How You'll Do More Business: It’s no secret that Austin is one of the top emerging markets in the nation. During the pandemic, we’ve seen more and more companies relocate and bring their business activity to Texas. On top of that, consumer behavior is changing rapidly, resulting in a rising demand for e-commerce. Meanwhile, the population surge has resulted in a much more competitive market. Join us as we sit down with Austin’s industrial experts or something to discuss why the central Texas market is primed to become the next major industrial hub in America. We will discuss everything from the types of properties that are most in-demand and where the opportunity lies to the trends that will shape the future of industrial real estate.
