Advisory Council Board Member and Ambassador for Dripping Springs ISD. Justin is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Associated General Contractors, Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Architects, and the Greater Austin and Dripping Springs Chambers of Commerce. He lives in Dripping Springs with his wife, Katy, and his three children - Brooklyn, Jake, and Graham.

With over 18 years of experience in business development and project management focused on hospitality, amenities and wellness for some of the world’s most prestigious commercial and mixed use properties in the nation she is looking forward to continuing to grow the Corgan brand and presence across Austin. With over 30 years of architectural experience with an emphasis on retail design and planning, Sheri

Blattel co-leads the Retail market sector at CTA Architects Engineers. Her extensive background in retail

design provides a foundation from which she is able to deliver detailed services that guide the evolution

of each client’s vision from inspiration to reality. Sheri’s passion is understanding client needs and

finding integrated solutions that result in unique environments and successful projects. She is well

versed in current retail trends and understands the power of the branded experience.

Sheri designs retail experiences, but shows real strength in building and maintaining strong relationships

with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members. A strategic and sincere communicator, she also

leads a dynamic CTA Austin office. She is a fierce and outspoken proponent of the advancement of

equity, diversity, and inclusion both at CTA and across the AEC industry.

Glenn Hart handles Business Development and Marketing for Broaddus Construction, an Austin based general contractor focusing on multifamily, retail, industrial, aviation and healthcare construction around Texas. Glenn, or “LinkedGlenn” as many know him online as a glennfluencer, was born in Austin and has been involved in the design and construction world in a variety of roles since graduating from UT School of Architecture in 2001. Glenn’s self designated title Austin Aficionado and passion for the city has led to co-hosting duties on popular Austin-centric podcast BoomATX interviewing interesting Austinites doing interesting things. He is actively involved in local industry organizations including SMPS Austin where he was Pandemic President as well as ULI Austin recently serving on Marketplace and Impact Awards committees. While he often longs for the Austin of yesterday, he gets just as excited for what is still to come for this #boomtown he calls home.
