Ed Allen is Senior Vice President of Related Development, LLC. He joined the Related in 2013 and leads

development efforts for their Atlanta office.

Over the course of his 30-year career in the real estate industry, Ed has been responsible for the

development, construction and leasing of multifamily and commercial properties in major markets

throughout the Sun Belt and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. His background includes a

particular focus on development of mixed use projects in urban and infill locations.

Before joining Related, Ed was a partner and principal at Madison Retail, LLC, where he oversaw all

aspects of the company’s development and construction efforts on commercial, residential and mixed

use projects. Prior to his time at Madison, he served as Vice President of Development for Post

Properties, Inc.

Ed Allen graduated from Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction with a

degree in Building Science. He is active in the National Multifamily Housing Council, Urban Land

Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Georgia real estate license.

Todd Oglesby

Todd Oglesby is responsible for sourcing and executing new development opportunities in the Southeast Region, to include negotiating land purchases, overseeing the development process and managing asset sales. Mr. Oglesby has been involved in the development and construction industry since 1991. Prior to joining Alliance, he was a Development Manager for Southeast Capital Partners, where he was responsible for managing the design, marketing and construction of apartment and condominium communities in the Atlanta area. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager for one of the Southeast’s largest general contracting firms, managing commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Oglesby graduated from Georgia Tech and has a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Adam Harbin leads Hanover’s development efforts throughout the greater areas of Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Adam joined Hanover from the New York office of the law firm of Latham & Watkins, where he worked primarily in bank and project finance. He also practiced general corporate law at the Nashville law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims. Adam earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Law Review and graduated as a Chancellor. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Alabama, where he double majored in Classics and Communication Studies. Since joining Hanover in 2005, Adam has developed over 6,000 residential units and approximately 150,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, representing approximately $1.9 billion in total capitalization.

Bennett Sands is a Development Director for Wood Partners responsible for development and finance for new projects and asset management for existing assets in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He has developed and financed more than 3,000 multifamily units and 120,000 square feet of commercial space with a total capitalization in excess of $700 million.

Before joining Wood Partners, he spent three years working in Investment Banking for Robinson-Humphrey. At Robinson-Humphrey, he worked on both public and private capital raises in several industry groups including retail, telecom and information technology.

Sands earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He received an MBA with a Real Estate concentration at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Tony Wilbert is president and founder of Wilbert Public Relations Co., an upstart communications firm specializing in real estate. Tony founded Wilbert PR Co. after selling his interest in The Wilbert Group, a firm he founded in 2009 that grew to become the fourth-largest independent PR agency in Atlanta. Before venturing out on his own, Tony created and ran the National Real Estate Practice at Edelman and worked corporate communications at Home Depot Inc. Real estate is a natural focus for Wilbert PR Co. because Tony covered commercial real estate at Atlanta Business Chronicle, National Real Estate Investor and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution from 1996-2004. He currently satisfies his need to write about real estate through his blog Skyline Views (skylineviews.rocks). In 2015, Duke Long named Tony to his list, “Top 10 Most Influential Online Commercial Real Estate People."

Lundeen has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience currently serving as Coro's president and managing partner since its inception in 1997. Under Lundeen's leadership, Coro has grown into a real estate advisory and development company that currently oversees a portfolio valued in excess of $800 million. Prior to Coro, Lundeen was employed by Branch Properties L.P. serving as executive vice president and general partner, overseeing in excess of 2 million square feet of commercial assets. In addition, he is an active board member on both the Perimeter CID and Buckhead CID, Buckhead Coalition, International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Board of Realtors, holds a Georgia Brokers License and has been designated a Counselor of Real Estate by the National Board of Realtors. Mr. Lundeen received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from Georgia State University.

As Executive Vice President, Ray Uttenhove leads the Atlanta office for SRS Real Estate Partners, a Dallas-based commercial real estate company, and serves as a director on the SRS Board. Recognized as a retail authority, she has been named the Top Retail Producer by the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors for multiple years and is a regular speaker at real estate conferences.

Her experience includes strategic analysis and consulting, site selection, transaction management, lease negotiations, and property dispositions. She represents major national retailers such as the TJX Companies, The Gap, Old Navy, Williams Sonoma, West Elm, The Container Store, and AMC Theaters with their expansion.

Active in the Atlanta community, she has served in a number of leadership positions – Chair of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, President of CREW Atlanta, Executive Committee of the Georgia State University Foundation Board, and a Trustee of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Herbert Ames

As Managing Director, Herbert Ames is responsible for the

strategic direction and priorities of EDENS’ Southeast

Region and sits on the company’s Investment

Committee. With a 19-year tenure, Ames oversees the 2.6

million square-foot Southeast portfolio, as well as future

growth through (re)development and acquisitions. He is

currently responsible for the 2.5 million square-foot

redevelopment of Lulah Hills in Decatur, GA.

Herbert is well-recognized for his commitment to the community. He is currently

serving as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Buckhead Community

Improvement District and serves on the Board of Directors of the Buckhead

Coalition. He is a past member of the ICSC Next Gen Leadership Network and ULI

Atlanta Livable Communities Council and was named Chain Store Age magazine’s

“10 Under 40 – Ones to Watch.”

He previously chaired the Long-Range Planning Committee of the City Center

Partnership (CCP), an organization dedicated to reinvigorating Columbia, SC’s urban

core and central business district, and served on CCP’s Executive Committee of the

Board of Directors. He also co-chaired the Midlands Reality Check for Urban Land

Institute-South Carolina.

Herbert is a graduate of the Leadership Columbia (South Carolina) Class of 2008, a

member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute,

and a Director of Buckhead Coalition. He received a Bachelor of Science from the

University of South Carolina.
