Taylor has sponsored in excess of $730MM of real estate projects throughout his career including multifamily, single family, senior housing, affordable housing, and land development. Tony is a Senior Vice President for Kairoi Development. He is responsible for the sourcing and execution of new developments in the Austin and Nashville markets. Prior to joining Kairoi, he was a Vice President of Development at Aspen Heights where he focused on the development of student housing projects. With over 20 years of experience, Tony has seen many sides of the business working as a Partner in a law firm and as an executive at other top real estate development companies. Marcy Phillips joined Crescent Communities in 2025 as Managing Director of Central and North Texas, bringing more than 25 years of multifamily and mixed-use real estate experience. She provides visionary leadership for the region’s platform, guiding strategic growth, site acquisition, entitlements, capitalization, design, and execution to deliver exceptional communities and long-term value.

Prior to Crescent Communities, Marcy previously held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Development at Ryan Companies and Vice President of Development at AMLI Residential. She is a Founder and CEO of MRP Delta Investments, LLC. Her extensive development portfolio spans major markets—Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, and Kansas City with total market capitalization exceeding $3 billion.

Marcy is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, actively engaged with organizations including ULI, RECA, NMHC, and CREW Network. In 2022, she was named one of ATX’s most influential trailblazers in CRE. She was a finalist for the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power in 2014 and a nominee again in 2018. A past President of the CREW Austin Chapter, Marcy also served on the CREW Network National Nominating Committee in 2018. Srinath Pai Kasturi oversees the Central Texas division of Cadence McShane and works directly with the firm’s executives at each of the offices to expand the organization’s presence in major markets.

Srinath has been in the construction industry since 1997 and joined Cadence McShane in 2002. He provides leadership and executive guidance to the firm’s 180+ professionals, serving as the day-to-day leader for more than 50 construction professionals officing in Austin and San Antonio. Srinath is an expert across the Multifamily, Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors, and currently oversees a diverse range of projects in excess of $750M, including approximately $400M in ongoing multifamily projects in/around Austin and San Antonio.

At an early age, Chi knew he wanted to be an architect and his passion for the industry grew when he moved to New York City for college. A couple of years after graduating, he moved to Austin where he has spent the majority of his career. Chi is a trusted advisor, steward and friend to his clients. Rob Bridges serves as the President of Marsh McLennan Agency’s Austin office. He previously served as the Managing Partner of the Wortham Insurance office in Austin. Rob currently serves on the board of R Bank, The Boys & Girls Club, AARO, Austin Crime Commission and is a member of YPO. Rob and his wife Elise have three kids ages 17, 15 and 13.

Endeavor Principal Nelson Crowe is responsible for leading the

company’s multifamily acquisition and development team, overseeing

site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction,

project capitalization and asset management.

Currently, Nelson is working on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Austin,

Nashville, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City and Denver totaling 13,000 units and nearly $3 billion in total

capitalization.

Prior to joining Endeavor in 2016, Nelson spent eight years at Forestar Group, where he served as Vice

President of Multifamily. In 2010, he was a founding member of the organization’s multifamily group,

which developed and/or managed more than 4,000 units in Nashville, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte

and Houston, with a total capitalization of $600 million.

Nelson previously worked for Crow Holdings, a private equity firm that focuses on direct real estate

investment through equity funds for the Trammell Crow family and its capital partners. While there, he

Ellie Aiello has a unique and diverse background in design. Growing up in Cambridge, England with a family submerged in design, Ellie was able to understand the design process at a young age from many different facets. Megan Lasch, owner, and principal of O-SDA Industries, has more than 15 years of

experience in the affordable housing industry. Megan is a long-term developer/

owner/operator of affordable housing. Megan has a background in engineering, project

management, real estate analysis, and design and has financed and closed more than

$1B over 43 developments in Texas. Megan received her Bachelor’s degree in

Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. She began her career as a

civil engineer , where she helped design a variety of public and private development

projects before starting her land development firm in 2010.

Megan was recognized as a finalist in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction

category of the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Austin Under 40 Awards, which celebrates

Austin’s most accomplished and influential emerging professionals who are making an

Based in Lafayette with offices in New Orleans and Austin, TX, Roger has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development and management of multi-family and student-housing properties throughout the U.S. He spent his early career acquiring multi-family and student competitive assets in from Baton Rouge to Lake Charles, LA along the I-10 corridor. This built up into an approximate 2,000 unit portfolio that was sold in 2000. Roger subsequently went to work for student-housing firms JPI, American Campus Communities, and CLV. During his tenure has acquired, developed and disposed of approximately $750 million in conventional and student housing real estate. These transactions have involved multiple financing structures including tax-exempt bonds and conventional debt financing. Since starting Texla, he has acquired approximately $275 million in student housing assets for JV partners Harrison Street and Crow Holdings. Roger holds a B.B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Meet Jon Hagar, Director of Affordable Housing, Principal and Partner at Forge Craft Architecture + Design. Drawing on a fine arts background, Jon infuses his design process with creative energy and has a keen interest in expressing design intent through a thoughtful eye for detail. The combination of his unique design lens and his passion for envisioning solutions that positively impact the daily lived experience for people makes him an indispensable asset in our affordable and supportive housing work in Texas and beyond.

As a board member and secretary for Community Powered Workshop and a volunteer at Preservation Austin, Jon is committed to making a positive impact in our community far beyond our architecture and design work. He is a member of the Austin Housing Coalition, AIA Housing Advocacy Committee, East MLK Neighborhood Plan Contact team, and the facilities committee of Hillside Early Education Center. Prior to joining Forge Craft Architecture + Design, Jon worked in New Orleans, and St. Louis on a broad range of projects with a focus in affordable housing and prefab modular office work.

In his free time, Jon is drawing and painting or exploring nature. You’ll find him most weekends hiking and biking or exploring state parks with his family. He earned his Master of Architecture from Tulane University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan.

Randy is an Architect and prior to joining Cushing Terrell in June 2021, he was a VP of Design and Construction for one of the largest mixed income/affordable rental housing developers in the country, McCormack Baron Salazar (MBS). MBS was a client of his for 6 years prior to his 17 years working internally at MBS. Over those 23 years, he was responsible for the design of over 6000 apartment units, in 14 different cities which totaled over 1 Billion in development cost. His pioneering design efforts include the first multi-family, mixed-income building in the U.S. to incorporate Universal Design features in every unit, one of the first affordable housing developments to be certified under the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria, and one of the first mixed-income rental developments to achieve LEED for Homes certification and LEED for Neighborhood Development certification. Randy has a unique depth of experience with design, finance, construction, and property management issues that can only come from guiding the design and construction process of over 30 Low Income Housing Tax Credit financed neighborhoods from initial concept through resident lease up and on into decades of ongoing successful operation.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, is a Registered Architect in the State of California, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and the Urban Land Institute.

As Executive Director of Affordable Housing at Cushing Terrell he wants to be a resource for clients and communities to help create connected thriving neighborhoods that provide attainable and affordable housing for folks from all walks of life.

Randy is currently leading Cushing Terrell’s effort on the 11 acre, $400MM ,277 unit, Lumberyard Affordable Housing neighborhood in Aspen, Colorado.

David Fournier, Principal

David Fournier has 25+ years of experience in affordable multifamily housing. A pioneer in the formal

brokerage of Year 15 LIHTC and HUD subsidized properties, David founded the affordable housing

groups at Insignia/ESG (now CBRE) and HFF (now JLL). In 2007, David joined ARA (Apartment Realty

Advisors) to start their National Affordable Housing practice. ARA was purchased by Newmark in 2015

where David served as an Executive Managing Director until retiring from the brokerage industry.

In 2017, David founded FishPond Development to focus on impactful affordable housing developments.

In its first year, FishPond received its first two 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) awards from

the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs: FishPond at Cuero, a 48-unit senior community

in Cuero Texas, and FishPond at Portland, a 60-unit senior community in Portland, Texas. Both properties

were successfully completed and well received by the communities. In 2021, the Company completed

and stabilized another 48-unit senior affordable LIHTC community in Huntsville, Texas.

FishPond recently completed construction of FishPond at Corpus Christi, an $18 million, 112-unit senior

community in Corpus Christi, Texas. The development was financed using tax exempt bonds, 4% LIHTC,

and a Section 8 housing subsidy. The development, which has a complicated multi-layered financing

structure, received tremendous community support as it relocates senior and disabled residents from an

existing 1920’s structure in poor condition and functionally obsolete to a new four-story over podium Class

A building.

FishPond recently broke ground on a 69-unit multi-story senior housing community in Alice Texas on the

site of former Alice Hospital. The Alice Hospital sat vacant for 20+ years after several failed attempts at

renovation or demolition. The total development budget for FishPond Alice is $12 million.

In addition to the $60+ million of new construction through its FishPond entities, David has been an active

investor in apartment communities nationally.

David holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of New Orleans and the MAI appraisal

designation. Over his career, he has been a panelist at several affordable housing conferences and

previously served on the Board of Directors at the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association.

Jessica Leggett is a Managing Director on the Real Estate team. She brings over 20 years of experience in principal investing, managing institutional capital and scaling organizations. Prior to joining BDT & MSDin 2020, she was the CEO & Founder of Seven + Gold, a private family office making impact investments across industries. Prior to that, she was a Co-Founder & CFO of Vantage Properties, a vertically integrated NYC-based real estate private equity investing and operating firm. Jessica worked in similar capacities with the Olnick family office and at Lehman Brothers in their Real Estate Private Equity and Investment Banking Groups.

Jessica grew up in Texas and graduated from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. As a proud Texan, after living for many years in New York City and San Francisco, she returned to Texas in 2018 and now lives in Austin with her husband and two children where they can be found hiking, boating or generally enjoying the outdoors virtually year-round. Mark Bulmash is President, Mixed-Use/Master Plan Development for Presidium, which he

joined in October 2020, where he oversees the planning and development efforts for

Velocity, River Park and The Pecan District. From 2011 to 2019, he was Senior Vice

President, Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw the

Central and Southeast regions. Mr. Bulmash is a 35-year real estate veteran, who spent

time at the Taubman Company, Related Companies and Forest City Enterprises, as well as,

founding his own real estate advisory firm, Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC. He is

currently a member of International Council for Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land

Institute, current chair of ICSC’s Global Design & Development Jury, and was a member of

the inaugural class of ICSC's Certified Retail Property Executives (CRX), the Center Build’s

Planning Committee and Advisory Board for the Penn Institute for Urban Research. Mr.

Bulmash earned his MBA from The Wharton School and his MCP from The University of

Jeff is a Principal at STG Design with almost three decades of experience, specializing in planning and

conceptual design. His professional focus has been primarily on land planning for large commercial,

educational, and residential projects. Jeff works with developers, clients, CRE professionals, and project

managers, providing targeted insight into market needs and conditions, planning metrics, and urban

block relationships in the context of commercial structures. Actively supporting many past community

projects like the Jewish Community Association of Austin Campus, the Boys and Girls Club of Austin

As Partner and Lead Designer at BKV Group, Jonathan brings 19 years of national and international experience in housing, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Beth serves as Manager of Business Development for Centric Infrastructure Group. She is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing on growth opportunities with existing and new partners. Candiss Escobar is a managing director of real estate for Greystar in Austin] , Texas. Active in

the multifamily industry since 1985, she joined Greystar in 2008. Candiss oversees 75 properties which equates to 23,00 units in the Austin Market.

Her knowledge spans a variety of multifamily asset types and investment strategies, including full rehabs, repositioning communities, lease ups, new construction,

mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. Candiss has expertise in several markets across the country and

Dustin Dorph is the Director of Development and Construction for Manifold Real Estate, a local boutique developer primarily focused on urban infill projects. Manifold has a development pipeline including several million square feet of commercial and residential projects. Previously, Dustin was a Development Manager for Brookfield Residential, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Cornell University.

Brett Rhode is well known for his ability to design and manage large, complex projects, producing award-

winning buildings within budget and schedule constraints. Brett honed his skills for over a decade in New

York City on complex international commissions in the offices of I.M Pei and Phillip Johnson. In Austin as

a Vice President at Page Southerland Page, Brett worked on healthcare and civic projects for eight years

before founding Rhode Partners in 2005. Rhode Partners is organized in an open studio environment to

VP of Business Operations and Program Management at PCS Energy, the largest installer of

commercial solar systems in Los Angeles. Ryan holds a degree in Business Management from

the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.

Jon Siegel is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of RailField Partners. Prior to forming RailField, Jon was a founding partner of J. S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that advised clients in over $25 billion of multifamily transactions. Prior to forming J.S. Watkins Partners, he was Director of Structured Transactions in Fannie Mae's Multifamily group with responsibility for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing large scale transactions with many of the nation's largest lenders and property owners. Jon also served as Director of Acquisitions at NHP Incorporated, the largest owner and manager of multifamily real estate in the nation, where he was responsible for transactions involving the purchase of real estate, partnership interest, and operating companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in strategy, acquisitions, and financing.

Jon has a B.A. from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Emory University. He is currently an adjunct professor for the Steers Center for Global Real Estate within Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He is also a member of the MHN (Multi-Housing News) Executive Council. Jon has been a youth sports coach for more than a decade and previously served as a board member for the Jewish Social Service Agency.

As Casoro Group’s CIO and Fund Manager for the Onyx Impact Fund, Mehul is responsible for

strategizing and executing the firm’s growth strategy in investing in real assets that meet or exceed

performance thresholds. Mehul specializes in identifying and acquiring multifamily investments

throughout the United States for Casoro Group’s institutional, family office, and high-net-worth clients,

as well as its discretionary non-traded multifamily income REIT, Upside Avenue. At Casoro Group, Mehul

plays a crucial role in developing the firm’s market presence, uncovering profitable opportunities,

leading the underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing of new acquisitions. Mehul also oversees

the company’s equity and debt capital raising activities.

With more than 15 years of commercial transaction experience, Mehul brings deep expertise in the

acquisition and asset management of multiple asset types, including multifamily, student housing,

industrial, office, and retail. Mehul has also built close relationships with some of the world’s largest

sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and family offices. Most recently, he was Head of Investments at

Nitya Capital in Houston, a firm with over $2.5 billion of assets under management in multifamily, office

and retail assets. Previously, as Director – Fund Management at Hines, one of the largest privately held

global real estate investors and managers, he managed several funds including opportunistic, value-

added and sustainable income fund strategies. Prior to joining Hines, Mehul led a real estate

development business which focused on residential and mixed-use projects. He has contributed to the

investment and development of more than 17 million square feet of commercial real estate across

Americas, Europe and Asia.

He holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an M.S. in Real Estate from Massachusetts

Institute of Technology. Mehul is also an adjunct professor teaching Real Estate

Ammanuel Metta is Managing Director of Acquisitions at TruAmerica and leads the firm’s investment efforts in Texas and the Midwest. Ammanuel brings more than 12 years of multifamily investment experience to the position with experience covering Texas, Atlanta, SE Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to TruAmerica, Ammanuel spent seven years with Dallas-based Price Realty Corporation. As Vice President of Acquisitions at Price, he was responsible for identifying multifamily investment opportunities throughout Texas. Previous to Price Realty, he spent six years with Archstone in their development and investment groups. Ammanuel is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he also earned an MBA with a specialization in real estate finance.

Cole Kellogg is FCP's regional head of Texas and is responsible for the firm’s multifamily investments throughout the state. He specializes in underwriting core, core+, and value-add acquisitions, ground-up development and structured finance opportunities. Prior to joining FCP in 2016, Cole worked in the Asset Management group of J.P. Morgan Chase. He graduated with a BA from Vanderbilt University in 2013.

Hamid grew up in the construction industry by learning the trade in his family’s real estate development business and has pursued a technology-oriented education and professional life in the past 20 years. Prior to founding Zebel in 2019, Hamid led the preconstruction data analytics at Western National Group, a large multifamily development/construction/property management firm, based in Southern California. He now works with large multifamily developers and GC's, such as Irvine Company, Ryan Companies, and Legacy Partners, who share their historical construction cost data anonymously through Zebel, the "Switzerland of Construction Cost Data".

Hamid received a Master of Business Administration from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Science in Construction Management and an Engineer degree in Construction Information Technology both from University of Southern California.
