Elizabeth Walton is a Development Associate at Kairoi Residential with nearly 10 years of experience and a passion for creating a positive impact on both the skyline and ground plane. Her current project focus is on downtown Austin towers, 600 Guadalupe and Waterline. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.

Kevin Burns is the CEO of Urbanspace, a multi-faceted company specializing in project development and

marketing, real estate sales and leasing, interior design, modern furnishings, logistics and hospitality.

2025 marked the year that The Modern Austin Residences, a luxury 56 story condo tower and Kevin’s

most recent development, delivered in the Rainey Street District. His newest hospitality concept,

Modern Bar, recently opened on the ground floor of the tower.

Since founding Urbanspace in 2000, Kevin’s firm has served as the exclusive sales and marketing

brokerage on highly successful projects including The Modern, 44 East Ave, The Independent, Seaholm

Residences and numerous other projects in the Austin area. True to his lifelong enterprising spirit, Kevin

opened his first hospitality concept, Codependent Cocktails + Coffee, next to Urbanspace at the base of

The Independent. Additionally, he developed a boutique hotel on the water in the form of two luxury

sailing catamarans, Seahome I and II, as well as a luxury ski house vacation rental in Park City featuring

six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and modern furnishings.

For the past three years, Kevin has been named to Austin Business Journal’s Power Players list,

recognizing individuals who have made significant impacts in Austin and their industries. Kevin remains

actively involved in real estate, topping over $1.5 billion in sales throughout his career and earning

Austin Business Journal’s Top Realtor award in 2020. He is a multi-year member of Elite 25, Austin’s top

luxury agent group.

Kevin is an urban community advocate and an active contributor to the Shoal Creek Conservancy, Austin

Parks Foundation and Waterloo Greenway. He is also an active member of YPO, board member and

former executive committee member of The Real Estate Council of Austin and former chair of the Urban

Land Institute’s Urban development council, while also giving back by mentoring young talent through

RECA and ULI. Kevin lives, works and builds community downtown, and enjoys traveling, sailing, skiing

and the many perks that the urban lifestyle offers.

Mark Grobmyer is a Shareholder in Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Mark’s practice is focused on real estate development, with an emphasis on structuring and administering residential, mixed-use and office condominiums, and residential and mixed-use communities. Mark also has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including drafting acquisition and disposition contracts, easements and license agreements. In addition to representation of homebuilders, Mark specializes in representing build-for-rent and single-family rental owners and operators on a variety of matters, including acquisition, disposition, land-banking, governance, exit-strategy planning, and regulatory requirement compliance. Mark also represents master planned community developers on the challenges in planning for accommodating build-for-rent and single-family rental projects within and adjacent to new and mature master planned communities, and serves as the Chair of Winstead’s Build-for-Rent and Single Family Rentals Practice Group.

Prior to joining Winstead, Mark worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide for United States Senator Blanche L. Lincoln of Arkansas. While attending the University of Arkansas School of Law, Mark worked as a summer clerk in the Office of the Attorney General for the Republic of Palau.

Paul Bodenman serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively totaling over $2 billion of equity. In his role, Paul is responsible for sourcing, planning, and executing transformative mixed-use and multifamily developments across Stream’s IM platform.

Before joining Stream, Paul served as the Vice President of Development at Kairoi Residential, a premier, vertically integrated, multifamily investment, development and property management company. Prior to his tenure at Kairoi, he worked for notable real estate development firms like Highland Resources, Inc, CIM Group, and Carmel Partners.

With a career spanning 15 years, Paul has acquired extensive experience in commercial real estate development, specializing in office, hotel, multifamily, and mixed-use projects in prominent locations such as Los Angeles, California, and Austin, Texas.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

Jason Beiter, Vice President, serves as the Director of Construction Operations for JE Dunn Construction in central Texas, where he leads operational strategy and forecasting for the company’s construction program.

He collaborates closely with clients and project teams to foster strong relationships and ensure that client expectations are consistently met. Jason is dedicated to identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that projects align with both JE Dunn’s standards and client goals.

With 30 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, Jason has built a portfolio of over two-billion dollars in projects in over a dozen states across the U.S. and has been in the Austin and Central Texas market since 2010. Before his current role, he was the project executive for JE Dunn’s leading their government and municipal program.

Active in the community, Jason is involved with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) association, serves on the Austin Infrastructure Academy Leadership Group, and is an Advisory Board member for the Ingram School of Engineering at Texas State University.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

A native of Houston, Texas, Wes’ 45+ year career started out at an early age as he discovered his abilities as a draftsman which quickly grew into a family development and construction business. Wes has lived in Austin since 1993 and founded Foursquare Builders & Foursquare Commercial to serve the ultra-luxury custom home and condo markets, high-end commercial construction, and real estate development. Wes is active in the Associated Building Contractors where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee. He has also led his firm to multiple “Builder of the Year” awards at the local and state level, as well as, being recognized at the national level for their Builder Safety Program. Wes currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Zach Cole Foundation as well as BGiving where he focuses his philanthropic efforts. His past Board experience includes AIA Austin, as well as the Local, State, and National Boards of Directors for the Home Builders Association.
