Erin Morales is Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Austin office. Erin brings over 22 years of experience in brokerage services with a focus in corporate occupiers in the technology sector and strategic real estate planning.

Prior to joining Avison Young, she served as Senior Vice President with CBRE, where she was a founding member of and leader in the Technology & Media Practice. While at CBRE, Erin garnered consistent industry recognition as one of the top tenant representation professionals in the Austin MSA. Over the course of her successful career, Erin participated in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 4.5 million square feet.

As part of Avison Young's continued global expansion, Erin will focus on the strategic growth of the Austin office, by developing new business and recruiting additional talent to enhance the firm’s service offerings in Austin and its neighboring cities.

Colby Wick joined Shorenstein in 2011. He oversees the Western United States Investments Group which includes Capital Transactions, Asset Management, Leasing, and Development. His responsibilities include overseeing the sourcing of investment opportunities and directing the underwriting, due diligence, structuring and closing of capital transactions. In addition, he is responsible for the investment performance of assets in the West through oversight of the development and execution of asset specific strategies during the company’s ownership.

Mr. Wick is a board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties San Francisco Bay Area chapter, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Wick was a senior associate at Ernst & Young advising real estate and technology clients. Previously, he was an analyst at Base Capital, a boutique private equity real estate investment company based in Bellevue, WA.

Mr. Wick graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington with a B.A. and M.S.A.

Joe Llamas founded Generational Commercial Properties Co. in 2013 with the goal of creating long-term value for clients. Generational is a real estate development firm specializing in office, industrial & multi-family projects. Generational is widely known as a firm that establishes deep relationships with tenants to create innovative designs that consistently exceed end-user expectations. In addition to providing strategic direction, Mr. Llamas' responsibilities include leading all firm investment and development activities. While at Generational, Mr. Llamas has developed 500,000 square feet of industrial and 1.5 million square feet of office projects.

Before forming Generational, Mr. Llamas was a Regional Vice President for McShane Development Company. He oversaw all aspects of McShane's Texas operations including the development of 600,000 square feet of Class A office, 1,300,000 square feet of industrial space, and 600 apartment units. While under Mr. Llamas' leadership, McShane's Texas office was named a Top 5 Developer from 2007-2012 by the Austin Business Journal.

Prior to McShane, Mr. Llamas worked at RREEF, the $68 billion real estate private equity management business of Deutsche Bank. While at RREEF Mr. Llamas structured development joint ventures and acquisition deals nationwide.

Mr. Llamas earned his MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross Business School and a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University Bloomington.

He is a member of ULI, CLBA, RECA, NAIOP and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Wyatt Frantom, FAIA is an experienced cross-disciplinary collaborator and award-winning designer. An Architect licensed in Texas and California, and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Wyatt serves as Principal and Design Director with Perkins&Will.

With over 25 years of experience designing, leading, and executing innovative projects in the U.S. and abroad, Wyatt has gained a deep understanding of markets and the global design culture while working to deliver world-class architecture. As a forward-thinking and collaborative industry leader with Practice Area specialization in Office Buildings, Headquarters, Corporate Campuses, and Higher Education, Wyatt has brought his passion for design and for environmentally-responsive building to a broad range of project types.

An accomplished architect, Wyatt has spoken regularly at conferences across the country, has taught architectural design and regularly serves as critic at universities, and on design and award juries within the industry. Wyatt received a Master of Architecture degree from Rice University, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from Harvard University.

Wyatt and his projects have been recognized and published widely; including honors by the Chicago Athenaeum, the AIA COTE Top Ten Award, the ULI Charter Award, and numerous AIA State and local design awards among others; delivering LEED Platinum as well as WELL-certified projects. He has been recognized as recipient of the 2014 BD+C National 40-under-40 Award, the 2014 AIA National Young Architects Award, the 2007 AIA Houston Young Architect Award, and the 1997 AIA Columbus Student of the Year Award. In 2019, Wyatt was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. As Vice President, Office & Life Science Leasing within Ivanhoé Cambridge's Leasing & Development

Team, Charlie oversees all leasing efforts within IC’s portfolio of Office & Life Science assets across

North America. He has a particular focus on & fascination for the conceptualization, design, customer-

experience and ultimately, the lease-up of world-class & magnetic commercial real estate.

Charlie’s nearly 20 year career as a commercial real estate professional spans various world-class

markets including: Toronto, Hong Kong and New York City.

He is a graduate of McGill University with a MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia

University.

Charlie currently sits on both the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors (as a Member At Large); and is

the co-Chair of the Eva’s Golf Classic - raising funds & awareness to benefit homeless and at-risk

youth in the Greater Toronto Area. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for NAIOP Greater

Toronto and the Canadian Leadership Council for CoreNet Global.

Cody joined the Gordon Highlander team with more than 25 years of industry experience. This experience has brought confidence and trust with new clients as he stepped into the role of Vice President for the new Central Texas office in Austin. He has built both a cohesive team and the Gordon Highlander reputation in this expanded market. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Cody holds a master’s degree in industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Kevin Brooke serves as a Vice President in Trammell Crow Company’s Austin Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing development opportunities in Austin and Central Texas. More specifically, he manages the design, capitalization, leasing and disposition of development projects. Since joining the company in 2017, Mr. Brooke has been involved in a wide range of projects and product types totaling more than 5 million square feet.

Mr. Brooke began his career at Wells Fargo Securities on the Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets and Finance team, where he was involved in the issuance of more than $10 billion of commercial mortgage backed securities.

Dan Hollander, the Managing Principal of DHA Capital, is a real estate professional with over 25

years of experience in the acquisition and development of residential, commercial and mixed-

use properties. Over his career Hollander has been responsible for real estate transactions

exceeding 6.8 mm sf and $4.0B in value, including over 600 condominium units without any

post-closing liabilities for construction defects, 1.5 mm sf of office, 200k sf of retail, and 3,100

rental units.

Since forming DHA Capital in 2011, Hollander has completed multiple transactions representing 2

mm sf and almost $1.2B in total cost. His projects have been noted for their design sensibility and

market appeal. In 2020, Hollander moved DHA’s headquarters from New York City to Austin, TX.

Prior to founding DHA, Mr. Hollander was Senior Managing Director of The Clarett Group, where he

led the company's acquisition and development efforts in the New York metropolitan area for ten

years. Mr. Hollander also has a background in affordable housing, having started his career in public

housing and privately-owned low-income housing in his native Chicago as well as in New York.

At an early age, Chi knew he wanted to be an architect and his passion for the industry grew when he moved to New York City for college. A couple of years after graduating, he moved to Austin where he has spent the majority of his career. Chi is a trusted advisor, steward and friend to his clients. He is an excellent Project manager and makes it his priority to achieve the client’s goals and vision while monitoring and maintaining project

Jeff Bodenman is currently the Texas Portfolio Director for WeWork. He manages the financial performance, occupancy levels, and deal flow of 18 buildings totaling over 1M SF across Austin, DFW, and Houston. In 2021 and 2022 his team leased over 2.5M SF within the TX WeWork portfolio. He is also the lead negotiator and strategist on large transactions with Fortune 500 tenants such as Amazon, Microsoft, TikTok, etc. In 2019 as part of WeWork’s Real Estate team, Jeff opened or expanded in 11 new or existing WeWork locations in TX. Will Curtis, CCIM currently serves as the Commercial Managing Director for the Phyllis Browning Company. Here, he oversees all aspects of the growing commercial real estate division, ensuring it delivers “The Very Best” personalized concierge service to all of Texas that the Phyllis Browning Company is known for.

Previously, Will was the Leasing Manager for Port San Antonio and the Manager of Real Estate Transitions for the Fortune 500 REIT, Welltower. With a primary focus in Medical Office and Veteran Owned Businesses, Will has completed more than $1.2 Billion in transactions and has an extensive background in property and asset management.

Will holds a Bachelor of Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Will also holds the coveted CCIM Designation and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Austen Holderness serves as Carr Properties’ Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer

and oversees all ground-up development activity at Carr Properties, from deal acquisition through the

stabilization of each asset, including oversight of all matters related to design, development,

construction management, and joint ventures. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new

development opportunities. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Austen distinguished himself as a Senior

Development Associate at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. During his career he has managed $2.75

billion (five million square feet) in commercial real estate development. Austen received his Bachelor of

Arts from the University of North Carolina and his Master of Business Administration from the Darden

School of Business at The University of Virginia.

Runi Duvall studied civil engineering at the University of Texas. She later obtained her master’s degree in construction engineering and project management.

Brooke Harlander is Regional Partner for St. John Properties, Inc., and oversees all development activities for the company’s Texas office. St. John Properties is one of the largest privately-held commercial real estate developers in the nation. They manage site selection, acquisitions, development, design, construction, leasing, marketing, financing, and property management, all in-house. St. John Properties has developed, constructed and owns more than 22 million square feet of office, flex/research & development, retail, and warehouse space. In 2020, Harlander was recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by the Maryland Daily Record for her leadership and commitment to community service. She earned a degree in Law & American Civilization from Towson University, and a Masters in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University. Harlander is a member of NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin, and currently serves on the Real Estate Alumni Network board for the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
