Bart Olds is Managing Director for Karlin’s Parmer Innovation Centers responsible for the execution, design and performance of properties in the Karlin portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2011, Bart has played an integral role in the firm’s business plan execution on a geographically diverse portfolio with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion. While at Karlin, Bart has led dispositions totaling over $1 billion. Prior, Bart was a Senior Analyst within the asset management group of JPI, a national developer of multi-family, with a portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Bart also worked as an Asset Manager for Bonaventure Realty Group, a private equity real estate company that specializes in multi-family acquisitions and redevelopment. Bart is an honors graduate from the University of South Carolina with a double major in finance and management and the University of Southern California’s Masters of Real Estate Program (MRED).

By aligning with clients, she works hand-in-hand to deliver environments that are shaped by their policies, work patterns, and culture. Her passion for design goes beyond planning and aesthetics; she strives to make a positive impact on society, fostering sustainability and promoting holistic wellbeing.

At an early age, Chi knew he wanted to be an architect and his passion for the industry grew when he moved to New York City for college. A couple of years after graduating, he moved to Austin where he has spent the majority of his career. Chi is a trusted advisor, steward and friend to his clients. He is an excellent Project manager and makes it his priority to achieve the client’s goals and vision while monitoring and maintaining project

schedules and budgets. As the Austin Office Leader, Chi also prides himself on mentorship, hoping to cultivate a studio of creative and passionate designers. Furthermore, Chi takes great pride living in Austin and is dedicated to influencing and transforming the city he calls home.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, David is instrumental in the strategic growth of Ryan’s South Central Region. As Senior Director of Real Estate Development for the Austin office, he is responsible for site selection and land acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, marketing and leasing, and sale negotiation. Known for his strong analytical and problem solving skills, David has the ability to successfully manage even the most complex projects, making him a crucial ally to his customers. He is well respected for the creativity he brings to project management and for his ability to pull together different groups of people, skillfully handling details without losing sight of the broader context.

Through CBRE's global platform, Timothy Donohue creates cross-border real estate solutions for clients by partnering with offices around the globe. Mr. Donohue first joined CBRE's Stamford, Connecticut, office in 2007 and transferred to CBRE's Austin, Texas office in 2013.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Donohue worked with JLL, McCarthy Associates and Sanford C. Bernstein (Alliance Capital Corporation), focused on client service representation, sales and marketing.

Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Art + Artisans. She has helped clients create meaningful, impactful spaces for the past 22 years. Jennifer is passionate about helping her clients succeed and showing them how art can be part of the strategy to achieve their vision and attract their ideal market. She believes that art creates spaces with unique identities that people love and want to visit again and again, bringing countless positive experiences that inspire and build community. Jennifer views her primary role today as Chief Relationship Builder both with clients and within her team. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has lived in Austin for over 30 years. She has served on the Executive Board of CREW Austin and as a Guardian Angel for the Center for Child Protection. In 2018, she was a nominee for the Austin Business Journal's Profiles in Power, a finalist for the Austin Business Journal's CEO of the Year in 2019, and a Bisnow honoree for Women Leading Austin Real Estate in 2024.

Ellie Aiello has a unique and diverse background in design. Growing up in Cambridge, England with a family submerged in design, Ellie was able to understand the design process at a young age from many different facets. With the opportunity to attend hospitality and commercial trade shows, meetings with countless architecture and interior firms all around the world, and present to key individuals in the design industry at a young age, Ellie has been exposed to many different aspects and is able to apply this knowledge in the design process. Ellie truly believes each client and project will have a different approach and process that needs to be established during the early stages. This personalized attention to each project has allowed Ellie to create long-term and trusted relationships with clients and design aesthetically pleasing and individual spaces. Ellie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

As Chief Executive Officer of STG Design, Sandra leads the largest integrated architecture, interiors, and

planning firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, with additional offices in Nashville and Houston, serving

the world's most innovative companies across the U.S. and internationally. She fosters seamless

collaboration in architecture, interiors, and consulting disciplines. As an innovator in effective project

delivery, Sandra has refined the way companies work with design firms by elevating design excellence,

establishing efficiencies and consistencies through team composition and ideal delivery approaches,

customized and scalable to each client’s real estate objectives. Her main objective at the helm of STG is

growth for STG’s employee owners through expansion of services, project teams and the clients they

serve.

She holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University,

as well as executive education certificates from the Harvard Design School Office of Executive Education

and Columbia Business School Executive Education. She currently serves as Presiding Officer, Texas

Military Department, Real Property Advisory Council. A member of AIA, Parét is licensed in 38 states,

and she is a Registered Interior Designer.

Prior to joining STG Design, Sandra Parét was Senior Vice President at AECOM, Global Commercial and

Corporate Market Sector practice director. She led strategic planning for the market sector practice,

working closely with regional leadership to align AECOM talent with client requirements. Her expertise

relied on understanding clients’ business challenges and real estate assets and then focusing on

consistent design and delivery across geographies and internal business structures. Prior to AECOM,

during her 18-year tenure at HOK, Sandra held several leadership positions, including Managing Principal

of the Dallas office and Global Strategic Accounts lead for corporate clients.

"Future Office: Next Generation Workplace Design,” as well as Future of Work research, publication and

speaking engagements.

Wyatt Frantom, FAIA is an experienced cross-disciplinary collaborator and award-winning designer. An Architect licensed in Texas and California, and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Wyatt serves as Principal and Design Director with Perkins&Will.

With over 25 years of experience designing, leading, and executing innovative projects in the U.S. and abroad, Wyatt has gained a deep understanding of markets and the global design culture while working to deliver world-class architecture. As a forward-thinking and collaborative industry leader with Practice Area specialization in Office Buildings, Headquarters, Corporate Campuses, and Higher Education, Wyatt has brought his passion for design and for environmentally-responsive building to a broad range of project types.

An accomplished architect, Wyatt has spoken regularly at conferences across the country, has taught architectural design and regularly serves as critic at universities, and on design and award juries within the industry. Wyatt received a Master of Architecture degree from Rice University, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from Harvard University.

Wyatt and his projects have been recognized and published widely; including honors by the Chicago Athenaeum, the AIA COTE Top Ten Award, the ULI Charter Award, and numerous AIA State and local design awards among others; delivering LEED Platinum as well as WELL-certified projects. He has been recognized as recipient of the 2014 BD+C National 40-under-40 Award, the 2014 AIA National Young Architects Award, the 2007 AIA Houston Young Architect Award, and the 1997 AIA Columbus Student of the Year Award. In 2019, Wyatt was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. Fellows are recognized with the AIA's highest membership honor for their exceptional work and contributions to the profession and to society - exemplifying architectural excellence.

Graham Blake is a visionary CEO with a rich AEC background, known for driving outcome-

focused design teams and pioneering DfMA methodologies in Vancouver. His expertise in

software development, consultative sales, and mission-driven leadership sets him apart. As a

trusted advisor to mixed-use developers, Graham bridges the gap between innovation and

proven solutions, revolutionizing real estate development. He founded Kitspace, a Vancouver

startup dedicated to transforming interior fit-out processes for sustainability and agility,

exemplifying his commitment to reshaping the AEC industry through standardized processes

that empower project teams.

David is the Principal, founder, and heart of Webber + Studio. His work as a distinguished architect has been recognized nationally and internationally. His commitment to both his craft and his team is reflected in the many award-winning designs and satisfied clients the studio continues to create.

Born and raised in Austin, TX, David achieved his Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. He founded Webber + Studio in 1997. He is a registered architect in several states.

David’s commitment to his craft is evidenced not only by the award-winning designs he creates, but also by the exemplary team he leads. In addition to his numerous accomplishments as a distinguished architect, David is a gifted manager, mentor, and friend to each and every young designer he works with. He is passionate about building a better world and has served on the Board of Directors for Frameworks Community Development Corp., the Board of Directors for the Ballet Austin, AIA Austin’s Facilities Committee, and was a Co-Chair for the AIA National Committee on Design at the Spring 2017 Conference.
