Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters.

Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Core5, Lisa’s chief responsibilities include business development and capital deployment in the Southeastern United States. Her primary focus is on land acquisition, entitlement and development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities. A 30-year+ veteran of commercial real estate, Lisa’s career achievements include overseeing more than 33 million square feet of industrial investment sales and leases for a total market value in excess of $1.1 billion. Since 1997, she has consistently ranked among the top five industrial producers in Georgia by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). In 2017, under Lisa’s leadership, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked the Core5 Atlanta office as the #1 Commercial Real Estate Developer in the industrial category, with over 4.5 million square feet of new development for the year. Lisa holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition to active memberships with the ACBR and NAIOP, she is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Lisa acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Lisa’s past duties involved asset management, development, investment sales, and marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Lisa previously served in Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at DCT Industrial Trust and IDI (now IDI Logistics).

Mr. Smith joined Seefried Properties in 2000 and serves as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for leasing existing and future industrial product, locating development opportunities, selling excess land and pursuing build-to-suit opportunities on existing land sites. In addition, Mr. Smith oversees Seefried's third-party management business that is currently compromised of 13 million square feet of institutionally owned product.

Mr. Smiths' portfolio includes buildings owned by major institutional owners, smaller privately held investors and Seefried developed buildings.

His concentrations include leasing and marketing of a 15 million square foot portfolio in Atlanta compromised of industrial product throughout all of Atlanta’s major submarkets.

John F. Coleman is Executive Vice President and head of EastGroup’s eastern regional. He is responsible for the Company’s operations in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Prior to joining EastGroup in September 2001, Mr. Coleman was Senior Vice President with Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation. He has also worked within the Real Estate Division of GE Capital, and for Mobil Land Development. Mr. Coleman received his B.S. and Masters in Architecture from Clemson University.

With over 20 years focused on strategic planning and business development for general contractors and architecture & engineering firms, Cory’s efforts since joining FCL builders in 2011 have assisted the company in entering the Dallas/Ft Worth, Southeast, West and Desert Southwest markets. As Vice President of Business Development & Pre-Construction, Cory is charged with coordinating the company’s business development, sales and pre-construction efforts to ensure FCL Builders grows and maintains the reputation that has earned a 97% customer retention rate.

Mal Hill began his career at Frito Lay after he graduated from Vanderbilt University. He learned supply

chain practices from a user’s point of view before joining the real estate sector. He spent the next ten years at

NAI Brannen Goddard and Duke Realty, honing his leasing, management and development skills. While at

Duke, Mal managed over 4 million square feet of office and industrial space. He also oversaw $250 million of

development for Duke. In 2001, Mal left Duke Realty and formed Solution Property Group. He completed

over 5 million square feet of new developments or renovations of industrial assets at Solution Property Group in

the last 15 years.

Six large-scale SPG developments have been sold to institutional owners. Those owners include Stag Industrial,

Hillwood Investments, Duke Realty, Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and Global Logistic Properties. Mal’s deep

experience in Savannah and personal maritime expertise substantially enhance SPG’s capabilities.

In 2017, SPG partnered with Rooker and together have a 1.4 MSF park under construction on land owned by

the Georgia Ports Authority.

Mal led Solution’s successful redevelopment of Creekside Industrial in Atlanta. He is a Life Member of the

Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Jim Bob Taylor has 29 years of commercial real estate experience representing industrial corporate clients with site selection, lease negotiations and facility disposal. He has negotiated a wide variety of complex transactions, including a $26 million, 761,000 SF build-to-suit with The Home Depot; sale disposition of a 495,000 SF warehouse for Matsushita Real Estate Corporation; and an 85,000 SF corporate headquarters lease with SecureWorks. He recently completed a 125,000 SF corporate headquarters lease for Global Payments and represented the company in many other transactions across the U.S. and Canada, while serving as Global Payments' exclusive Real Estate Consultant. He was also the transaction manager for Recall Total Information Management, which entailed 6,000,000 SF total in 185 leases across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Mr. Taylor was formerly a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Industrial Services Group, where he averaged more than 30 transactions a year. Prior to 2006, He was a Principal with Trammel Crow Company. He was honored as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's top industrial broker in 2004 with $33 million in transactions; selected by the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Book of Lists as the Top Ten Industrial Producer in 2004-2005; and selected for the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Who's Who in Atlanta Commercial Real Estate, July 2005. Jim Bob is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the North Point Community Church and was the 2008 Vice President and 2009 President of the Marist Booster Club. Mr. Taylor was also the community track coach at Marist School from 2009-2011.

As Regional Director of First Industrial's Atlanta region, Mr. Richardson helps customers find the right solutions to grow their businesses or gain distribution efficiencies and leads the Company's operations in the region.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Richardson was a senior leasing/development officer for Duke Realty Corporation in Atlanta. In his role, he leased, managed and developed 3.6 million square feet of a 9.1 million square-foot industrial, flex and single story office portfolio. Previously, Mr. Richardson worked at Holder Properties Inc. in Atlanta as a director of business development. There he developed, coordinated, and managed the strategic sales, marketing, and business development initiatives of this privately-held real estate development firm.

Mr. Richardson earned his bachelor of arts in economics from the College of William and Mary, his masters of sports administration from Ohio University, and his international masters of business administration from Southern Cross University.

Mark Dishaw serves as a Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta market. His areas of expertise include development, acquisitions, asset management, construction management, marketing and financial analysis.

During his 30-year career, Mark has managed the development, leasing, acquisition and property management of over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at $600 million.

He started his brokerage career at Ackerman in 1984 and quickly became the firm’s No.1 broker. Eight years later, Keene joined NAI Brannen Goddard as Vice President, returning to Ackerman in 1999 to become President of its Brokerage Division. Keene’s major transactions include 100 national deals on behalf of Coca-Cola Enterprises and 400,000 SF in leases in the Southeast for CIGNA.

Bob Fowler has been CEO of Fowler Design Associates for over 24 years. He joined the firm 42 years ago in 1976 – then Tipton Masterson Associates - and assumed ownership of the firm after Tip’s passing in 1993. Bob holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate, and architectural registrations in most of the Southeastern states. He has been personally responsible for the architectural design of over fifty million square feet of Corporate Industrial, Office, Office/Service, R&D facilities, and of various land planning and mixed-use projects related to the corporate environment. He designed two of the first three office/service developments in Atlanta and a design-award winning warehouse development in the late 1970s, followed by many more from Virginia to South Florida. Today, Fowler Design Associates is involved in the design of modern build-to-suit and spec logistics facilities and manufacturing facilities, as well as corporate office, medical office, adaptive use, and mixed-use projects, interior design, and design consulting throughout the southeast.
