Dave Stockert joined the Post corporate leadership team in January 2001 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was named Post Properties CEO in 2002. Prior to joining Post, Dave served as a senior executive officer in two other public real estate investment trusts (REITs): Duke Realty Corporation and Weeks Corporation. His career also includes investment banking and public accounting.

As Chief Development Officer for Selig Development Company, Baile oversees Selig’s commercial, residential, and mixed-use development platform. Co-founding Selig Development alongside Scott Selig in 2014, Baile is recognized as one of Atlanta’s leading developers whose dossier accounts for over 5,500,000 square feet of commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments and acquisitions.

Current projects include three new towers started in 2018, The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel, 40 West 12th Street (Condominiums) and 1105 West Peachtree (Office) plus street-level retail. The Works, a mixed-use 80+/- acre development on Atlanta's Upper Westside represent 1.5 million square feet of office, residential, retail and entertainment, 550 North Highland (residential) and two additional towers in Midtown round out Selig Development's current initiatives. Baile's ventures represent in excess of $2.5 Billion in the Atlanta Region since 2004.

A graduate of Auburn University, professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Atlanta Apartment Association and Board of Directors for the Midtown Alliance.

Kevin has been a City of Atlanta resident for over 25 years, working for much of that time to advance livability and economic opportunity in Atlanta. He was previously Executive Director of The Clean Air Campaign, a Georgia non-profit working in partnership with employers to implement programs to improve air quality and reduce traffic. Prior to that, Kevin was Vice President of Environmental Affairs with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, where he worked to implement water resource stewardship and land use initiatives. Kevin managed public-private initiatives that resulted in the creation of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District, and the Livable Communities Coalition, where leaders work collaboratively to advance smart growth in Atlanta. He serves on the Leadership Atlanta Board of Trustees, the Board of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.

MARK TORO founded Atlanta-based Toro Development Company in 2021 to create value by building community. As Chief Vision Officer, Toro will use a metric-driven approach to identify properties that have significant potential based on the promise of the locale. He and his team have multi-dimensional experience, positioning Toro Development Company to choose the right use or mix of uses for each redevelopment.

Prior to starting Toro Development Company, Toro cofounded and led the North American Properties (NAP) Atlanta office where he oversaw $3.1 billion in real estate development, totaling 9.4 million square feet. He delivered industry-leading returns to his capital partners, became known nationally as a leader in experience-driven commercial real estate and left a legacy of great communities. His successes at NAP include the repositioning of Atlantic Station, development of Alpharetta’s $1 billion Avalon and the redevelopment of Colony Square.

Toro currently serves on ICSC’s Board of Trustees, Midtown Alliance’s Board of Directors and serves as vice chair of the City of Refuge Board, where he chaired the $25 million “Shining the Light” capital campaign. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The ATL, a State authority that governs the expansion of public transportation in Metro Atlanta.

Before cofounding NAP’s Atlanta office in 1996, Toro served in several leadership positions with Faison and Cousins Properties. He has developed, redeveloped or repositioned more than 70 properties totaling almost 30 million square feet during his career.

He attended Rutgers University, where he met his wife, Nancy.

Mr. Mutz is the Chairman & CEO of AMLI Residential, which he co-founded in 1980. He received a B.A. from DePauw University in 1967 and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973. Mr. Mutz served as an infantry lieutenant in Vietnam (1968-69)

John shares responsibility for the general management and strategic direction of Portman Holdings. Additionally, his focus is on the pre-development and capital markets arenas for Portman which includes sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing and structuring new opportunities.

John’s association with Portman Holdings began in the early 2000s, when he worked on domestic developments. He left Portman to work with KPMG’s Corporate Finance Group in Mumbai, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as raising equity and performing valuation assessments in real estate, aviation and FMCG industries. John has also worked for companies such as Goldman Sachs Real Estate Principal Investment Area and WholeFoods Market, Inc.

Scott L. Leventhal is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Trillist. As a fourth generation developer, Mr. Leventhal has spent two decades in the real estate development business and has created an impressive portfolio of mixed-use and multifamily housing projects in the Southeastern U.S. In 2006 and only at the age of 28, Mr. Leventhal was recognized as one of “Atlanta’s Most Promising Young Stars” by the editors of Atlanta Business Chronicle in their annual “Up and Comers – 40 under 40” feature.

Mr. Leventhal is an experienced real estate developer and overseen the development of a high-quality portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects. Mr. Leventhal formally managed Tivoli Properties, Inc. (“Tivoli”), which was one of the nation’s premier real estate investment and development companies. Under his leadership, Tivoli built innovative developments which forever changed the Atlanta landscape for residential condominium living. Within a few years of its formation, Tivoli created a portfolio of award-winning projects with a retail value of nearly $400 million. Because of its rapid acceleration and growth, Tivoli earned recognition as 24th of the top 100 real estate development companies according to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s November 2007 issue.

Mr. Leventhal appears frequently as a guest speaker and lecturer on matters involving the real estate development business. In the spring of 2012, Mr. Leventhal appeared as a special, select witness before a U.S. Congressional Committee on the effect of bank failures in the real estate development industry and structured finance programs that involve public-private partnerships.

Mr. Leventhal is also a member of Georgia State University’s Honorary Real Estate Board. He frequently lectures before students at Georgia State University’s Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance classes.

Mack is founder and principal of Gateway Development Services, a full service real estate development company based in Atlanta, GA. Since its inception in 1996, Gateway has developed over 2,000,000 square feet of office, research, residential and retail space; primarily on and around university campuses. Representative projects include:

• Centergy, a 1,000,000 SF office, research, retail and residential project on Fifth Street, adjacent to Georgia Tech’s campus

• Technology Enterprise Park, a multi-building bio-technology park in midtown Atlanta

• WestEdge, a planned 2,500,000 SF master planned, mixed use project in Charleston, SC, located adjacent to the Medical University of South Carolina.

Mack graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial

Management, followed by a Master of Science in Management. A member of the Georgia Tech Track & Field Team, he was a scholarship athlete as both an undergraduate and graduate student. He is involved in various organizations, including serving as a board member of CIFAL Atlanta (the North American office of the United Nations Institute of Training & Research), the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Foundation (Chair), the First United Methodist Church Foundation and serves on the Planning Commission of the City of LaGrange, GA.

Mack resides in LaGrange, GA with his wife Holly and three children; Jordan, Mack and Robert.

Dr. Eloisa Klementich is President and CEO of Invest Atlanta. Previously, Eloisa served as managing director of business development at Invest Atlanta. In this position, she worked to attract new businesses and create initiatives that promoted job growth in Atlanta. Before coming to Invest Atlanta, Eloisa served as special assistant for economic development at the U.S. Economic Development Administration in the Office of the Secretary. She served as California’s assistant deputy secretary for economic development and commerce and has held various roles with city governments, including the consultant for Mexico’s President Vicente Fox, working on best practices for addressing constituent issues and requests. Eloisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Pitzer College and a master’s degree in business administration from el Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. She holds two master’s degrees in urban planning and Latin American affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her doctorate degree in public administration from the University of LaVerne. Eloisa is also active in various business and civic organizations. She serves as a board member for the Latin American Civic Association, Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, Atlanta Technical College, Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, LaunchPad 2x, Startup Atlanta, and Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc. A graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2017, she is also involved with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, Georgia Economic Development Association, and International Economic Development Council.

Richard Aaronson is CEO and Founder of Atlantic Realty Partners. He is responsible for all of the firm’s

operations throughout its two operating regions -- the Southeast based in Atlanta and the Midwest based

in Chicago -- including development, construction, leasing, and property management. ARP is a private

real estate development and management company headquartered in Atlanta. Through affiliated entities,

it currently owns and manages over 3,000 apartments. It has developed mixed-use and residential

projects with over 6,000 apartments and condos and an aggregate value of over $1.5 Billion since its

inception. It is currently developing eight new multifamily communities in Atlanta (3), Chicago (1),

Milwaukee (1), and South Florida (3) containing over 2500 apartments. Richard received his BS in

Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Emory University. He is a past-president

of both the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Georgia Apartment Association.

Paul Morris joined Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) in July, 2013 as President and CEO. ABI is responsible for the development of the most comprehensive revitalization effort in the history of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects in the United States. This multi-billion dollar sustainable development initiative is providing a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit linking mixed use development and affordable housing by re-using 22-miles of historic railroad corridors circling downtown and connecting 45 neighborhoods directly to each other.

Todd Schneider has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He was the vision behind the first stand alone modern observation wheel developed in the United States. He brought the European concept to America when he developed the first one in Myrtle Beach, SC eight years ago. Todd has significant contacts and relationships in the amusement industry, from ride manufacturers and designers to industry suppliers and innovators. Todd is the Managing Partner of SkyView Partners, the owner/operator of the SkyView Atlanta Giant Ferris Wheel located in the Centennial Park District in downtown Atlanta.

Ambrish brings over 27 years of global real estate experience to his role at Portman where he is responsible for the overall management and performance of the firm. His broad geographic and work exposure brings a strong corporate strategy and property development skillset to Portman.

Prior to joining Portman, he was Development Director of ALDAR Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he was responsible for a development portfolio in excess of $20 billion. Earlier in his career, he was Development Manager for the Greater Union Organization for the Middle East and India. Prior to that, Ambrish held various senior positions with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and the TATA Group. Ambrish has worked in the USA, China, India, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia, across a broad spectrum of property types and responsibilities.

Ambrish has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Rajasthan, India, and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia. He is active in the community and participates on the boards of Central Atlanta Progress, Midtown Alliance, Atlanta Police Foundation, Leadership Atlanta, Atlanta Beltline Partnership, Piedmont Park Conservancy, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber.

David Marvin, founder and president of Legacy Ventures®, was an early believer in downtown Atlanta’s resurgence. Since making his first investment downtown in 1994, Marvin has developed $500 million in downtown real estate. Atlanta tested Legacy, but the firm has expanded its footprint regionally. In addition to development, Legacy today has hotel and restaurant operating divisions that employ roundly 1,000 people. Legacy’s in-house financial, marketing, design and construction teams represent collaborative resources for its development, asset management, and operations initiatives.

Marvin’s professional career began as a graduate engineer on the docks of Electric Boat Naval Shipyard. Ten years into his career, Marvin transitioned from construction to real estate. H. Jerome Russell, Jr. is president of Russell New Urban Development, the entity that leads the family’s real estate strategic direction and new business development focus. He oversees the company’s real estate portfolio and chairs the Herman J. Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). In addition to real estate development, Jerome has experience in property management, beverage distribution, logistics and banking. Jerome serves on the boards of H. J. Kevin is another tall red head (where do they come from?) who believes that talent is cheap and hard work is the key to success. From being the pre-party Super Bowl DJ at MetLife Stadium to working for the US Army, Kevin prides himself on being a jack-of-all-trades. He has no off switch, and shows it through a full day of constant energy. Don’t be alarmed by his random dance moves, its just his way of making you laugh. (Please don't call the police, he's fine.) Kevin is one of Bisnow’s veteran event producers, and has a serious goal of producing their first-ever event on the Moon.
