Endeavor Principal Nelson Crowe is responsible for leading the

company’s multifamily acquisition and development team, overseeing

site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction,

project capitalization and asset management.

Currently, Nelson is working on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Austin,

Nashville, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City and Denver totaling 13,000 units and nearly $3 billion in total

capitalization.

Prior to joining Endeavor in 2016, Nelson spent eight years at Forestar Group, where he served as Vice

President of Multifamily. In 2010, he was a founding member of the organization’s multifamily group,

which developed and/or managed more than 4,000 units in Nashville, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte

and Houston, with a total capitalization of $600 million.

Nelson previously worked for Crow Holdings, a private equity firm that focuses on direct real estate

investment through equity funds for the Trammell Crow family and its capital partners. While there, he

worked on the capital placement of an $850 million equity fund.

David oversees and leads all of LV Collective’s endeavors. David founded LV Collective in 2012 with the vision and passion to help shape the future of Austin’s real estate landscape. Since its inception, the company has acquired, developed and managed student housing, multi-family, creative office, residential, retail, restaurant, mixed-use and office assets valued in excess of $1.4 billion. LV Collective primarily employs value-add and opportunistic strategies to generate above-average, risk-adjusted returns for its investors. The company’s expertise spans ground-up development, adaptive reuse, value-add acquisitions and strategic re-positioning projects. LV’s structure as a privately held company allows for flexibility to underwrite and execute deals of all asset types, sizes and structures in order to secure the best opportunities in the market.

David is very involved in several neighborhood groups such as University Area Partners and The Central Austin Neighborhood Planning Advisory Committee, as well as local and national organizations such as The Real Council of Austin, ULI, and NMHC. David graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received his B.S. in Construction Engineering. David is married to his wife, Lauren, and they reside in Central Austin with their two children.

Brad Stein leads Intracorp’s Texas region, operating out of Austin, Texas. With Brad’s experience, he is responsible for building and leading a multi-functional local team and overseeing Intracorp’s growth in Texas. Brad is well versed in real estate deal making and joint venture partnerships. Prior to joining Intracorp, as a VP with Forestar Group Inc. Brad managed Forestar’s real estate assets through investment and development of mixed use communities in Texas and other markets. Previously, Brad practiced as a real estate attorney in private practice and as in-house counsel for publicly traded companies, Forestar and Temple-Inland.

Jacob Sudhoff, CEO of Douglas Elliman Texas, took the helm in September 2019 when his decade-old firm Sudhoff Companies joined forces with one of the nation’s largest independent residential real estate brokerages by sales volume, expanding its presence into the state of Texas for the first time.

As CEO of the Texas Region, Jacob is responsible for rolling out the Douglas Elliman brand around the state, with offices located in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. In his executive leadership role, he oversees the

company’s complete suite of services which includes development marketing, builder marketing, traditional real estate sales, relocation, and commercial real estate. Sophisticated research and analysis are conducted under his tutelage, providing pertinent market data and information to Douglas Elliman’s clients across the nation.

With over 20 years of industry experience and an integrated approach to real estate sales and marketing, Jacob is a real estate veteran whose vision and entrepreneurship contributed to the transformation of Houston’s residential landscape. Jacob is a former top-producing agent with sales in the billions, which is a rare but beneficial trait for the person at the helm. His extensive real estate expertise includes both residential and commercial sales, capital markets, planning, design, and procurement for residential projects, which allowed him to create a niche in luxury high-density residential development.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jacob is involved in multiple businesses which intersect with real estate: CASA, a luxury interior design showroom featuring refined Italian brands, and Vernon G. Henry & Associates, Inc., an urban planning and development consulting firm.

Always dedicated to giving back to the community in which he serves, Jacob has chaired the AIDS Foundation Gala and is a supporter of Preservation Houston, Covenant House, and the Houston Community Foundation. He also invests his time and resources to foster the next generation of real estate leaders through the facilitation of an ongoing and robust mentorship and internship program.

Jeff received professional degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1994, and became a Registered Architect in 1999. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Austin to work with STG Design for the next six years on a variety of large commercial architecture projects, including projects with Dell, National Instruments, and St Edwards University. He went on to serve as Partner and Director of Vision Building at Sixthriver Architects for the next 8 years, leading design teams on the Austin Music Hall, Midtown Medical Tower, 901 Congress, 501 Congress, and a host of other buildings in Austin’s core – All urban and technically complex. Jeff subsequently made the decision to focus the attention of a new firm on Urban Architecture and Interior Design. Urban Foundry Architecture was born July of 2013 with the desire to build a firm dedicated to a mission that matters: Make the world a better place through great design in urban places.

Bill Wyman is a project manager with Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) with over 20 years of construction experience. He has generated over $220M worth of work throughout his career on a variety of market sectors across the Central Texas region. Bill works closely with owners, architects and his project teams to ensure daily performance is meeting the overall goals of each project, and works alongside his superintendents leading construction teams while maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders on every project. He recently wrapped up a renovation project for the University of Texas at Austin on their Brackenridge Apartments, the university’s family housing for students and family members.

Fueled by his innate creativity and armed with a diehard entrepreneurial spirit, Harvey Hernandez began his involvement in real estate development as a hands-on investor in the rapidly expanding South Florida market. With more than two decades in South Florida, he has observed first-hand the region’s tremendous capacity for change and progress. Holding firm to excellence from the forefront of the industry, Harvey continues to revitalize the high-end residential market by developing innovative projects that deliver the best in location, cutting- edge amenities, luxury finishes and forward-thinking design. Harvey entered the real estate industry following a successful foray scaling a technology startup that sold in year 2000. The sale provided the initial capital for the $260 million-dollar multifamily development firm, H&H Development Company -- a pivotal catalyst to Harvey’s career. These ventures paved the way for Harvey’s subsequent endeavors, giving him the necessary momentum to launch Newgard Development Group and NGD Homesharing LLC. In 2017, Harvey partnered with Airbnb to create Niido, the first and only residential brand designed to encourage and facilitate home sharing. The partnership includes multifamily developments that are tailor-made to optimize flexible living, with a suite of technology, services and amenities. The first Niido, powered by Airbnb, communities are open in Orlando and Nashville with more locations coming soon. Following Niido’s launch, in June of 2019, Harvey expanded his partnership with Airbnb to create yet another revolutionary new hospitality brand, Natiivo. Purposely designed, built and licensed for home sharing, Natiivo is the first brand to offer ownership with home sharing as an amenity. On the heels of the success of Natiivo Miami and Natiivo Austin, which both sold out before breaking ground, his latest brand LOFTY has debuted its first iteration in Brickell, Miami. Harvey’s other notable projects include Gale Boutique Hotel Fort Lauderdale, Gale Residences in Fort Lauderdale; One Flagler office building, Centro Condominium Miami and BrickellHouse.

Tony is a Senior Vice President for Kairoi Development. He is responsible for the sourcing and execution of new developments in the Austin and Nashville markets. Prior to joining Kairoi, he was a Vice President of Development at Aspen Heights where he focused on the development of student housing projects. With over 20 years of experience, Tony has seen many sides of the business working as a Partner in a law firm and as an executive at other top real estate development companies. Tony has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career.

Tony earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law. When he is not working on new developments, he enjoys spending time with his family, completing home renovation projects, and playing golf.

As President, Cory oversees company operations with an emphasis on the financial aspects of RCCP’s projects. River City Capital Partners is a developer of innovative residential and commercial infill projects across Central Texas. Our firm’s portfolio includes multifamily (over 1,500 units), suburban residential communities (over 1,700 lots), and various mixed-use and light industrial sites. Beyond his corporate achievements, Cory is actively engaged in community service. He currently contributes his insights as a board member of the Austin Monitor (501c3) and as an advisory member of Explore Austin (501c3). Prior to this, he dedicated six years to Explore Austin as a volunteer mentor, exemplifying his commitment to shaping young minds.

Marcy Phillips joined Crescent Communities in 2025 as Managing Director of Central and North Texas, bringing more than 25 years of multifamily and mixed-use real estate experience. She provides visionary leadership for the region’s platform, guiding strategic growth, site acquisition, entitlements, capitalization, design, and execution to deliver exceptional communities and long-term value.

Prior to Crescent Communities, Marcy previously held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Development at Ryan Companies and Vice President of Development at AMLI Residential. She is a Founder and CEO of MRP Delta Investments, LLC. Her extensive development portfolio spans major markets—Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, and Kansas City with total market capitalization exceeding $3 billion.

Marcy is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, actively engaged with organizations including ULI, RECA, NMHC, and CREW Network. In 2022, she was named one of ATX’s most influential trailblazers in CRE. She was a finalist for the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power in 2014 and a nominee again in 2018. A past President of the CREW Austin Chapter, Marcy also served on the CREW Network National Nominating Committee in 2018. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Austin Alliance, contributing to its Economic Development Committee, and participated in the City of Austin’s East Riverside Corridor Regulating Plan Working Group. Deeply committed to community service, Marcy supports numerous civic organizations—from youth sports programs to the Central Texas Food Bank, The SAFE Alliance, and the Austin Humane Society—and actively mentors young women.

Marcy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2001, triple-majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, Finance, and Risk Management. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.

Trent employs a collaborative design approach to provide clients with exceptional service and uniquely responsive design. Throughout over 25 years of professional experience, he has compiled a diverse portfolio of work which showcases his true passion, giving form to his clients’ vision for their projects. For each project that he is involved with, Trent is devoted to enhancing each person’s use and experience, which helps advise his approach to creating meaningful and memorable spaces. His team achieves a successful integration of their experience by emphasizing the pertinent role the environment plays in the use and enjoyment of the space.

Brandon has been at Page since 2008 and has been a Project Manager/Senior Project Architect on some of Page’s most complex urban multi-family projects. He led our team to the successful completion of 70 Rainey, a new 35-story luxury residential tower in downtown Austin, and is currently involved in a 50-story tower around the corner, 44 East Avenue. He is leading our project teams on several other multi-family high-rise developments in Austin and San Antonio. Brandon has been an active member in the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects and has served as the Co-Chair for the Commercial Advocacy Round-Table Committee as well as acting as the Planning Commissioner in 2016. In 2011 he was awarded the AIA Emerging Professional Honor Award for his outstanding work.

Ken Mendez started in the built environment solutions in 1996, and has worked in several capacities in the Architecture & Design industry. Gaining expertise from a multitude of teams and manufacturers, he has served as a District Account Manager for both Kimball and Teknion, then moving on to Vice President of Sales for both Office Pavilion, and Workplace Solutions. For three years, Ken was the Regional Director for Knoll for the Houston Region. He currently utilizes his expertise in the multifamily market at Division Six and CORE Office Interiors in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. His bold approach puts people, process, and technology at the forefront of his go-to-market strategy. Ken excels at his job because of the care and growth he provides for his clients and employees to maximize their potential and ensure they each have the solutions and tools they need to succeed.
