Ann Cone is a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office of CBRE HMF, Inc., CBRE’s FHA lending division. Ms. Cone is responsible for marketing and originating FHA insured construction and permanent financing for multifamily, senior living and healthcare housing. Ms. Cone has more than 30 years in commercial real estate with emphasis in FHA insured debt products.

Ms. Cone began her career in 1983 in Atlanta with the Center for Housing Alternatives, a non-profit organization that providing consulting and technical assistance for specialized housing for persons with disabilities. In 1986 she was promoted to Administrator responsible for the organization’s production of housing.

1n 1994 she co-founded the Housing Resource Center (HRC) to provide consulting and technical services for housing for the elderly housing, persons with disabilities and veterans. That same year, HRC was awarded the Southeastern Master Technical Assistance Advisory role for the Resolution Trust Corporation to facilitate sales to non-profit organizations for affordable housing.

In 2006, she left HRC to work on the lending side of the business with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company as Director of Originations. In this capacity she was responsible for the origination of construction and permanent financing for market rate and affordable multifamily properties as well as healthcare properties including skilled nursing and assisted living.

Ms. Cone joined CBRE in February, 2015.

Vicki Lundy Wilbon is a Principal and President of Real Estate with The Integral Group

LLC (Integral), an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment management

firm. In this capacity, she plays a significant role in developing corporate policy and

driving execution towards the successful accomplishment of strategic goals.

Ms. Wilbon also serves as President of Integral's Community Development Division.

She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's redevelopment

initiatives, many executed through public/private partnerships. Integral has

distinguished itself in the marketplace by completing some of the nation's most

successful and transformative residential and mixed-use developments through

thoughtful and innovative master planning and implementation.

Ms. Wilbon has worked extensively in the Real Estate development industry for over

thirty-five years. Under Ms. Wilbon's leadership, Integral has amassed a multi-family

development portfolio of nearly $700 Million. Through her experience in "place-

making" and multi-phased redevelopments, she has managed every aspect of

comprehensive development programs including master planning with community

participation, managing public/private partnerships, inspiring creative design, and

developing and implementing innovative financing structures.

Ms. Wilbon has mastered the use and layering of federal, or other public funds, with

private equity, conventional debt, and other funding sources. She has structured and

implemented numerous urban revitalization projects and developed strong

relationships with institutional debt and equity providers.

Ms. Wilbon serves on the Saint Joseph Health System (Atlanta) Board of Directors, the

Georgia State University Honors College Board of Advisors, and the Board of Directors

of Reinvestment Fund.

Cheri Morris develops and owns upscale mixed-use communities, with a focus on downtown revitalizations. Morris recently completed Alpharetta City Center, and is underway with Woodstock City Center, both as public-private partnerships with their host cities.

Her earlier Main Street Woodstock development has garnered international attention as an unprecedented financial success and driver of ancillary economic development in its downtown environs. She was also on the teams that created downtown Rosemary Beach on Florida’s Emerald Coast, The Summit, one of the nation’s first and most successful lifestyle centers, Vickery Village in Forsyth County, Town Brookhaven on Dresden Drive, Luckie Marietta, a three-block dining and entertainment district on Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta, and Lime Grove, a mixed use resort in Barbados

Morris & Fellows’ development projects have been awarded the “Development of Excellence” by the Urban Land Institute, cited as “Development of the Year” by the Atlanta Regional Commission, received the CNU International Charter Award for Best Neighborhood-Scale District, named “America’s Best Smart Growth Community” by the National Homebuilders Association, and “America’s Neighborhood” by Better Homes and Gardens Magazine.

Cheri also consults to municipalities, creating downtown revitalization plans that combine her unique knowledge of both public-sector planning and private sector development. She is a sought-after thought leader in urban planning and a principal in public-private partnerships, often heading teams that redevelop the downtown districts of cities and towns based on her master plans.

Morris served on the teaching faculty of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 20 years. She is a frequent speaker for such groups as ICSC, Urban Land Institute, Congress for the New Urbanism and the Atlanta Regional Commission, and has contributed to several prestigious media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Shopping Centers Today, The Journal of Property Management, and Shopping Center Business.

Active in civic planning, the arts and sustainable development, Morris has served on numerous civic and municipal boards and several Livable Centers Initiative planning teams in metro Atlanta, and is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Livable Communities Council. She was the first Chair of the City of Sandy Springs’ Design Review Board, is on the boards of the Sandy Springs Conservancy, Act3 Theater, and Art Sandy Springs. Cheri is married to Terry Morris. The couple have two grown children, and four grandchildren, all of whom reside in Sandy Springs, Ga.

Marcia Nally, CPA, is a Partner with Moore Colson’s Tax Services Practice and one of the firm’s Real Estate Practice

Leaders. In this role, Marcia’s primary focus is on strategic tax compliance and planning services for closely-held

businesses and their owners in the real estate industry. Marcia also advises clients in the franchise, manufacturing

and professional services industries. Marcia’s responsibilities at Moore Colson include leading and overseeing tax

services for clients, recommending and implementing tax planning ideas, and mentoring staff.

Marcia’s professional background in public accounting includes extensive experience in real estate partnerships

and high net-worth individuals. In addition, Marcia serves clients in the manufacturing, retail, services, private equity

and venture capital, and technology industries.

Prior to joining Moore Colson in 2015, Marcia worked for Jamestown LP for five years. In this role, Marcia managed

U.S. income tax compliance for all levels of multiple tiered real estate investment funds, including partnerships,

foreign and domestic corporations, and individuals. She also served as the lead manager for all of Jamestown’s

corporate U.S. income tax reporting and compliance.

Lisa R. Hurd serves as Executive Vice President at Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm The RADCO Companies. As the co-head of the RADCO Investment division, Lisa oversees Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Dispositions for the firm. Lisa’s team structures and raises private equity capital, sources creative and accretive debt, manages investment performance, debt, and investor relations for all assets under management, and oversees dispositions activity within RADCO’s multifamily, JV equity, and hotel portfolio.

Lisa has spent her entire career at RADCO and has held multiple roles within the firm during its unprecedented growth following The Great Recession. Beginning her career as an Asset Manager, Lisa oversaw the operations, renovation, repositioning, and ultimate disposition of 5,000 apartment units in multiple markets. She also has worked in both Capital Markets and Acquisitions Analytics, where she underwrote hundreds of potential investment opportunities to expand RADCO’s multifamily portfolio. In her most recent role as Vice President of Capital Markets, Lisa raised more than $800 million in private equity capital and sourced over $3 billion in debt to finance RADCO’s investments while providing best in class investor relations management for RADCO’s network of over 1,000 high net worth investors.

In addition to Lisa’s role at RADCO, she works with several organizations focusing on female empowerment and social equity. In 2016, Ms. Hurd co-founded Real Estate Network Empowering Women, Inc. (RENEW), an initiative to inspire, empower, and advance women in commercial real estate finance. After several years as Co-President, she still serves on the board of directors in an advisory capacity. She is also a board member and serves as Chairwoman of Resource Development for Cool Girls, Inc, a non-profit organization seeking to end the cycle of poverty, low self-esteem, and teen pregnancy for Atlanta girls. Lisa also is an active board member of Open Doors, an initiative led by the Atlanta real estate community with a mission to eradicate homelessness. Debbie Frank is the Director of Transit Oriented Development at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) in Atlanta, GA, managing the planning and implementation of the transit-oriented development program for the Authority. She is a real estate development and urban planning expert with over 25 years of success spearheading planning, development, and redevelopment initiatives for private for-profit and nonprofit organizations as well as the public sector in Alabama, Ohio, Tennessee,

and Georgia.

Prior to joining MARTA, Debbie served as managing partner of Urban Blueprint, a real estate

development and consulting firm in Nashville, Tennessee with a primary focus on mixed-use

development in emerging markets. Debbie also served as the executive director of the North Nashville Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization where she promoted the revitalization of the North Nashville community in partnership with Fisk University, Meharry Medical College, Tennessee State University, and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. She credits the years as a nonprofit executive and city planner in Nashville as the ideal foundation for her career in real estate development. As a city planner, she developed land use policies and neighborhood redevelopment plans or Nashville-Davidson County.

Debbie holds a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in urban planning from Alabama A&M University. She is a member of the ULI Atlanta. While in Nashville, Debbie served in various leadership capacities with the Regional Transportation Authority, the Metro Traffic and Parking Commission, the Housing Fund, the Land Trust for Tennessee, the Nashville Civic Design Center, the Rotary of Club of Nashville, among other civic and nonprofit organizations.

For over twenty years, Johnna Goodmark has represented clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate. Trina Joseph is a Managing Partner at Coro Realty. She started with Coro Realty Advisors in October of 2015 as Senior Regional Property Manager. She was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management in 2019. In 2022 Mrs. Joseph became Coro Realty’s first African American female partner.

Prior to Coro Realty, Trina had several years of experience in the property management at publicly and privately held organizations. Her love for real estate and property management started with LaSalle Partners (predecessor to JLL). Trina earned her Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Information Systems from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Midtown Alliance. She serves as the 2022 President-Elect and 2023 President of CREW Atlanta.

Tina Renee McCall serves as the Managing Director of Asset Management & Dispositions at Bridge Investment Group. She oversees Disposition and Asset Management teams nationally and is responsible for capital markets and asset management training programs and procedures. During her career, McCall has developed successful management and marketing strategies for commercial real estate assets across the country. A proven problem-solver and leader, McCall is highly experienced in asset management, leasing, capital markets and portfolio management, and has cultivated tenant relationships with executives at Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Bridge, McCall was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, where she helmed the organization’s East Region office and managed the investment performance for 20 buildings totaling more than 3 million square feet. She hired and directed asset management analysts, brokers, property managers, administrative staff and engineers to implement marketing and management strategies, and she successfully completed more than 100 lease transactions over a four-year period.

McCall has also served as Vice President of Asset Management for Columbia Property Trust, where she directed the financial performance of 20 assets totaling more than 7 million square feet in major U.S. markets such as New York, Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Raleigh-Durham and Pittsburgh. Through her highly focused investment approach, McCall significantly enhanced the value of real estate assets while maintaining an average occupancy rate of 95 percent. She also played an integral role in the firm’s successful disposition of 18 properties, totaling nearly 4 million square feet.

During her time as Investment Officer at Wells Real Estate Funds, McCall completed more than 900,000 square feet of new and renewed leases, helped with a strategic portfolio disposition totaling 1.9 million square feet, and maintained an average occupancy rate of 94 percent.

McCall received a bachelor’s degree in environmental economics and management from the University of Georgia, as well as a master’s of business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and currently serves as the 2018 President for CREW Atlanta and the 2018 Director of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Over the past two decades, Malloy has worked in a variety of capacities within the development industry, including development planning and execution, marketing and branding, leasing, and public relations.

Today, Malloy is a senior leader within Selig Development Company, a subsidiary of Selig Enterprises. Malloy is focused on the development of Selig’s mixed-use developments including: The Works at Chattahoochee, 1105 West Peachtree, City Springs, and 1200 Spring Street. In addition to her experience executing developments, Malloy possesses a strong marketing, branding, and communications skill set, which allows her to provide a unique perspective to any development.

Prior to joining Selig, Malloy spent 12 years with Carter where specialized in the development of complex, large-scale urban mixed-use projects. The majority of these projects were public-private partnerships (P3). Malloy also led Carter’s Advisory Services business unit and all of Carter’s internal and external corporate and project-level marketing and communications teams.

Prior to earning her MBA, Malloy worked at Morgan Stanley where she performed financial analysis and played a large role in client relations, providing her with a solid understanding of the investment banking and securities.
