Why You Should Attend This Event

Why This Matters:

Atlanta's industrial market has entered a more disciplined phase. After years of rapid development fueled by e-commerce growth and a favorable capital markets environment, developers and investors are navigating higher costs of capital, constrained infrastructure and site availability, and elevated supply dynamics. While leasing activity continues across industrial assets - timing, flexibility, and execution risk have become central components of whether projects move forward.

These factors are influencing when, and how, investors are pursuing new projects and acquisitions. From designing facilities to adapt to shifting tenant needs, forecasting demand amid macro volatility, margin for error has narrowed. This event will detail strategy in delivering for a variety of end users, distribution and beyond, to ensure flexibility in lease-up. Cold storage demand continues to build, this event will outline how operators and developers are overcoming permitting and utility challenges to keep pace. It will also dive into investment thesis, timing the market, and how to pursue opportunity in the current environment. This event brings together developers, investors, and key industry leaders to examine how projects are delivered and what risks must be solved for in today's landscape.

What You'll Learn:

  • How are developers adjusting strategy to deliver flexible facilities that meet evolving demand, across a host of end users?

  • Which layouts, building features, and scale are proving most valuable in the current leasing environment?

  • How are developers and operators navigating power, facility complexity, and capital constraints to deliver cold storage that meets modern tenant needs?

  • What operational, design, and investment strategies are proving successful for new cold storage facilities?

  • What factors are driving site selection in the current market given power access, infrastructure readiness, and land availability?

  • What factors are investors looking towards to time the market when deploying capital for acquisitions and developments today?
