Chambers is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KDC’s Atlanta office including the Dunwoody Master-planned project and new development projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate, development, law and banking industries. Prior to joining KDC, Chambers spent two years with Jamestown in Atlanta, GA and nine years with Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) in Atlanta, GA, and Austin, TX, developing office, retail and mixed-use projects across the U.S. Prior to joining Cousins, Mr. Chambers was a real estate lawyer in Atlanta with the firms of King & Spalding and Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs.

Mr. Allman joined Regent Partners in 2006 and currently serves as a Principal on the Office Leasing and Development Team. His primary role consists of leasing activities and strategies for Regent Partners’ developments and acquisitions, as well as supporting acquisition efforts for office properties. Prior to Regent Partners, Mr. Allman spent three years at Bullock Mannelly Partners specializing in multifamily investment sales as well as debt and equity financing for office and retail projects across the Southeast.

Mr. Allman obtained his BSBA degree from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill with a specialty in finance. He currently is a member of ULI, NAIOP, REGA, and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Bob Voyles founded Seven Oaks Company in 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction and deal sourcing for the company. Bob’s portfolio of projects at Seven Oaks and in his former position as Senior Development Officer at Hines, include the following:

Developed over 3 million SF of Class A award-winning, mixed-use and office-oriented development throughout metro Atlanta, Developed headquarters facilities for King & Spalding, InterContinental Hotels Group, MCI-SE Region, and HomeBanc, Acquired three Class A office projects totaling 1.7 million SF, and asset managed over 6 million SF of Class A commercial office, Developed land projects in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida totaling approximately 1,800 acres and nearly $1 billion in total development value, Structured finances of nearly $1 billion in real estate projects with institutional partners such as GEAM, GM Pension Trust, Calpers and GE Capital, as well as entrepreneurial partners such as The Brookdale Group, St. Joe and the DeMoss Foundation. Bob holds numerous positions in local civic, community and charitable organizations:

Perimeter Community Improvement District (CID) Board; Founder and Chairman (2004-2010), Georgia Regional Transportation Authority; Member; Chair, Land Development, Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce; Board of Advisors Member, Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Stadium Authority; Board Member; Chair, construction Committee, Metropolitan Atlanta CID Coalition; Co-Chair, Livable Communities Coalition; Board Member, Young Life-Africa; Board Member, Church of the Apostles; former Vestry Member and Church Warden.

Mr. Doug Davidson is the CEO of New South Construction Company. He founded the Company in Georgia in 1990, and for the past 25 years, under his leadership, New South Construction Company has grown into one of the most respected construction firms in the Southeast. For many years, New South Construction has performed construction services for several notable client’s including; Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Field (Atlanta Braves), Piedmont Driving Club, Wesleyan School, Emory University and General Mills. New South has been on Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 25 General Contractors and Top 25 Interior Contractors for approximately 23 years and listed on ENR’s Top 400 Contractors in the nation. Mr. Davidson is especially proud of New South Construction recently being named as the #1 Best Places to Work in Atlanta, also through the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Additionally, Davidson’s unique and proven leadership skills have enabled New South Construction to set record revenue growth going into 2015.

Mr. Davidson, a native Atlantan, attended Auburn University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. While attending Auburn, Mr. Davidson interned at a large construction company in Atlanta, where he continued to work after graduating. In 1990 Mr.

Davidson resigned to form New South Construction Company, and began performing construction services for Delta Air Lines and The Coca-Cola Company. Twenty-five years later, New South Construction is still providing construction services for these Fortune 500 firms.

Mr. Davidson has been on Georgia Branch, Association of General Contractors’ (AGC) board since 1998, and recently served on the Board of National Association of General Contractors. He also serves on the Advisory Board and is past President for CEFGA (Construction Education Foundation of Georgia), is a past Board member of Sheltering Arms and past Board member for Georgia’s Board of Regents (Facility Advisory Board). Additional Board appointments include; Big Brothers Big Sisters, Southern Polytechnic State University, Lifework Leadership Board, Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance and Metro Bank Board. In 2009, Mr. Davidson was nominated by Atlanta Chapter of the Professional Estimators Association of America to receive the 18th Golden Hammer Award. He was selected for always upholding himself and New South Construction to the highest standards, building in a short period of time one of the most respected companies in the Southeast, and giving his time and talents to our community and industry.

Doug has two children, a daughter and a son and enjoys golf, running and most any activity that involves his children.
