I'm passionate about exploring the "big ideas" in healthcare today and the role design plays in helping our clients be successful in a rapidly changing industry. Economics, operational efficiency, flexibility, and technology integration are some of the pressing issues clients face – along with increased consumer expectations. Harnessing our creative talents to design smarter buildings that enrich patients' and staff's experiences while helping build healthier communities - what could be more satisfying than that?

For over 25 years, collaborating with physicians and nurses at institutions across the nation, I've come to understand the complex functional and technical imperatives of healthcare facilities, but also the human need for beauty in the healthcare workplace. How can we use design to craft the most welcoming, life-affirming places where people come for care?

From complex medical centers and children's hospitals to ambulatory care and public health, my career focuses on working with clients to understand their vision. Let's explore design concepts that support your business and facility goals and bring those ideas to fruition on your healthcare campuses and in your communities.
