Lena Pitt is the Vice President of Operations for Integral Property Management, LLC, a subsidiary of The Integral Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment management company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Lena has a multitude of experience spanning over 22 years in the multi – family industry including a full range of assets from mixed income, mixed use, ‘A’ class mid-rise with retail, ‘B’ and ‘C’ class products, condominiums, student living and HOA Management. Ms. Pitt has experience managing several lease ups in states, such as Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and North Carolina. Additionally, she has managed occupied and non-occupied renovations totaling over $100 million dollars. Ms. Pitt is actively involved in industry organizations such as the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management “IREM®.” She is currently working to achieve the IREM® Certified Property Management (CPM) designation, one of the highest regarded designations in the industry

Mike joined RADCO Residential in 2016, and as COO, he oversees all operations, marketing, and revenue for the entire RADCO portfolio. Mike has received numerous industry honors, including seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards under his leadership. He is a frequent contributor to industry-related publications, such as Units Magazine, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more. His vlog, ApartmentHacker, reaches hundreds of viewers who tune in daily for Mike’s reflections on everything from consumer trends to employee relations to professional growth, and beyond.

Valerie Edwards

Valerie Edwards is a principal, Executive Vice President, and Chief Administrative Officer of Integral. Ms. Edwards also has significant responsibilities within Integral Development, the Community Development Division of Integral, which is responsible for transformative, mixed use developments. Ms. Edwards provides leadership for the community revitalization process, including acquiring and managing public private partnerships, assessing development opportunities, executing master-planning, acquisition, financing, design, and construction activities of many of the Company’s real estate projects. Ms. Edwards has over 30 years of experience in construction and development of multi-family and single-family communities. She has structured real estate development projects using traditional equity, new markets and low income housing tax credit equity, taxable and tax- exempt bond financing, conventional and federally insured mortgage debt. Ms. Edwards provides expertise for urban revitalization projects and has developed strong relationships with institutional debt and equity providers. Before joining Integral in 1994, Ms. Edwards was employed for 8 years as a Senior Project Manager of a real estate development and construction company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Previous to that employment, Ms. Edwards served as Vice President of Construction for a publicly traded single family homebuilding company. Ms. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama, Birmingham and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She serves on the Board of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Board of the Assembly Community Improvement District (CID). She is a member of Leadership Atlanta and the Regional Leadership Foundation.

Dan O’Connell joined the Quantum Fiber(SM) Connected Communities’ organization in 2018, with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable industries.  He spent most of those years in senior leadership roles with some of America’s largest service providers specializing in the residential housing and multi-dwelling market.

As VP of Consumer Sales, he leads a nationwide team of sales and engineering professionals focused on delivering customized advanced fiber technology solutions for apartments and communities by deploying fast, future ready and secure instant connectivity for all residents. Under Dan’s leadership, the connected communities organization has experienced tremendous growth and continues to aggressively expand its footprint throughout the U.S.

Dan is a lifetime fan of his hometown Washington D.C. sports teams; has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Catholic University of America.

As a community advocate Dan serves on the board of directors for the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and is the former president of the Fiber Broadband Association (formerly Fiber to the Home Council).
