Team, Charlie oversees all leasing efforts within IC’s portfolio of Office & Life Science assets across

North America. He has a particular focus on & fascination for the conceptualization, design, customer-

experience and ultimately, the lease-up of world-class & magnetic commercial real estate.

Charlie’s nearly 20 year career as a commercial real estate professional spans various world-class

markets including: Toronto, Hong Kong and New York City.

He is a graduate of McGill University with a MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia

University.

Charlie currently sits on both the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors (as a Member At Large); and is

the co-Chair of the Eva’s Golf Classic - raising funds & awareness to benefit homeless and at-risk

youth in the Greater Toronto Area. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for NAIOP Greater

Toronto and the Canadian Leadership Council for CoreNet Global.

Fausto’s hospitality development and financing projects have a combined value in excess of US$2.5 billion. He helped create, finance and grow a leading luxury hotel management company/brand with an international footprint. Fausto’s ventures in both gateway cities and resorts have helped accomplish the investment goals of public companies, private equity, institutional investors and family offices in 16 countries throughout the Americas and Europe.

Among his positions throughout his career was investment and development officer for CBRE, Grupo Posadas, Harding Capital in partnership with DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Capella Hotel Group.

Fausto graduated cum-laude from the University of Monterrey with a BA in Architecture and holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

DeLea Becker is Founder & Broker for Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate & Beck-Reit Asset Management. In addition, DeLea owns Beck-Reit & Sons, Ltd. – a company that has successfully been in business for 23 years. Beck-Reit & Sons is a Heavy Civil Contractor focusing on TxDOT Road and Bridge Repair.

Frank leads on deal selection and capital structuring at MNO Partners. He previously worked as a project manager and financial analyst at Aspen Heights Partners and was involved in a variety of multifamily development projects at the Greylock Property Group. His experience includes development, asset management, capital markets and acquisitions. He graduated with an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and a B.S. in Economics from Wake Forest University. Engineering, Construction Management and Design. Mr. Domloj has driven the company's growth

starting from a small engineering consulting firm to its existing state of being a Design Build firm,

David is the Principal, founder, and heart of Webber + Studio. His work as a distinguished architect has been recognized nationally and internationally. His commitment to both his craft and his team is reflected in the many award-winning designs and satisfied clients the studio continues to create.

Born and raised in Austin, TX, David achieved his Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. He founded Webber + Studio in 1997. He is a registered architect in several states.

Todd Reppert is the Chief Development Officer for Hai Hospitality overseeing site

selection, lease negotiations, design and construction of the company’s Uchi and

Loro concepts. Todd has over 25 years of real estate development experience

having previously overseen site selection, deal negotiation, financing, design

development and construction for hospitality brands Standard Hotels, Bunkhouse

Hotels, Andre Balazs Properties, Morgans Hotel Group, and W Hotels. Prior to

entering the hospitality field, Todd was a project and investment manager with

international developer, Hines Interests, working in the firm’s New York City

regional office and on the company’s Emerging Markets Real Estate Funds with

office, industrial, and residential projects in Brazil, Mexico, China, Russia and

Poland. Todd also served as a combat engineering officer in the United States Air

Force and as chief of field operations for the 3 rd Air Expeditionary Force deployed to

Qatar during Operations Rugged Nautilus and Southern Watch. Todd received an

M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and

a B.S. in civil engineering from Clarkson University.

Longtime Austinite Steph Steele is the owner and grocer of Tiny Grocer, a small specialized grocery store serving the Austin community with locations on South Congress and in Hyde Park.

Steph started her career making sandwiches in the Whole Foods deli, before working her way up through every department and eventually running Whole Foods stores. She moved to Austin to run Whole Foods’ flagship store and ultimately worked for the company for 24 years. Channing Henry joined the PKF hospitality group in 2019 as Managing Director | Head of US, leading the US consulting practice from the New York office. With more than 15 years in hospitality development and consulting, she brings a development perspective to the firm’s extensive advisory work. Channing advises hotel developers and owners on highest and best land use analyses, capital strategies and fundraising services, brand positioning and negotiation, and planning and development services in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

Channing co-developed the 148-key Downtown LA Proper Hotel, a historic rehabilitation project, in partnership with the Kor Group. She also partnered with BV Resorts on a 1,500-acre luxury resort master plan in Baja Mexico and a New York consortium on a 400-acre sustainable master plan in Dominical, Costa Rica. Channing has led the pre-development and performed extensive advisory work for urban hotels in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Fort Worth, and Todos Santos, Mexico, for brands ranging from Aman Resorts to Bunkhouse and Soho House. Channing previously worked as a development manager for the Kor Group, where she helped expand the Viceroy and Tides brands in Latin America and Miami. She began her career in real estate as a consultant with Robert Charles Lesser (RCLCo) in Los Angeles, where she performed market and feasibility studies for public and private sector developments across all land uses.

Channing was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to Argentina and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Yale’s School of Management.

Brad Stein leads Intracorp’s Texas region, operating out of Austin, Texas. With Brad’s experience, he is responsible for building and leading a multi-functional local team and overseeing Intracorp’s growth in Texas. Brad is well versed in real estate deal making and joint venture partnerships. Prior to joining Intracorp, as a VP with Forestar Group Inc. Brad managed Forestar’s real estate assets through investment and development of mixed use communities in Texas and other markets. Previously, Brad practiced as a real estate attorney in private practice and as in-house counsel for publicly traded companies, Forestar and Temple-Inland.

Max Leifer is a Principal at Leifer Properties and leads the firm’s new market acquisition and developments. Prior to Leifer Properties, Max was a partner at Deco Capital, The South Florida operating partner of RWN, Marc Rowan’s family office. While at Deco, Max sourced and evaluated investment and development opportunities throughout South Florida.

Max started his career at CBRE where he completed the Wheel Program, a rigorous 14 months rotational program throughout CBRE’s various business lines. Max was an associate in CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio sale group where he assisted in the sale of over $7B in performing and nonperforming loans and REO.

Marshall Durrett serves as Managing Director of Franklin Street’s land and investment sales team in Central Texas and senior partner in the rapidly growing Austin office. In his land advisory leadership role, he spearheads the acquisition and disposition of developable land for diverse commercial projects such as multifamily, light industrial, mixed use and retail, as well as suburban land for development of master planned communities. Mr. King is an architect, planner and computational designer with more than two decades experience in designing cities, drawing from a background of architecture, spatial analysis, algorithmic design and optimization, active transportation and sustainable land use. The ability to use complex datasets to make evidence-based decisions across sectors is central to his work. His parametric planning and design process allows projects to be done more efficiently while exploring exponentially more iterations of design solutions. He taught architectural studios at universities throughout Los Angeles, researching computational solutions to architectural and urban problems. Before joining Arcadis, King worked in the Shared Mobility Department for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, primarily focused on the expansion of the City’s bikeshare program. Prior to his career in design, Jason was a professional skateboarder.

Nick Moulinet leads DPR Construction’s Austin-based business development and client relationship efforts. Jason R. Atkinson founded Grey Wolf Engineers in early 2020 on the best practices learned from four of the top civil

engineering firms in Texas. He is a sixth-generation civil engineer and surveyor who started in the business at age 13

carrying the surveying bag for his family’s firm. He has over 27 years of civil engineering experience in Greater Houston.
