Bob Johnson is a Senior Director with Marcus & Millichap's National Office and Industrial Properties Group, specializing in office and industrial investment sales and leasing. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Johnson served at JLL as a leader on the Southeast Investment Sales team where he helped guide the JLL Southeast Investment Sales Team in their highest revenue production in the past five years. Mr. Johnson also had a tenure at Grubb & Ellis, where as Senior Vice President, he was recruited for his strong knowledge and experience in investment sales and leasing transactions. While at Grubb and Ellis, Mr. Johnson was part of the Institutional/Private Capital Group, where he provided his clients a comprehensive approach to completing transactions through a broad platform of solutions. With over 26 years of experience, Mr. Johnson has fulfilled numerous roles within the commercial real estate industry. He has executed over $2 billion in sales and lease transactions throughout his career and is identified as a primary point of contact for large portfolio sales and individual building sales for both institutional and individual investors. His success has earned him consistent, multi-year recognition for outstanding production and client accolades. During his career, he has successfully completed sales assignments for John Hancock, GE Capital, Parkway Properties, RREEF, and Hudson Advisors. Additionally, he has completed leasing assignments for AEW, Traveler's Insurance, TA Associates and BGK Properties.

Mr. Ferdinand Seefried founded Seefried Properties in 1984 to develop industrial real estate,

focusing on locations near airports and targeting international freight forwarding and

transportation companies.

With Mr. Seefried's close ties to European financial institutions and leading international freight

forwarders, the company quickly emerged as the leader in warehouse development around

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Mr. Seefried has expanded from his origins as a

European capital investor in Southeastern U.S. commercial real estate to become one of the most

active builders of highly functional distribution and warehouse facilities in the United States.

Starting in the 1990s Mr. Seefried expanded his successful business to Orlando, Tampa, Dallas-

Ft. Worth, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.

Seefried Properties is now actively developing bulk distribution and air cargo warehouses in all

these markets. Mr. Seefried's vision for the company is to grow a significant presence in all

major U.S. distribution markets. The company has developed 60 million square feet of industrial

properties and is managing over 25 million square feet of warehouses.

Prior to starting Seefried Properties, Mr. Seefried served as an executive for Transatlantic Group,

a European based real estate advisory group. He was responsible for the acquisition and property

management of a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $450 million.

Mr. Seefried has served as a diplomat for his native Austria since 1989. He is Honorary Consul

General of Austria for Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. He is a member of the Capital City

Club Atlanta, the US Austria Chamber of Commerce New York and holds a Director position in

Stonebranch, Inc., Atlanta. Mr. Seefried is also a member of the Advisory Council of Emory

University, Department of German Studies and a board member of the Goethe Zentrum Atlanta.

Mr. Seefried holds a master's of business administration from the University of Munich.

Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters.

Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Paul D. Little serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alston Construction Company

and is a leader in the construction management field. With more than 40 years of

industry knowledge, Paul has hands-on experience in every facet of the business,

ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Business Development and

Project Executive. Throughout his career, Paul has successfully managed the

construction of several building types. Some of the more notable projects include

the 75 Story Chase Bank Tower in Houston, the Winship Cancer Research Center

in Atlanta and The Lodge at Sea Island, GA.

In 2007, Paul assumed the leadership of Alston Construction and started the

process of growing Alston into a more diversified construction company, by

broadening its client base and expanding the national footprint. Through his

leadership, Alston has learned to embrace change and developed enhanced use

of technology and improved its overall systems and processes. Perhaps more

importantly, he has set a tone for a culture that has helped Alston attract and

retain outstanding staff resources that deliver a level of service that is second to

none.

Paul holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at

Austin. Throughout his career, he has always found time for family and community

service. A resident of Atlanta for more than 30 years, Paul has spent most of his

career shaping the city that he loves with significant contributions to many civic

and charitable organizations. He is also an active member of civic and

organizations including the Buckhead Coalition and NAIOP.
