As President and CEO of Landmark Properties, Wes has overseen the design, financing, development, and operations of nearly $2 Billion worth of new construction student housing. Wes and Landmark have largely focused on developing student cottage communities under the “Retreat” brand, and, more recently, have expanded into luxury urban infill. Wes is responsible for establishing and implementing Landmark¹s overall corporate strategy. He is very involved in the development and finance side of the Company¹s business, but his hands on leadership style keeps him engaged in all aspects of the business. Landmark currently has approximately $800 Million in student housing currently under construction, making the Company one of the most active developers in the Space.

Wes, an Athens, GA native, obtained his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1999 and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from UGA in 2004. While finishing up his MBA, Wes partnered with James Whitley to form Landmark Properties in May 2004. Wes lives in Athens with his wife, Kimberly, and sons, James, Harrison and William.

As co-founder and President of Haven Campus Communities, Jay is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company including the overall strategic direction and the oversight of partnership and development activity.

Jay has over twenty years of experience in real estate development, investment management and syndication, and has a diverse background as an investor, advisor and operating executive. He has previously served as President of Williams Realty Advisors, co-founder of Oxford Properties and CEO of Williams Investment Group. Jay has also had experience working in an executive or board capacity with numerous early stage companies including RealValuator and others. He began his career working as a marketing executive for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. Jay has always been active in the community and currently serves as a Director of Open Hand and, most recently, of the Beck Foundation.

Jo Ann serves as Senior Vice President and has been employed with Selig Enterprises since 2005. In this role, she is responsible for Acquisitions, Development and Project Finance. Jo Ann currently serves as a Kennesaw State Foundation Trustee, Chair of the Nominating Committee, and is on the Chairman's Cabinet, Executive Committee, and Finance Committee. Additionally, she serves on the Capital Improvements Committee for the Piedmont Park Conservancy as well as an Urban Plan Mentor for the Urban Land Institute.

Previously, Jo Ann served as founding Executive Director and President of the UGA Real Estate Foundation, Inc. The non-profit was created to acquire, develop and finance real estate projects for the University of Georgia. During her five-year tenure, she acquired, developed and financed more than $200 million in real estate assets.

Prior to that, Jo Ann was Senior Vice President of iStar Financial [NYSE:SFI] the successor company of the 1999 merger of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust and Starwood Financial, Inc. She was responsible for the leasing, dispositions and acquisition underwriting of the company’s $30 million sf equity portfolio valued at approximately $2.5 billion. Jo Ann Chitty received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida.

Jeff joined the Company in 2008. In his role as President of Development, he is responsible for all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, and executing of new development opportunities for the Company. Jeff has been directly involved in the development of over $500 million of student housing apartment properties including all product types – garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, and historic redevelopment. He has successfully conducted complex land acquisitions, redeveloped environmentally sensitive Brownfield properties, as well as qualified projects for tax credit programs, including historic, and led difficult rezoning and entitlement efforts. Prior to joining the Company, he held several senior management positions in the development, construction, and technology industries. Jeff earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with honors.

David uniquely brings both technical engineering and

business skill sets to deliver strategic real estate solutions.

As a senior vice president for Carter’s development team, David leads the development

efforts for off-campus private student housing projects. His background and experience

with both institutional and private owners for multi-family development projects makes

him an ideal candidate to manage this initiative. David has experience managing almost

$1 billion worth of complex project portfolios balancing their various risks, exposures and

opportunities to maximize value. During his time at Carter, David has worked on student

housing projects totaling nearly 3,500 beds valued at approximately $255 million. He

continues to achieve meaningful results through his ability to develop new insights and

create lasting relationships.

David’s clients benefit from his industry knowledge and hands-on project experience

gained working both on- and off-campus. His responsibilities have included: financial,

as well as market feasibility studies and analyses; due diligence research; project

management through design, construction and turnover; sales and marketing oversight;

and sustainability analysis.

Les is President of Juneau Construction Company, an Atlanta-based General

Contractor with regional offices in Miami and Tampa, celebrating its 25 th year in

business. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a degree in Construction

Management. During his 40-year career Les has had senior management responsibility

with well-respected ENR Top 100 firms prior to opening Juneau Construction with his

wife Nancy in 1997.

Les has been active in the industry having served on numerous boards and industry

related panels such as NMHC Multifamily and Student Housing and Interface

Southeast’s Student Housing, Multifamily and Mixed-Use panels, in addition to providing

thought leadership and insights into current construction trends Juneau is seeing in

those markets.

Tony has over 34 years experience in providing strategic real estate advisory services for corporate users and non-profit institutions. In particular, Tony has worked closely with clients to develop programs with real world, actionable strategies to align their real estate obligations with their ownership, cost, quality and location objectives.

Tony has extensive experience in providing portfolio reviews and analysis, highest and best use studies, occupancy cost benchmarking, merger and acquistion services, development advisory, master planning, site slection, tenant representation, transaction management, financial analysis and ownership structures. His experience involves working across a wide range of asset classes including office, retail, data centers, and headquarters facilities and transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits and sale-leaseback transactions.

Rodney, as a Vice President of Real Estate Development, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the entire development process for collegiate housing facilities, including projects for university clients, joint venture partners and EdR's own portfolio. His experience ranges from garden style apartments to large urban mixed-use projects. Rodney also helps determines the most effective method of financing to ensure the project meets its intended goals. Upon closing of financing, he works directly with the construction and operations teams to ensure the project is transitioned seamlessly. Rodney joined EdR in 2011, serving as a regional director in EdR’s management services department. He came to EdR from Summit Housing Partners, a multifamily housing company, where he served as regional portfolio manager. He holds a Tennessee real estate broker’s license. He earned an M.B.A. from Belhaven University and a B.S., Financial and Organizational Management from Crichton College.

Jimmy Scott brings a wealth of experience and achievement as a leading Design Engineer and Program Manager on a number of complex, high profile construction and engineering projects. Mr. Scott managed all construction operations, property management, and program operations at Fort Rucker, AL through a collaborative approach. He currently serves as the University System of Georgia (USG)-Corvias P3 Portfolio Director and oversees all aspects for the 65-year, $550 million public-private partnership with the USG where Corvias will construct and manage 3,753 new beds, as well as 6,195 existing beds, totaling over 3 million square feet across nine of the USG’s 29 campuses. He is experienced in managing the implementation and construction of different designs across multiple locations, keeping to schedule and on budget. He recently managed the construction of three 38,000 square foot 24 unit apartments, clubhouse, and amenities completed and ready to move in after 7 months.

 Oversaw the development of Corvias’ most recent $7.9 million Campus Living project in Dothan, AL which was designed and constructed in just over nine months. This project was a partnership with the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine that includes three 38,000 square foot garden style apartments (117 beds), 3,308 square foot clubhouse and amenities

 Involved in the program management of the 50-year, $153 million public-private partnership with the Army at Fort Rucker, Alabama to include all Program, Property Management and Development operations.

 Directed the planning, design, procurement, and construction of $117 million development of 816 new homes, 552 renovations, 3 community centers and 786 demolitions at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

 Served as Project Manager for site development of the $227 million public-private partnership for one of four pilot projects for the Army in the development of xxx bed Randolph Point at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

 Served as Project Engineer for over 17 General Aviation and Regional airports throughout the Southeastern United States implementing the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Grant Program. This included the planning, design, procurement, construction and grant management.

Bill Leffler is a Vice President in CBRE’s Multihousing Group, focusing on equity and structured finance transactions for new construction, renovation/repositions, acquisitions, partnership buy-outs and deals in any form of transition. Prior to working exclusively with the Multihousing Group, Mr. Leffler spent nine years with the commercial side of the Capital Markets Group, with specific duties including arranging structured finance transactions involving high-leverage senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture partnerships, primarily for for-rent and for-sale residential and mixed-use urban infill developments. The transaction sizes ranged from $15 million to $166 million. Prior to working with CBRE, Mr. Leffler was a Vice President at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where he

Arranged structured finance transactions involving senior loans, mezzanine debt and joint venture equity, primarily for condominium conversions and retail developments. He began his real estate career with Arthur Andersen & Co.’s real estate and business valuation group in Washington, D.C. He also worked with Chadwick, Saylor & Co., a boutique pension fund real estate advisory firm in Atlanta. Mr. Leffler is on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and is also a member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), a non-profit real estate industry group dedicated to ongoing professional education and career development, where he served as past President and Treasurer.
