Egbert L. J. Perry, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Integral Group LLC. Founded in 1993 by Mr. Perry, Integral is a real estate development, advisory and investment management company based in Atlanta. Mr. Perry has over 35 years of experience as a real estate professional, including work in urban development, developing and investing in mixed-income, mixed-use communities, affordable/work force housing and commercial real estate projects in markets across the country. Mr. Perry currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Penn Institute for Urban Research and as a long-time trustee of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Perry also served from 2002 through 2008 as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

Mr. Perry has been a Fannie Mae director since December 2008. Mr. Perry was appointed Chairman of Fannie Mae's Board effective March 31, 2014. Mr. Perry serves as Chair of the Executive Committee.

Steven earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Scott L. Leventhal is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Trillist. As a fourth generation developer, Mr. Leventhal has spent two decades in the real estate development business and has created an impressive portfolio of mixed-use and multifamily housing projects in the Southeastern U.S. In 2006 and only at the age of 28, Mr. Leventhal was recognized as one of “Atlanta’s Most Promising Young Stars” by the editors of Atlanta Business Chronicle in their annual “Up and Comers – 40 under 40” feature.

Mr. Leventhal is an experienced real estate developer and overseen the development of a high-quality portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects. Mr. Leventhal formally managed Tivoli Properties, Inc. (“Tivoli”), which was one of the nation’s premier real estate investment and development companies. Under his leadership, Tivoli built innovative developments which forever changed the Atlanta landscape for residential condominium living. Within a few years of its formation, Tivoli created a portfolio of award-winning projects with a retail value of nearly $400 million. Because of its rapid acceleration and growth, Tivoli earned recognition as 24th of the top 100 real estate development companies according to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s November 2007 issue.

Mr. Leventhal appears frequently as a guest speaker and lecturer on matters involving the real estate development business. In the spring of 2012, Mr. Leventhal appeared as a special, select witness before a U.S. Congressional Committee on the effect of bank failures in the real estate development industry and structured finance programs that involve public-private partnerships.

Mr. Leventhal is also a member of Georgia State University’s Honorary Real Estate Board. He frequently lectures before students at Georgia State University’s Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance classes.

Jeffrey S. Fuqua is the founder of Fuqua Development, LP. He was previously Board Member, Partner & President of The Sembler Company. In his nearly 25-year tenure there, Fuqua developed in excess of 14 million square feet in over 80 projects valued at $4 billion. During Jeff's tenure with Sembler, The Atlanta Business Chronicle named The Sembler Company Top Developer for eleven consecutive years since 2000. Major real estate projects include The Prado, Town Brookhaven, Edgewood Retail District, Lindbergh Plaza, Perimeter Place, Lenox Marketplace in Atlanta. In Florida, Fuqua developed Legacy in Palm Beach Gardens, and Boynton Beach Town Center.

Matt Bronfman is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Jamestown. Mr.

Bronfman joined the company in 1998 as General Counsel and in 2002 was

named Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He became CEO in 2012,

and is responsible for managing Jamestown’s global operations and overseeing

corporate strategy and execution. Under Matt’s leadership, Jamestown has

grown its portfolio of assets in the U.S. and expanded into Latin America and

Europe.

Mr. Bronfman has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the acquisition,

redevelopment and oversight for over $20 billion in projects, including Chelsea Market in New York City,

Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Industry City in Brooklyn, the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, and

Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco.

Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Bronfman practiced law at Holland & Knight. He currently serves on the

boards for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the Jewish Federations of North

America, and is Board Chair of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Mr. Bronfman also serves as

President of the board of Directors for the Jamestown Charitable Foundation, which supports nonprofits

to help make cities more enjoyable places to live and work. He has been recognized as a leader in the

industry and is a recipient of the Real Estate Roundtable President’s Circle Award; New York Observer’s

As Executive Director for the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs), Ann Hanlon is in charge of the organization’s daily operations, as well as its investments in transportation infrastructure.

The CIDs have an annual operating budget of over $8 million. Previously, Ann was the Executive Director of the North Fulton CID for 13 years, beginning when it was a start-up. Prior to entering the CID space, Ann served as a Senior Program Specialist at the Atlanta Regional Commission. She began her career in the private sector, as a Research and Development Analyst with Press Ganey & Associates, a healthcare consulting firm in South Bend, Indiana. A native of South Georgia, Ann received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of

Public Administration degree in Management and Finance from Georgia State University. Ann was honored as the “Woman of the Year” by the Women’s Transportation Seminar Atlanta Chapter in November 2016. In April 2015 and again in 2017, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Ann to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority where she serves on the Projects and Planning committees. Ann was named a

“Notable Georgian” by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2017, one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2015 and as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s “40 under 40” in 2012 and 2018. In 2021, she was included among a prestigious group of leaders in James Magazine’s Most Influential Georgians. In 2019, she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Council for Quality Growth as the Council’s first female Chairman. Additionally, Ann serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s’ Transportation Seminar, Atlanta Chapter, the Greater North

Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody Perimeter Chambers of Commerce, and the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, Ann was appointed by CEO Michael Thurmond to the DeKalb County COVID-19 task force, and continues to serve in that capacity as a representative of large business interests in Perimeter during the pandemic. Ann is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Institute of the Atlanta Regional Commission (2010) and Leadership North Fulton (2006). Personally, Ann is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Metro Atlanta, a member of All Saints Catholic Church and a sustainer with the Junior League of Atlanta. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband, Michael, and their two daughters.

Emory Morsberger took the helm as Executive Director of Gateway85 CID on April 15, 2019. Emory comes with a long history of involvement in the development, management and growth of community improvement districts in Georgia, including his involvement with the Tucker Summit CID and Lilburn CID, as president. He was instrumental in forming the Gateway85 CID (formerly Gwinnett Village CID) in 2005, where he also has served on the board of directors. He has a strong vision for the area and will continue to gain momentum with his plan for the future of the largest CID in Georgia.
