Corey assists corporate clients in identifying, analyzing and securing optimal commercial real estate solutions. He leads the market research and data retrieval offering the absolute best recommendations to clients ensuring that decisions made are thoroughly vetted and informed.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Corey has been instrumental in helping small and large businesses align their objectives with their real estate requirements. He has led or had material participation in commercial real estate transactions totaling over $100 million. He has extensive experience in forecasting, analysis, project management, site selection and contract negotiation. Corey began his career with Colliers International as an Asset Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Class A and B office and retail portfolio totaling over one million square feet. Corey also served as Senior Leasing and Property Manager for SugarOak Holdings, a Herndon, VA based company, for an Atlanta office portfolio consisting of approximately 200,000 square feet. He went on to serve as a corporate real estate specialist with Kimberly-Clark Corporation overseeing transactions both state-side and internationally. Corey’s vast experience in the commercial real estate arena has positioned him as a thought-leader and innovator in the industry. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Corey’s civic and business affiliations include, Empire Board of Realtist-Commercial Council Chair, RealNex Product Advisory Board Member, and University of Alabama Red Elephant Club. Additionally he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and the Alabama “A” Club. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Hunter Henritze

Hunter Henritze is the co-head of Lincoln’s Atlanta office team overseeing a portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet of office product in every major submarket of Metro Atlanta.

Hunter has helped lead the strategic execution of office assignments resulting in hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Throughout his career, Hunter has represented some of the most respected institutional and private owners in the industry including LPC Advisors, The Blackstone Group, Equity Office, The Brookdale Group, Terra Cap Management, Met Life, HD Realty, AEW, Glenfield Capital and TPA Group.

Prior to his current role, Hunter was charged with sourcing potential Acquisitions which included the valuation and negotiation of office and industrial assets within Georgia and Florida. Hunter is a native Atlantan having attended Marist High School and the University of Georgia. He is a licensed sales person in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR).

Stacy Connell leads Technogym sales in the Southeast for health, corporate and performance. Stacy brings 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry as a nationally recognized health, wellbeing, and recreation expert, speaker, and consultant from her work in the higher education and corporate wellness settings.

Stacy’s holistic approach to health and wellbeing is as multifaceted as her experience. As a consultant, Stacy supported her clients through strategic planning, wellbeing strategy and framework development, built and natural environment design, benefits design and product development. She has had points of pride in her career such as authoring the NC State university-wide wellness strategy and leading a newly expanded health promotion department as Georgia Tech’s first Senior Director of Health Initiatives, with responsibility for leading and developing a holistic approach of health and well-being serving 32,000 students and 10,000 employees. Stacy has also served in campus recreation roles focused on fitness and wellness at the University of Georgia and Texas Christian University.

Throughout her career, Stacy has harnessed her passion for biophilic design and the built and natural environments by serving as a key member of small- and large-scale facility and landscape projects. Projects range from fitness studio renovations to large scale construction projects including the Kandeda Building for Sustainable Design, Georgia Tech Campus Center Renovation and Expansion, and the Carmichael Wellness and Recreation Center Renovation and Expansion.

Stacy proudly served as the co-chair for NIRSA’s inaugural Health and Wellbeing Task Force. She now serves on the Wellbeing Advisory Council for the American Cancer Society, Partnership for a Healthier America and the Jed Foundation. Stacy has held previous board roles with National Consortium for Building Healthy Academic Communities and is involved in the American College Health Association, the Health Enhancement Research Organization, the National Wellness Institute and NASPA: Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education.

Stacy has been featured and contributed to various publications including NASPA Leadership Exchange, NIRSA Know, and Campus Rec Magazine. She has also been invited to share and contribute her best practices with others. Stacy has given over 30 conference presentations and speaking engagements related to population health, wellbeing, campus recreation and employee wellness.

Stacy received Bachelors’ Degrees in Exercise Physiology- Fitness & Nutrition and Biological Science from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. She also holds many fitness and wellness credentials including certified wellness practitioner, certified health coach, registered yoga teacher, certified strength and conditioning specialist, personal trainer and fitness instructor. Additionally, Stacy has continued to expand her knowledge through intensive leadership programs, diversity and inclusion trainings, and skill-based education in motivational interviewing, improvement science, and design thinking.

Stacy lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and their three children, Mason, Logan, and Piper. Stacy enjoys unwinding with family hikes, working out, and good wine with great company.

Scott Moore joined Humphries and Company in 1985.  For the first 25 years of Scott’s career he project

managed over 800 projects in more than 125 buildings in the greater Atlanta area.  Scott has since

transitioned into the business development side of the company where he is involved in both

developing new clients and retaining existing clients.  Scott also serves as the Principle-in- Charge on

many of the company’s largest projects.  Under Scott’s leadership, Humphries has grown to become the

largest interior general contractor in Atlanta.  Scott is a graduate of Georgia State University where he

earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.  Scott spends his free time exercising and traveling with

his wife and two kids.

Mahesh joined Rubenstein Partners in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. He leads the firm’s equity asset management efforts in the Southeast in coordination with the firm’s senior leadership team, and is based in the firm’s Atlanta offices. He is currently responsible for the performance of 3.3M square feet of institutional quality office properties in urban, infill and suburban submarkets in the Atlanta MSA.

Prior to Rubenstein, Mahesh spent more than 15 years in principal asset management roles of increasing responsibility, at a variety of real estate platforms including Preferred Office Properties, HighBrook Investors, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Wells Real Estate Funds and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Mahesh graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma honor society member, and from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Study of Religion and Pre-Medicine.

Current Responsibilities Mr. Viente leads the Atlanta Region for JLL Office Agency Brokerage. As a top producer and leader, Mr. Viente brings 20 years of leasing and project marketing experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry. He has successfully directed the lease up on over 20 million square feet of office assets in Atlanta. His focus is on office lease transactions, project marketing, business development and client relationship management, while directing a highly experienced team to create long-term value for office investor clients through a focus on client investment objectives, key market drivers, macroeconomic trends and capital market opportunities.

Experience and Accomplishments Over his career Mr. Viente has become a market leader in repositioning and leasing up Class A and B assets as well as leading the marketing and leasing for new developments. A large portion of Mr. Viente’s agency leasing experience has come in trophy urban assets that include 3344, 3348 and 3350 Peachtree, Buckhead Tower, One Alliance Center, Midtown Union and Promenade II. Mr. Viente started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999 as a Market Research/ Financial Analyst and was responsible for all local market research in Atlanta. As such, he has extensive experience gathering market intelligence and can provide clients a more in-depth insight into trends and forecasts.

Education and Affiliations Mr. Viente earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. Mike Greene

Mike Greene joined Portman Holdings as Vice President of Development from Mill Creek Residential Trust where he was responsible for overseeing the development process, including entitlements and design, as well as sourcing new development opportunities in the Southeast. He has also previously worked at Novare Group where his focus was on the execution of high rise, mixed-use developments in the Southeast. Prior to Novare, Mike had originally joined Portman Holdings as Development Manager where his focus was underwriting and analysis of hotel and office mixed use developments nationally. Mike started his real estate career as a Realtor® and sales broker. He later worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent with Turner Construction Company where he focused on the construction management of large-scale institutional projects. As a developer, Mike has successfully developed over 1900 residential homes in the Southeast and Texas totaling approximately $490 million in development cost.

Mike received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University. Mike is also a LEED® Accredited Professional and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

Jesse has over 14 years of B2B sales negotiation and management expertise. He was drawn to the fast-paced world of commercial real estate to continue his passion for creating strategic and impactful partnerships and being a problem solver for his clients. By comprehensively understanding his clients’ business goals and objectives and leveraging his in-depth market knowledge, Jesse delivers strategic planning and innovative real estate solutions that align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategies.

She represents many national and international developers and institutional portfolio owners with millions of square feet of assets in locations through the United States. She also represents national end-user tenant clients in the leasing of large industrial warehouse, industrial buildings, and medical office buildings.

Laura handles all aspects of commercial leasing with an emphasis on landlord representation. Her practice extends from Texas to Florida and north to Maryland. With many years of experience, she is not only a legal representative for her clients but is also a business advisor on many transactions from the letter of intent stage through and including a lease termination.

Prior to forming Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C., Laura was Counsel with King & Spalding LLP, where she represented numerous real estate developers and portfolio owners. Before joining King & Spalding, she was Regional Counsel for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, a real estate investment advisory company to Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and other institutional portfolio owners
