Why You Should Attend This Event

Why This Matters:

Atlanta's urban center, comprising Midtown and Downtown respectively, has long been highly sought after for real estate development and investment. Midtown remains the hottest submarket for office investment and is competitive with most tenants looking at the city. Downtown has had a harder time with these groups, but is seeing a flurry of major projects that are revitalizing the fabric of the submarket. With major events on the horizon, including eight World Cup matches in a bit over a year's time, will this area be prepared as it is set to bring an anticipated $500M in economic impact from out of state visitors? With competition from West Midtown, the East Side Beltline trail and others, how is Midtown working to keep its place in the Atlanta metro hierarchy? How are these areas poised to collaborate in providing a cohesive urban center for the metro area? Our panels plan to discuss these topics, and more. Join Bisnow as we feature the most active firms, and top area projects, as we put you in a position to pursue your next deals.

What You'll Learn

  • What is the latest status of major projects in Downtown Atlanta, and where will they land when the world comes to Atlanta in the summer of 2026?

  • How is the development community adding hotel rooms to available stock for the surge of anticipated visitors, and how will demand be met outside of major sporting events?

  • How is the "musical chairs" of shifting office tenants impacting investment and development activity in Midtown?

  • What can the Midtown submarket take away from other area activity to maintain the "it factor" it has cultivated in recent years?

  • How are leaders across the urban core collaborating to provide a cohesive property mix throughout the metro area's urban center?

How You'll Do More Business Attending This Event:

Enhance your business by gaining a stronger understanding of how the urban center of Atlanta is positioned as a global hub to continue attracting real estate investment and development, and what dynamics indicate continued activity from those who are leading the charge today.

Who You'll Network With:

The area's top owners, developers, investors, tenants, brokers, builders, architects, city officials and more working towards continued activity.
