David founded LV Collective in 2012 with the vision and passion to help shape the future of Austin’s real estate landscape. Since its inception, the company has acquired, developed and managed student housing, multi-family, creative office, residential, retail, restaurant, mixed-use and office assets valued in excess of $1.4 billion. LV Collective primarily employs value-add and opportunistic strategies to generate above-average, risk-adjusted returns for its investors. The company’s expertise spans ground-up development, adaptive reuse, value-add acquisitions and strategic re-positioning projects. David is very involved in several neighborhood groups such as University Area Partners and The Central Austin Neighborhood Planning Advisory Committee, as well as local and national organizations such as The Real Council of Austin, ULI, and NMHC. David graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received his B.S. in Construction Engineering. David is married to his wife, Lauren, and they reside in Central Austin with their two children.

Taylor is the Founder and President of Wilson Capital and leads the acquisition, capitalization, and development of projects. Taylor has sponsored in excess of $730MM of real estate projects throughout his career including multifamily, single family, senior housing, affordable housing, and land development. Taylor takes pride in putting together the team that is best suited for each project.

As Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Chris Zaiontz has been invaluable to the expansion and success of Pearlstone Partners. By focusing on the firm's business development and nurturing relationships with new and existing equity partners, Chris has been integral to the growth of Pearlstone Partner's development portfolio, presently comprising more than $600M in current and future projects. In his role as VP, Chris oversees all real estate operations and site acquisitions for future developments and manages the Brokerage partners that sell and/or lease development inventory. An active Realtor in Austin since 2010, Chris began his career as a top producing agent specializing in residential investment and multi-family sales, transacting over $100M+. His understanding of underwriting properties and financials naturally led him to real estate development and his current position with Pearlstone Partners. Chris holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas State University, is an active member of the National and Texas Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, and recently received his designation for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Kevin Burns is the CEO of Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors. His legacy began at the age of 22 when he founded Urbanspace Real Estate. Today, 20 years later, Kevin’s entrepreneurial drive continues to flourish with the recent opening his new 15,000 square foot office and furniture showroom downtown at the base of The Independent. Kevin’s zest for Austin and the urban lifestyle fuels his vision for his business that has evolved into four pillars including real estate, project marketing, interior design and modern furniture. Kristi E. Stotts is a shareholder in Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Kristi’s practice is focused on real estate development, with an emphasis on structuring and administering residential, mixed-use and office condominiums, and master planned communities. Kristi represents developers in their administration of property owner associations. Kristi also handles traditional real estate transactions including drafting acquisition and disposition contracts, easements and license agreements. With over a decade of industry experience, David is instrumental in the strategic growth of Ryan’s South Central Region. As Vice President of Real Estate Development for the Austin office, he is responsible for site selection and land acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, marketing and leasing, and sale negotiation. Known for his strong analytical and problem solving skills, David has the ability to successfully manage even the most complex projects, making him a crucial ally to his customers. He is well respected for the creativity he brings to project management and for his ability to pull together different groups of people, skillfully handling details without losing sight of the broader context.

Connor Greissing joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017 and serves as the Managing Director & Partner for Stream Austin’s Tenant Representation group. Connor’s expertise focuses on advising clients on office relocations, lease restructuring and financial engineering for lease and purchase transactions. Connor has a specific expertise in advising PE and VC backed technology firms in their facility and labor planning. In addition to advising private equity funds, leading tech companies and law firms, Connor works closely with Stream Austin’s Investment Management and Development division to develop investment theses and execute on capital transactions on behalf of Stream and their Partners. Connor and his family (Laura – wife and Bridger – Son) stay involved in the community through his Contributions to Family Legacy Missions International, a Dallas based non-profit focused on childhood education in Lusaka, Zambia. Additionally, Connor invests time in coaching lacrosse around Texas, most recently serving as an Assistant Coach for the University of Texas’s Men’s Lacrosse Team. Prior to Stream, Connor Greissing was at Newmark Knight Frank serving as a Director of their Office Team in both Austin and Washington, DC. Connor began his career in real estate at Cordish Companies, a prominent Maryland based Developer and Private Equity firm. Connor is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University where he received a BA from the Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. While at Johns Hopkins, Connor was a letter winner for the Men’s Lacrosse team.

George is a Design Principal at HOK with nearly 20 years of experience and a passion for the spirit of exploration and appreciation for art embodied by his work. He has spent the majority of his career designing mixed-use, corporate and commercial projects with an eye for placemaking and capitalizing on the natural environment in which his buildings call home. As an Texas native, George endeavors to create architecture that becomes a place to escape the city.

Ms. Weaver founded Weaver Buildings to provide healthy housing affordable to middle-income earners. Ms. Weaver developed the first car-free multifamily in Austin, Capitol Quarters and is also developing Shoal Cycle. Ms. Weaver is a Registered Architect, Registered Interior Designer, and Realtor in the State of Texas. She serves as Commissioner for the City of Austin Design Commission, Downtown Commission, and Co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Urban Council for Austin. She holds a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kevin M. Donahue, MAI, has over 18 years of experience in the appraisal of commercial real estate. Mr. Donahue is a member of the Hospitality and Gaming Group at CBRE, specializing in all types of hospitality properties for the past 16 years. In addition to hospitality properties, Mr. Donahue has appraisal experience encompassing a wide variety of property types including retail/commercial, multi-family residential, industrial, office, special-use and land developments. Mr. Donahue has experience providing valuation and appraisal services, market studies, rent analyzes, feasibility studies, income and expense analysis, and cash flow projections. Mr. Donahue’s primary geographical location is Austin, San Antonio and El Paso, but has valuation experience across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri. Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Mr. Donahue was an appraiser at National Appraisal Partners, LLP in Houston, Texas.

Ken Mendez started in the built environment solutions in 1996, and has worked in several capacities in the Architecture & Design industry. Gaining expertise from a multitude of teams and manufacturers, he has served as a District Account Manager for both Kimball and Teknion, then moving on to Vice President of Sales for both Office Pavilion, and Workplace Solutions. For three years, Ken was the Regional Director for Knoll for the Houston Region. He currently utilizes his expertise in the multifamily market at Division Six and CORE Office Interiors in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. His bold approach puts people, process, and technology at the forefront of his go-to-market strategy. Ken excels at his job because of the care and growth he provides for his clients and employees to maximize their potential and ensure they each have the solutions and tools they need to succeed.
