Our commitment to your safety

We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 10,000 executives to date. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events. You can expect the following:

· In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all participants wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.

· Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.

· Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.

· Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.

Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 50 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

From Clayco’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Mike serves as the Southeastern Regional Manager responsible for expanding the company’s growth in the Southeast. Focusing primarily on industrial development, Clayco will be seeking development and design/build opportunities in all types of product. With over 40 years of experience, Mike has developed over 20 industrial parks and over 25 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout the U.S.

Nicole Bennett

Nicole Bennett serves as Logistics & Industrial Co-Lead for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield.

Together with her colleague, Jason Tolliver, they are responsible for driving the overall direction,

strategy and growth of our Americas Industrial platform. Nicole brings deep expertise and focus on

our Occupier business gleaned from her 15 years in supply chain, business development and

industrial real estate. She specializes in supporting clients through complex, fully integrated, site

selection projects for large manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Before moving into her current role, Nicole built and led Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Experience

Program, where she developed key performance indicators and client interviewing practices that

allow us to measure our performance and ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nicole led the occupier side of the industrial business at

CBRE where she was responsible for supporting and growing industrial occupier business across

the U.S. She grew the Industrial multi-market account business from $14M/year to $60M/year in her

during her tenure.

Based in Atlanta, she is an accomplished leader with a successful track record of winning and

growing business relationships with strategic clients. Nicole has acute expertise in industrial having

held positions within supply chain, transportation, and 3PLs. On a personal note, Nicole was a

standout collegiate soccer player at the University of Alabama.

Dermody Properties

Greg Ryan is a Partner of Dermody Properties, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He

is responsible for all land and building acquisitions, build-to-suit projects,

development activities, customer relations and asset management in the

Southeast Region.

Most recently, Mr. Ryan was Managing Partner at Cardinal Industrial in

Atlanta, where he ran the investment management function and acquisitions

for the eastern half of the U.S. Mr. Ryan spent most of his career with IDI

Logistics (formerly IDI and IDI Gazeley) in many leadership roles such as

Head of Operations, Managing Director Investment Management, and

Managing Director Acquisitions with responsibility for investment

management, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, property

management and day-to-day operations. He served on the firm’s Investment

Committee, Acquisition & Development Committee and Senior Management

Team. Mr. Ryan was also a lender with New York Life Investment

Management (NYLIM) and started his career at The Sharp Boylston Companies.

His strong relationships with brokers, investors, lenders and customers have resulted in more than $2

billion of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, asset

management and leasing. While Head of Operations for North America at IDI Gazeley, he managed the

leasing and operations of a 50-million-square-foot portfolio across the nation.

Mr. Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Industrial and Office Park Development Green

Council, and NAIOP and its Industrial Acquisitions I Forum. He serves on the board of directors of

Clemson University’s Advancement Board of Real Estate Development and also Georgia State

University’s Real Estate Department.

Mr. Ryan holds a Master of Science degree in real estate from Georgia State University, and a B.S. in

financial management from Clemson University..

David Welch

David Welch is a Partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall

responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its

build-to- suit programs. The firm structures ventures with public and private

entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to- suit

programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and

develop their facilities.

Mr. Welch overseas the redevelopment of Gillem Logistics Center, an 1168 acre

master planned logistics center that can accommodate more than 8 million square

feet of e-commerce and distribution facilities.

Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional

President for LNR Properties, LLC., where he had overall responsibility of all

acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio

included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million.

Before joining LNR Properties, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for

nearly thirteen years.

Mr. Welch started his commercial real estate career with CB Commercial where he

specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties.

Mr. Welch received a business degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA

from The George Washington University. He currently serves on the Board of

Directors for the Council for Quality Growth and is active with the National

Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Gardner Lee

As President of Graham Commercial Properties, Gardner Lee is responsible for all aspects of GCP including coordinating the asset strategy of the company’s portfolio, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management. Mr. Lee reports to the Board of Directors of GCP. Mr. Lee started his real estate career with Graham & Company in 1993 and remained with that firm through 2013. During his tenure with Graham & Co, Mr. Lee held the positions of Property Manager, Leasing/Sales Agent, Managing Broker and Managing Partner. Mr. Lee opened all of the Graham & Co offices outside of Birmingham and was an integral part of the growth of that firm. Mr. Lee’s broad knowledge and hands-on operational experience in all disciplines of owning, managing, leasing, acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate allows him to add tremendous value to the GCP Portfolio. As evidence, Mr. Lee is one of few that have earned both the SIOR and CPM designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management respectively. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor in Arts in both History and Economics from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Austin McDonald

Austin McDonald oversees the company’s daily activities related to financing, leasing, asset management, property management, and accounting. This includes coordinating support of the company’s portfolio with cash flow projections, debt and equity strategies, development performance analysis and lease analysis and negotiations. Mr. McDonald maintains relationships with McDonald’s investors and a broad range of financial institutions.

Mr. McDonald is also responsible for the company’s development activities in the State of Florida, including direct oversight of leasing and property management of the company’s existing parks and identifying and executing new development opportunities throughout the state.

Mr. McDonald began his career at Carter and Associates, a full service regional real estate firm based in Atlanta. He coordinated development proforma analysis, property valuations, acquisition and dispositions, financing packages and lease analysis.

Mr. McDonald graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Vanderbilt Alumni Association, is Past-President of the Pace Academy Alumni Association Board, and is a current board member of the Atlanta Airport West and Atlanta Airport South Community Improvement Districts.

Hilary Shipley

Hilary Shipley has 15 years’ experience in industrial real estate. She joined Colliers in 2009 and has been involved in the sale of hundreds of acres of industrial land, and millions of square feet of industrial leasing and investment sales. She currently represents over 2 million square feet of warehouse space available for lease.

Hilary is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She began her career at Legg Mason in Atlanta in its Institutional Equity SalesGroup. She then worked at CBRE in Atlanta before moving back to her native Savannah to join Colliers.

Hilary is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.

Steve LaMontagne is a Partner at Moore Colson and leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Steve has extensive experience in all sectors of the real estate, construction and hospitality industries, including fund managers and

advisors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), REITs, developers, institutional investment vehicles, operating properties, and syndication of private and public partnerships. During his 35+ years of experience in the real estate industry, several years were spent in capital markets working exclusively on real estate transactions. In his role as leader of the Moore Colson Real Estate Practice, he works with a variety of real estate clients. His expertise includes real estate investing, accounting, financial reporting, and auditing matters. Prior to joining Moore Colson, Steve was an Assurance Partner and leader of the Southeast Real Estate Practice with the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. Steve worked with KPMG, LLP since 1983 as a CPA. Steve became the leader of KPMG’s Atlanta real estate practice in 1997 and shortly thereafter became the Director of the Real Estate Practice for the entire southeastern United States. He also served on several National Committees utilizing his expertise in the area of real estate finance including leasing, mergers and acquisitions,

financings, public offerings and sales of real estate.
